The cuisine? Varied and full of flavor. Gnocchi with sea urchins. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff.
The gluten-free pizza is good—completely acceptable, contrary to other reviews here.
You can order it with a clear conscience if you don't have a wide selection of alternatives due to celiac disease.
And sure, it's a bit more expensive, but I'm happy to accept that if I can be sure of eating gluten-free.
09/10/2025: Excellent restaurant with fair prices. The staff is always friendly, and the interior is elegant. There's an outdoor terrace, though all tables, both inside and out, overlook the lake.

14/09/2025: I visited this restaurant for a wedding on September 13, 2025. The food was delicious, and Enrico, the manager, was extremely accommodating to the needs of the newlyweds and their guests. The location was fantastic, with a focus on everyone's enjoyment. Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: We decided to try it for lunch, and if I could, I wouldn't even give it a star! For my son, we ordered the Boca risotto, which must have gotten lost somewhere because it was little more than plain rice served on a cold plate and arrived barely warm at the table. My husband ordered the braised beef agnolotti, and those also arrived cold. We asked for them to be returned, and they came back barely warm in the center, while the others were cold. Another time, the plate was cold. The quality of the same dishes was terrible! The ones at Esselunga are definitely superior.
Absolutely not recommended, of course.
I should point out that when I went to the cashier to pay (obviously, we didn't eat anything else), they didn't even apologize for what happened. A terrible experience.

We've had a great time every time; the pizzas are good, with a variety of doughs and gluten-free options.
Good service, nice location.
14/09/2025: The Grill Inn was my first meal when considering a move to the area and it remains among my favorite when in the Lake Maggiore area. The staff is delightful and remains helpful while my Italian improves. The atmosphere, the food and the pricing is tough to beat! You won't be disappointed! 💕

18/09/2025: It smells like a bar with a kitchen, not a restaurant (there are plenty of them in Arona). Okay... let's talk about it: I can't say the food is bad, on the contrary, but the portions are very small and at the same time very expensive.
I really find it all very exaggerated! The waiters/waitresses are a bit so... not very empathetic.
I'm sorry, but I won't go in there again!
p.s. The bathroom is very dirty!

07/10/2025: The atmosphere was very noisy and not very clean, especially the restrooms.
The service was extremely slow, and sometimes, despite the slowness, they even got the order wrong.
My wife, my brother-in-law, my wife's sister, and I waited over an hour one Saturday night for two pizzas (not good) and two grilled meats (not good). The beer was awful, either bitter or overly flavored.
Never again!
Disgusting place!

6:45 PM I stopped the waitress (the girl with the mole near her eye) and said, "Excuse me," and very rudely, without even stopping, "My colleague will come over."
She replied rudely and very rudely, in a loud and annoyed tone.
7:10 PM We made a reservation (including a black mojito)
7:30 PM They brought the wrong drink (classic mojito)
The waitress's response was, "We put dark rum in."
(The black mojito has licorice in it)
"But we don't have licorice."
(Sorry, but tell me first.)
7:45 PM = We're still waiting for an aperitif after almost 2 hours of waiting, the cocktails now full of melted ice.
Terrible service, but above all, rudeness from the staff.
Waiters completely pissed off.
The place is sparsely crowded and not even a bit of music under the porch.
05/10/2025: Restaurant and aperitif. Nice lakefront location in the center of Arona. Prices are average, and service is excellent, with many talented and attentive young people. A full 8, recommended.

29/08/2025: Our stay was hell! The room and beds were infested with bed bugs, and the owners seemed unaware of the problem, as there was a sign in the room advising guests to avoid contact with their luggage to prevent the spread of the pests.
When we reported the problem, after initial resistance, they admitted that the property had long had a problem with these insects, which they were unable to eradicate.
