02/05/2025: Servizio impeccabile, personale gentile e preparato, ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Cibo curato, preparato con passione, amore e conoscenza. Squisito! Piatti moderni, con sapori tradizionali e ben presentati. Abbiamo preso la burrata, il capocollo e le polpettine (accompagnati dal loro pane tiepido fatto in casa) come antipasto, orecchiette al ragù come primo e terrina di pollo e vitello come secondo. Mousse ai 3 cioccolati e spumone alla nocciola piemontese come dolci. Ottima qualità. Tutto perfetto, torneremo ♥️

30/04/2025: Giunti in Andria volevo fare assaggiare una buona pizza alla mia ragazza che viene da fuori, ci rechiamo in questa pizzeria e chiediamo un tavolo per due senza prenotazione, una donna probabilmente la titolare ci dice che avevano due opzioni o un tavolo vista cucina senza nessun tipo di protezioni (per la contaminazione di cibo) e un tavolo che bisognava liberare in un'ora. Optiamo per il tavolo da liberare entro un'ora, ordiniamo un antipasto e due pizze, il cameriere ci dice "vi metto una ciccio calda per accompagnare" e va via. All'arrivo del conto la ciccio che nessuno ha ordinato viene inserita. Dopo l'antipasto ancora con il boccone in bocca tolgono i piatti, mangiamo le pizze stessa situazione subito via i piatti e tempo zero arriva il conto. Nemmeno il tempo di usufruire dei servizi che ci dicono che dobbiamo liberare il tavolo. Da quando ci siamo seduti erano passati 30/40 minuti e non un' ora come concordato. Cibo ottimo ma servizio pessimo.

09/02/2025: Menu per due al saporedi mare: tartare di tonno rosso con finocchio, polpo patate e carote con aceto balsamico, baccalà mantecato con patate e crema di peperoni, pesce spada con favetta e pomodori , favetta e cicoria , risotto al sapore di mare e per dolce tortino di riso al cioccolatofondente....ogni volta che torno al diavoletto epicureo mi stupisco che si possa cucinare così bene e dimentico di essere celiaca. L'unica pecca è che non hanno il pane senza glutine e danno i cracker confezionati. Sublime ❗

10/05/2025: The food was really good, but the service partly affected the atmosphere of the dinner. We took the menu with a wine package. The most disturbing thing was that each glass of wine came about 5 minutes after the food arrived. Also to mention: Knife and fork placed on the table the wrong way round, the waiter spilled the drink after which it was cleaned up but no one apologized or reacted by bringing a new one instead, without asking for it first. Our evening was not spoiled by the level of service, because the food and company were excellent.

17/04/2025: Nice rooms. Bathroom with curtain. There is a fridge in the room and even a work table. Almost non-existent SPA with sauna light burned out and only hydromassage tub, nothing else. Small and disappointing gym, given the expectations due to how they present themselves. Decent breakfast.

28/04/2025: Yesterday, my family and I decided to have lunch in this charming restaurant overlooking the sea. A unique and inimitable experience throughout the Salento area, from sea to table in the true sense of the word. A magical location, with attention to every detail which, combined with the light sea breeze and the gentle lapping of the sea against the cliff, cancels out any type of stress due to the hectic life we ​​lead every day. We were welcomed by the staff in an elegant and friendly way. The menu, in addition to telling the story of the birth of the restaurant, made up of so many sacrifices and so much passion that I recommend you all to read it because it is fascinating, presents a series of dishes in which the freshness of the fish product shines through, which can be combined with a high choice of wines. Lunch began with an appetizer of tuna tartare, and then continued with a lobster tagliolini, both with a unique flavour, as mentioned before inimitable, considering that they gave me the opportunity to choose lobsters directly from the aquarium. For dessert we were recommended the house dessert, an excellent strawberry tart, made by the owner, Mr. Pippi Longo, to whom we complimented everything. The Lo Scalo Restaurant is not just a restaurant where you can enjoy excellent fish accompanied by an excellent wine, but it is an experience that completely immerses you in this fantastic land, which is already evocative in itself, but in Lo Scalo it enchants even more. Definitely coming back.

25/04/2025: I had lunch outside, wonderful place, wonderful view. Fresh raw materials, excellent dishes, average quality/price. Negative notes: the glass of wine served to the diners in my personal opinion was below average; the bread served was not up to the standard of the dishes it accompanied (cold and a little hard); a bit of confusion about the desserts (some were not available and by eavesdropping on a table near me I heard of some alternatives to my table that were not offered). Small details, not very relevant to the entire experience. For this reason "only" 4 stars.

14/05/2025: Lamentablemente, estábamos en una habitación trasera junto a algunos clientes realmente ruidosos que hizo difícil disfrutar de la comida. La comida en sí era un 4 / 5 pero nada espectacular.

14/05/2025: Un petit restaurant recommandé par notre guide. Nous étions 22 personnes et avions réservé un menu à 35€, boissons comprises. L’accueil a été chaleureux et tout était absolument parfait. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, des assiettes très généreuses et un vin de qualité. Un service professionnel. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter !

01/05/2025: Evo Ristorante offers a gourmet experience in the heart of Alberobello. The atmosphere is sleek and modern, but the ingredients are strictly local. We had a seasonal tasting menu that included dishes like burrata with beetroot, slow-roasted pork belly, and a dessert of fig gelato with honey crumble. Each course was beautifully plated, and the service was top-tier – attentive without being intrusive. The wine pairings were well-chosen and highlighted smaller Apulian producers. It’s on the higher end (€70 per person), but it was easily one of the most sophisticated meals we had in southern Italy. Perfect for foodies.

22/05/2025: Sono stato da Soffio durante un convegno a Lecce e ne sono rimasto entusiasta. Il cibo è semplicemente eccezionale: ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti freschissimi e abbinamenti creativi. Si sente la passione in cucina e l’attenzione al cliente in sala. Il personale è gentile, professionale e disponibile a raccontare ogni piatto con competenza e sorriso. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, perfetto per una cena rilassata o una serata speciale. Un ristorante che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole gustare qualcosa di davvero unico a Lecce. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
