Great hotel. Rooms are clean. The location is A1 it's in the middle of venice and 5 mins walk to everything. Staff are great. Great value for money. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

We only used this accommodation for luggage storage. Highly recommended. The staff member was very friendly. There are cameras to prevent theft. Everything is stored securely. You can also use the restroom there, which is very convenient. The water taxis are only 210 meters away, making it easy to get directly to the main train station. My family and I were completely satisfied with the service.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. It is located at a crossroads of several small streets, quiet in the evening despite being located 100 meters from the Rialto bridge.

The location was fantastic, and the service was equally excellent. They even helped us with a map to find our way around and showed us where things of interest were. The hotel is small but very charming. And the breakfast was very good with a great variety—everything a breakfast should have. I loved it, and I'll be back.

01/02/2026: Pokeria in the Venice Santa Lucia area, convenient and easy to get to. The food was good overall, although the raw salmon lacked flavor. One thing to keep in mind is that ingredients like avocado and feta are charged separately. Overall, a good experience, but there are a few things that could be improved.

28/09/2025: Very good pizza, usually pizzas arrive lukewarm...they arrived piping hot
28/09/2025: This establishment has been transformed into the Birreria Fabbrica di Pedavena, although it has retained its original name. The pub remains as well-kept and spacious as before, but the menus have changed, offering a pub-style menu with a wide selection of dishes. The service is excellent, as are the pizzas.
