L’accoglienza dell’oste è stato il plus: il pane di loro produzione con un intingolo di olio evo e le entree gentilmente offerte sono state la coccola che non mi aspettavo e che mi hanno piacevolmente colpita. Lo spaghettone ai ricci di mare è stata poi un’ esplosione di gusto. Consigliatissimo a chi è amante dello slow food e adora gli ambienti accoglienti dove gustare dell’ottimo cibo.

28/02/2025: Che dire, esperienza molto positiva. Abbiamo optato per il menù da 8 portate e una bottiglia di bollicine rosè, nulla di tutto ciò non ha superato le nostre aspettative. Tutto superlativo, dagli antipasti al dolce finale (e io non amo i dolci in generale). Location molto accogliente, personale gentile,simpatico e preparato, bagno pulito e confortevole, chiacchierata con lo chef alla fine in modo confidenziale che corona la cena donando al tutto una nota decisamente positiva. Ha superato di gran lunga ciò che mi aspettavo e sono sicuro che ci tornerò. Complimenti.

22/03/2025: Arroganza. Mi chiedo come sia possibile rovinare il lavoro, sicuramente apprezzabile della cucina, con un servizio di sala arrogante e supponente. Che ci sia uno chef capace ed una buona materia prima ( in puglia non è così difficile coniugare le due cose), non autorizza il personale di sala ad avere un atteggiamento arrogante con chi dovrà poi pagare conti di una certa consistenza. Solo a titolo di esempio, ricordo che il responsabile di sala non può battibeccare con il cliente, mediamente avveduto che contesti la correttezza di un piatto. In caso di controversia, al limite, si può interpellare direttamente lo chef, ma la regola assoluta è che il cliente ha sempre ragione, specie sulle contestazioni basilari. Un vero peccato. Questo il limite di chi pensa di essere arrivato e di poter prescindere ormai dal giudizio dei clienti.

20/03/2025: Unfortunately there is only one person at the reception, 25 minute wait for check in. Empty minibar without even a snack. Average temperature very low both in the room and in the restaurant as in the whole hotel. At breakfast half of the guests keep their coats. Reported several times to the reception they pretend to do something making fun of me. A terrible experience. The other times it didn't seem so bad to me. Has the management changed by any chance?

16/03/2025: Dinner last night, we were a couple. Super interested in spending a different evening than usual. It was a great choice! We took a traditional menu and a vegetarian one, all the courses turned out to be excellent. You can see that they are routes thought out in detail. The staff were really friendly, thanks to the girl in the room, she was super kind and very helpful in explaining! Thanks to the chef, who demonstrated his passion and thought in every dish! 08/03/2025: This time too, Evo proves to be above all expectations. Debora's welcome in the dining room and Gianvito's excellent experimental cuisine made our experience wonderful; each dish, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, was unforgettable.
