04/08/2025: The Talbauer Inn is an ideal stop on the way from Auer Castle to the Hochmuth mountain station—perfectly located with breathtaking views of the Etschtal Valley. The food was excellent: freshly prepared, authentic, and a real hit in terms of flavor! Particularly noteworthy: the fluffy Kaiserschmarrn, the hearty dumplings, and the noodle soup, of which our son ate two portions. That alone speaks volumes! The terrace offers a wonderful view of the valley, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Payment can be made conveniently by card or cash—very straightforward. An all-round harmonious experience in a magnificent location. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to combine enjoyment with panoramic views!

18/08/2025: We visited the Pienzenau Restaurant in Merano on a balmy summer evening last week and were thrilled from the start. The stunning location, nestled between the vineyards and the old town of Merano, impressed us. The magnificent garden surrounding the property is a true gem and invites you to linger. Our seat on the terrace offered a wonderful view of the property and garden – a perfect setting for a special evening. The hostess and her team welcomed us warmly, immediately creating a familiar and homely atmosphere. Culinary delights left nothing to be desired: We enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu that will remain with us forever. The taste, quality, and presentation were of the highest standard. The team was also perfectly prepared for my gluten-free requests – without any prior notice. We would especially like to mention the young ladies in the waiting room – incredibly attentive, courteous, and always warm. All in all, it was an evening we will cherish for a long time to come. 31/07/2025: We came for a long weekend and have been blown away! The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful Mediterranean gardens everywhere, the rooms have seemingly been recently renovated, the pool is clean and view is breathtaking. The restaurant… 10/10. We got the 5 course tasting menu, with wine pairings and it was delightful. The food was outstanding and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend.

31/08/2025: The residence is located right at the beginning of the village and is easily recognizable from a distance thanks to the rooftop swimming pool. The service, including check-in, was wonderful, and the guests were treated with a high level of professionalism. The wellness area is outstanding for this hotel. The dinner was also a delight, and no one left hungry after a long day of hiking on the Merano High Trail. Our hiking group (11 people) felt very comfortable, received a warm welcome, and were well looked after. My tip: this accommodation definitely deserves another star, with so much attention to detail and passion, which repeatedly made it clear to us: The guest is king.

27/08/2025: Such a lovely place to eat, be pampered and enjoy yourself! We were there with friends and enjoyed everything! The view of the mountains, the olive groves and the delicious food! We tried the homemade cheese and cold cuts, the house's own oil, carpaccio and tartar, dry-aged T-bone as well as side dishes and of course desserts! Everything was perfectly homemade and the service was spectacular and terrific! Big praise to Elzon and the dessert queen, who made the evening unforgettable! Come by and you will go home speechless and satisfied! We will definitely come back and go back to the hotel full and satisfied! It was simply unforgettable!

10/06/2025: We stayed in March 2025 in this beautiful family-run hotel and we were thrilled in every aspect. The services are impeccable, the room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the Dolomites, completely immersed in nature. The cuisine is truly special, with carefully prepared and genuine dishes, and the shuttle service is always available and very convenient for every need. We went with our 15-month-old baby and he also had a great time: all the staff was welcoming and attentive, and there was a playroom perfect for the little ones. The SPA is another strong point of the hotel, with a spectacular view of the mountains that makes every moment of relaxation even more magical. A stay that we will carry in our hearts and that we truly recommend to those looking for a holiday dedicated to comfort, nature and genuine hospitality.

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

06/09/2025: Centrally located restaurant in Trento, with German-style decor. Lunch with the Panavision travel group, featuring a German-style menu. Pleasant.

29/08/2025: We had dinner in this restaurant, quite nice, we waited (for the first course) 30 minutes, good typical Trentino dishes, very good whole shank, drinks a little expensive, food overall good

03/09/2025: It's not the cabin you'd expect. We're usually used to traditional cabins where the service and food are mostly prepared by them. Not here, it's self-service, just like lunch at Ikea. Many dishes are already prepared, others are cooked to order. Only the staff, especially the cashier, were really kind. Otherwise, I'd go further for lunch.

22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 01/08/2025: The restaurant is very large with several rooms. We were there for dinner, and I'd recommend making a reservation! The staff is very friendly. The menu is varied and truly excellent, with prices in line with the Val Badia norm! For risotto lovers, you must try the one with mountain pine, a delight. For beef lovers...the fillet is truly buttery! The desserts? Delicious! The portions are generous!

29/07/2025: We spent a week here cycling and hiking. The family and staff are very friendly, the food is fantastic, and the price is good. In our opinion, Ustaria Posta is the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites. Don't forget to ask Igor for some great tips; he certainly didn't disappoint!

27/07/2025: I had one of the best meals ever. The pork knuckle was wonderful and delicious beyond description. While I understand that tourist areas can result in a loss of food quality, my meal was exceptional. I will definitely return.

20/08/2025: An experience in a beautiful summer retreat! We stayed here with a 3-year-old child, returning from a vacation in Austria to enjoy the silence and nature. The retreat is very beautiful, clean and tidy, as are the rooms, but what amazed us most was the food...fantastic!!! We'd love to return in the winter, given its location right on the slopes.
