31/08/2025: The residence is located right at the beginning of the village and is easily recognizable from a distance thanks to the rooftop swimming pool. The service, including check-in, was wonderful, and the guests were treated with a high level of professionalism. The wellness area is outstanding for this hotel. The dinner was also a delight, and no one left hungry after a long day of hiking on the Merano High Trail. Our hiking group (11 people) felt very comfortable, received a warm welcome, and were well looked after. My tip: this accommodation definitely deserves another star, with so much attention to detail and passion, which repeatedly made it clear to us: The guest is king.

13/10/2025: What a hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived it was absolutely stunning. We were greeted and shown around and given the choice of 2 rooms which was such a pleasant surprise but a tough choice! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and we never tired of it - waking up in the morning to the Dolomites was something else and seeing the silhouette of the moon was equally as impressive. The location is great for various ski lifts as well as numerous hikes. Just as impressive as the view has to be the food that's served as part of the half board. Everything that is served is fresh, tasteful and so well presented, it's safe to say this was our favourite place we ate on our honeymoon. There was a choice each night of a meat, fish or vegetable option so you could always be happy with what you were getting. One day we will be back as the service, views, food and room were all second to none and we absolutely loved our stay!

10/09/2025: This is a small, family-run hotel with a good number of facilities but stunning views of the mountains. As with most families, we stayed half-board and it was great. I'm a somewhat fussy eater but when a dish contained something I didn't like (coffee or celery for example) they could exclude it. The Michelin chef clearly knows their stuff as every dish was delicious, if not a little fussy. The menu changes each night. Breakfast was a served buffet affair and absolutely fine for what it is. We had a junior suite on the top floor and although we suffered a fair number of bangs to the head (being well over 6' doesn't help) the room was lovely. We didn't draw the curtains as waking up to the mountain view cannot be beaten. The town has a few cafés and restaurants if you are looking for a meal away from the hotel. It's a 100m climb (around 2km to the centre) but a fairly gentle slope up. Would happily stay here again and indeed plan to.

05/10/2025: The quality of the pizza is truly excellent, but it's a shame that the fries, which weren't exactly fresh, ruined my dinner. The staff is very welcoming and kind. I was disappointed and told the waitress that the fries were rubbery, meaning they weren't fried well or as "fresh" as I'd expected. I'm a pizza lover and I couldn't help but notice this detail. You could have tried to address this inconvenience by simply offering a discount on the final bill, which wouldn't have changed my life, but it would have been a gesture of understanding and a clear sense of regret for what happened.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the pizza was terrible. The service was nice and the place was clean, but we haven't had such a bad pizza in a long time. The dough tasted like a baked roll, and the toppings were a pure grease mess with no flavor.

20/09/2025: They probably forgot their phone courtesy in the kitchen. They probably don't need any more customers.

20/09/2025: Excellent grilled meats and pasta dishes, excellent service. The desserts are also very good. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: Incredibly beautiful hotel, fantastic location with stunning views over the valley and a wonderful garden. Very friendly staff, and the food is truly Michelin-starred. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

31/07/2025: We came for a long weekend and have been blown away! The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful Mediterranean gardens everywhere, the rooms have seemingly been recently renovated, the pool is clean and view is breathtaking. The restaurant… 10/10. We got the 5 course tasting menu, with wine pairings and it was delightful. The food was outstanding and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend.

24/09/2025: The best restaurant at Ortisei. Very yummy foods specially the dessert, don’t forget to book the table if you are in Ortisei!

03/09/2025: It's not the cabin you'd expect. We're usually used to traditional cabins where the service and food are mostly prepared by them. Not here, it's self-service, just like lunch at Ikea. Many dishes are already prepared, others are cooked to order. Only the staff, especially the cashier, were really kind. Otherwise, I'd go further for lunch.

22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 08/10/2025: A truly wonderful discovery. I had dinner at this restaurant late at night and had the pork shank with fries and an IPA beer. The pork shank was delicious, and the staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back.

30/09/2025: We came last night after watching the "SOUCE" short film at the De Marchi Foundation. The food was very good, even my pizza (a YUPEEDOO) was delicious. The service was quite fast, the waiters were very courteous and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm. I'll definitely be back.
