25/08/2026: The Most Disappointing Michelin-Starred Experience I Have Ever Had I don’t usually write and review in google, but I am deeply saddened and frustrated to write this review. Having dined at Michelin-starred restaurants all around the world, I can say with complete confidence that I have never encountered a restaurant where not a single dish was enjoyable—until now. My experience at Kitchen in Lake Como was an absolute disaster from start to finish. 1. Poor Food Quality As someone who actively seeks out fine dining experiences globally, the food here fell drastically short of any professional standard, let alone a Michelin star. Not a single course was memorable or well-executed. For a restaurant with this level of recognition, the lack of flavor, balance, and quality control was completely unacceptable. 2. Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Service The service was exceptionally unprofessional: Careless Handling: Staff poured water so carelessly that it splashed everywhere across the table. Lack of Basic Courtesy: When we arrived, staff members greeted us, but literally turned their backs and walked away mid-sentence while we were still speaking. Dismissive Course Explanations: The server delivering the food rushed through course descriptions at a frantic pace and walked off before even finishing her sentence, leaving us completely bewildered. Inconsistent Sommelier Behavior: When ordering wine, the sommelier initially implied they would share a taste and discuss the profile with us. However, right after the bottle was served, they abruptly stated they don't drink alcohol. It felt disingenuous and bizarre for a fine dining wine service. 3. Pest Control & Hygiene Issues To make matters worse, the restaurant had an obvious pest control problem. Having mosquitoes and insects bothering guests throughout a fine dining dinner is simply unacceptable for a venue of this caliber. Conclusion A Michelin star comes with an expectation of culinary excellence, hospitality, and attention to detail. Kitchen failed on every single front. It felt like a trap for tourists rather than a genuine fine dining establishment. I strongly advise anyone visiting Lake Como to avoid this place—there are far better dining options in the area that actually respect their guests.

09/08/2026: One of my favorite restaurants in the area! ❤️ My mother got married here many years ago, and since then, we've always returned at least a couple of times a year with great pleasure. It's become a place we've grown particularly fond of. The food is truly excellent, both meat and fish, but what I particularly appreciate is the attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The service is always impeccable, attentive, and professional. A restaurant that continues to provide us with delightful evenings and one I absolutely recommend. (Their pastries are also exceptional.)

23/07/2026: Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and we got a table with a beautiful view. I had the ravioli and the tiramisu, and both were absolutely delicious. The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve ever had. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and fantastic service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for truly excellent, upscale dining on Lake Como – especially with a lavish multi-course menu – La Darsena is the perfect choice. Culinary Delights, Wine & Cocktails The food is simply fantastic and of the highest caliber. Each menu is a work of art in itself, perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. The selection of excellent wines is equally impressive. A particular highlight for us were the superb cocktails, which you absolutely shouldn't miss before or after your meal. Ambiance & View The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, yet wonderfully tranquil. The magnificent view completes the experience, making dinner an unforgettable event. A true feast for all the senses! Service The service is absolutely top-notch. The entire team is extremely attentive and professional. What truly stands out is the precise and flexible way in which individual requests are accommodated – as a guest, you feel completely valued and exceptionally well cared for. Conclusion & Tip Due to the high quality and popularity of the restaurant, advance reservations are absolutely essential. Anyone looking for a special evening with outstanding food in an elegant setting will certainly not be disappointed. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable — the elegant atmosphere, the warm and attentive service, and, of course, the outstanding cuisine. Every dish was beautifully presented and crafted with incredible attention to detail. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh, and each course offered a perfect balance of flavors, creativity, and refinement. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured that every moment of the evening was special. What impressed me most was how effortlessly the restaurant combines fine dining with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. It is clear that passion, professionalism, and excellence are at the heart of everything they do. A special mention goes to Chef Federico Beretta, whose talent, creativity, and deep connection to the local territory can be felt in every dish. His cuisine is not only technically exceptional but also deeply personal, telling the story of Lake Como, its forests, mountains, and traditions with elegance and authenticity. Meeting him made this experience even more memorable. Feel is already deservedly featured in the Michelin Guide, and after experiencing this level of cuisine, hospitality, and dedication, I sincerely believe it is only a matter of time before it earns a Michelin Star. It would be a well-deserved recognition for the incredible work, passion, and vision that Chef Federico and his team bring to every service. If you are visiting Como and looking for a truly remarkable gastronomic experience, Feel is an absolute must. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I will definitely be back very soon. 12/08/2026: We had dinner here tonight and it was absolutely fantastic! From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, everything was incredibly delicious! They even cooked pasta with tomato sauce especially for our child. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

09/08/2026: Fast service, excellent value for money. The atmosphere is sometimes a bit 'rushed' due to the high turnover. At other times, it's perfectly fine! Delicious pizzas, pastas, and desserts.

02/08/2026: We just arrived at the campsite on the first day, and honestly, the service was terrible. Instead of being polite and saying, "We're here to help," it was the opposite. There wasn't even a smile from any of the staff. I don't know why. I hope they change this work environment soon.

09/08/2026: The food was amazing, everything was delicious 🤤 The service was truly phenomenal, all the waiters were attentive to our table and everything was great. They have a spectacular view, which really enhances the experience. I highly recommend this place.

02/08/2026: The food was good. It was too busy. Orders were forgotten. The waiters were disorganized. Shortly after ordering, the next waiter wanted to take the order again. This happened several times. One main course was served, but my pizza arrived so much later that we had to eat one after the other. The waiter simply said it was busy. This unfortunately spoiled the experience somewhat. Food good, organization poor. Waiters were sometimes friendly, sometimes simply overwhelmed. I found it rather expensive.

23/07/2026: I'm so happy I chose Rosso di sera to propose to my fiancée. The owner and waiters are super professional. And let's not even talk about the food. 18/05/2026: We had the perch risotto and the grilled fish: both were truly excellent. The risotto was creamy, well-blended, and the perch was both flavorful and delicate. The grilled fish was plentiful, with fresh fish cooked to perfection. The desserts also won us over: a light and fragrant millefeuille, and a truly excellent tiramisu. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a place to return to!

Whether on the rooftop or in the refined interior dining room, we'll definitely return to be amazed by the creative pairings and elegant atmosphere that permeates the space from the moment we step inside.

12/08/2026: A Turkish-owned business with an Italian style. He's from Tokat. The food is good. The ambiance is nice. The staff are helpful. The Turkish staff, in particular, are very attentive. However, the prices are inflated. They politely take advantage of the opportunity to offer you a meal. For example, a can of cola is 5 Euros. Pasta dishes are around 18-20 Euros.
