10/08/2024: We ate very well. The dishes are plentiful and all very good, even if the prices are definitely too high for Salento. Low service because they didn't know how to manage the situation when a lady was sick, without bothering to clean her table or move us.

Anche il servizio è stato eccellente, attento, professionale e gentile. Abbiamo trascorso ore in serenità e con gusto. A completare il tutto il locale è veramente molto bello e accogliente.

I felt pampered from the beginning to the end of the ceremony, without any disparity. They are prepared for gluten-free, and I thank them that for once I didn't feel different. 23/07/2024: What about a restaurant reported by the Michelin Guide. It speaks for itself. You just have to book, sit down and order... THE RAW FISH. Gilardot oysters, king langoustines, prawns, and ladies and gentlemen...his majesty the sea urchins. Never eaten raw fish like this. The scampi were delicious and gigantic, the oysters very fresh...but the sea urchins....my lords, the sea urchins...a spectacle for the palate. Accompanied by Altamura breadcrumbs, they are a perfect combination for the palate. And then we had many other things including tuna tartare, seared tuna, bruschetta and much more that I can't remember now. Chilled Salento white wine and...a nice 100-odd euros per person and at home. But you want to put quality! If you want quality you have to pay otherwise buy the fish and stay at home.🤣

22/08/2024: Se le proposte culinarie sembrano raffinate non altrettanto "raffinata" l'accoglienza. Alla richiesta di disponibilità di un tavolo per due persone con due cani al seguito in un primo momento c'era stato detto di sì all'Interno. Poi credo il titolare è uscito e bruscamente ha detto No con i cani No.. Erano le 20:00 infrasettimanale e il locale non era affollato. Sarebbe stato sufficiente un diniego cortese e motivato... Evidentemente la cortesia non è pratica diffusa....Capita ormai di rado di non vederci accettati con i nostri cani che sono in ogni caso "invisibili" nei ristoranti. Peccato per voi!

22/08/2024: Ottimo Ristorante di pesce in Centro a lecce, abbiamo cenato divinamente, servizio cordialee e puntuale, prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo.

11/07/2024: I book in time for a Saturday, they call me the week before to tell me that they have a private event and have to cancel the reservation, but that I can go the next day, on Sunday.. The day before they send me a whatsapp for cancel the reservation again due to works throughout the week. It turns out that today we are in Conversano and the following Wednesday they opened... If this restaurant has a "Michellin sun" it may mean that the level is very low in the guide.

05/08/2024: Everything was perfect - the food, the sea (a little bit too rocky, doesnt seem so in photos), services. The price for people from outside (not from hotel) was too high - 160€ per big sun bed for 2 persons.

02/08/2024: I happened to pass by here on my trip and politely asked if I could have a coffee and water. Although I didn't book here, which is of course not for nothing, I was served in a friendly way in a private beach bar and was able to enjoy my drinks in the comfortable lounge without any time pressure. Many thanks to the owners and employees This is pure hospitality.

16/08/2024: Refined quiet place. Courteous owners who pay attention to intolerances. Excellent quality food. All courses were excellent. I highly recommend it.

14/08/2024: A good welcome. The service is attentive and the managers are pleasant. The wine is good with a varied choice. but the overall experience is a bit disappointing. Of the 4 dishes we did not choose a single one. The shrimp carpaccio was good but lacked freshness (good quality but not cold enough). The pasta lacked flavor and the whole thing was a little bland. The fish dish did not go well with the spinach and sauce. We still had a good time but coming from Brittany we were a little disappointed by the flavors. The presentation is intended to be rather gastronomic but the promises are not there.

11/08/2024: Wonderful place, outstanding food and wine pairings in an unpretentious setting. Service excellent, and made us feel extremely welcome.

07/08/2024: During our stay in Puglia I did my search for recognized restaurants in the Polignaro a Mare and Bari area. I found this Michelin recommendation from the La Bul restaurant in Bari and we were definitely delighted with the treatment of chef Antonio Scalera and his sommelier. We chose the dark and amorios tasting menus with the wine list that goes with each dish. The combination of flavors in each of the dishes was delicious. The wines , original from Puglia region, for the menu were very good . The restaurant also has an a la carte menu. We have tasted restaurants with Michelin stars in the US and Europe and this restaurant has nothing to envy them!!! It is excellent!! And the prices are very reasonable compared to prices in the US. Definitely the best food I have eaten in this area. If you are going to be in the Polignaro a Mare or Bari area, I highly recommend this culinary gem!!!

16/08/2024: Ultima sera a Trani non poteva finire meglio di così. Risotti spettacolari e servizio eccellente. Si vede ma soprattutto si sente nei piatti la passione di chi sta in cucina.

26/06/2024: I went to this place, simply intrigued by its name. Excellent welcome and customer care. Refined and quality food, but in some dishes, too "infused" with spices. Excellent pizza (tasted the one off the menu) Your “pure experience” was not worth it.
