21/03/2025: Una certezza dopo decine di anni "La Brace ". Se dovessi descrivere brevemente questa " casa" dove cenare direi " innovazione nella tradizione ". Pur mantenendo le caratteristiche delle radici si assapora la freschezza della innovazione . Tutto eccellente il Tournedot è una pietra miliare ma gli antipasti, i primi , il pesce tutto declinato alla perfezione . Un complimento alla cucine che mette " amore nei piatti " ed ai giovani gestori attenti ma non pressanti, professionali ma non distaccati veramente una realtà rara nel panorama del food. Se siete a Cefalù andateci altrimenti vale il viaggio.

14/03/2025: A wonderful end to our vacation in Sicily. At Cortile Pepe we enjoyed the best cuisine in two weeks in Sicily. We had the vegetarian menu and the Conosciamoci menu..Excellent! Very attentive service, very friendly patron Toti. Solid atmosphere, reasonable price-performance ratio. We'll be back.

20/02/2025: The restaurant looks nice, our young waiter is extremely friendly and speaks good English. When we point out that the prosecco no longer has bubbles, the owner openly reprimands the waiter and, without apology, has the waiter pour a new glass from an unopened bottle. When taking the order, the owner suddenly walks away and returns a few minutes later without apologies. The owner is clearly disinterested and goes to work at a table in a fairly empty restaurant with his back to you. The food looks nice, but doesn't taste special, simple sauce and vegetables. Too expensive for what you get.

30/03/2025: I suggest you try this restaurant if you want to treat yourself to a unique and unforgettable experience. Perfect for both a dinner as a couple or in company. The real difference is given by the owner who is attentive and available to satisfy your every request. I had the opportunity to try different dishes, from starters to main courses, all the products are fresh and selected for you. The prices are right for the context.

01/12/2024: Amazing happy and energetic service to make us feel welcomed. 2 courses was little bit too intense with lack of balance for my personal taste. Like the pumpkin risotto with smoked duck breast or the pork cheeks with alot of strong and fatty flavours . I could have wished for a little more pungent and fresher kick than the curry mayo or something more sour than an sweet apple chutney. But the cheeks themselves were cooked to perfection. Great work, thanks for the evening.

16/11/2024: Palermo aveva bisogno del ritorno “a casa” del Charleston, nel cuore del centro città dove i ristoranti di questo livello si contano sulle dita di una mano. La nuova sede dell’ex bar Mazzara è elegantissima e la cucina è straordinaria, frutto degli studi dello chef Verde che si percepiscono in ogni piatto. Continuando così è certo che arriveranno tantissimi riconoscimenti. Ma la cosa più gradita del nuovo Charleston è l’incredibile clima, una coccola per il cliente: si respira davvero l’affiatamento tra tutti i componenti dello staff e da un ambiente del genere non possono che nascere cose altrettanto belle.

30/12/2024: Abbiamo partecipato ad un banchetto di matrimonio tenutosi presso questa struttura. La Villa è carina e ben tenuta e dotata di comodo parcheggio per gli ospiti. Cibo buono, personale gentilissimo e professionale. Matrimonio riuscito veramente bene.

23/02/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this place on a Saturday night. Cozy location with rather vivid lights and lively atmosphere. The service guys were very kind. The professional and helpful owner. He recommended a bottle of wine that turned out to be exceptional, not present on the wine list; jewel in the crown of the local winery. We wanted to eat the steak, and in fact he presented us with a decidedly inviting scottona madonita, which arrived cooked at the table after about 10 minutes, also served with French fries in their skins. The delicious homemade bread, with a special fragrance. Careful attention is paid to celiac disease (my boyfriend is gluten intolerant), in fact the restaurant has AIC certification. We ate more desserts (4), all top marks, We were happy with the bill. If we ever pass through here again, we will definitely be back.

09/11/2024: Giovedì mi trovavo con mia moglie a Cefalù, e mi sono imbattuto per caso in questo ristorante, direi più che ottimo, personale gentilissimo e paccheri allo scoglio buonissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

29/12/2024: We were at this restaurant several years ago and we returned in light of the good memory we had of it, in fact absolutely confirmed. For the children we had pasta with sauce, for us linguine with prickly pear and pistachio and a mixed grill + fried and baked potatoes. Everything was extremely good, abundant and tasty. The first course was full of seasoning, pasta and meat cooked to perfection, the mutton was very tasty. Homemade bread, excellent. We will return the next time we pass by those parts.
