03/07/2025: Sitting in the historic atmosphere of the Galleria and having lunch there was definitely a special experience. The pizzas we ordered looked very appealing – fresh tomatoes, burrata, and pesto were well-balanced. The flavor was solid, but not exceptional – in a city like Milan, you can definitely get this quality for less. Since the restaurant is located directly in the Galleria, the prices are significantly overpriced. Comparable pizzas can be found downtown for about half the price. As with almost everywhere in Milan, a service charge (coperto) is automatically added, which further increases the bill. The view and ambiance are impressive – if you're looking for a "tourist experience," you'll get your money's worth here. However, if you value good value, you'll find much better options in the city.

09/06/2025: I came to Terrazza Yomo 21 in Milan expecting to enjoy a nice moment. The only good thing about this place is the location and the view — which has nothing to do with their service or quality. I ordered a lemonade and a focaccia, and ended up with a ridiculous bill of €40, including hidden “power charges” that were never communicated beforehand. The service? Absolutely awful. The waiters were rude and unhelpful. I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat pork. I accidentally ordered a focaccia with pork because I didn’t notice it in the description. I kindly asked to change the order without even touching the plate, and they flat-out refused, with zero empathy or professionalism. This completely ruined my mood. I paid €40 for a mediocre lemonade and a plate I couldn’t even eat. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment. If you’re looking for good food, respectful staff, or any form of decent service — do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

04/06/2025: Would have rated 0 but was no option.I don’t understand how this place is still in business!? A complete con ! I had seen videos on tik tok of a lively terrace with people dancing however this was not the case! Prior to arriving I was aware of the €20 euro entry fee which included a drink however I was not aware every drink after would require a €20 ticket to purchase! My boyfriend asked for a bottle of peroni (not a pint) and was asked to buy a drink ticket to purchase the beer which set him back €20 ! Before he realized what had happened, the €20 was gone! We sat at a table on the terrace outside which despite having an amazing view of the duamo the atmosphere on the terrace was what I can only describe as seedy.It was clear only guests buying bottle service and also in purchase of ‘female company’ were worth any respect.It was clear management were in on this ‘female company’ prior to entering said establishment we were waiting outside for approximately 20mins being told to ‘wait a moment’ there was a group of about 10 of us waiting so we assumed this was the norm for a supposed desirable and busy establishment.One lady was asked to also wait and then another lady who she knew entered and security laughed and then allowed them in together I thought fair enough they must have already been in and left however upon entering we discover these ladies were the ‘female company’ of a group of older men with bottle service arriving every 5-10 mins ! After 10 mins all the tables including ours were given a reserved sign with no explanation and about half an hour later we were told to leave the table by this time it was nearly 12 am and nobody was up dancing the Dj was playing ‘party rock anthem’ we moved awkwardly inside and then noticed another group of older men and ‘female company’ sit at our table.We sat inside as I longed out my €20 cocktail hoping for it to pick up at 12 there were a few people up dancing so we joined but I we just felt uncomfortable we were now sober surrounded by lone men ,groups of young girls and older men with bottle service all the staff were highly aloof. We decided to cut our losses and leave as we had no intention of paying another €20 for a drink .Very disappointed I have a friend who had a very different experience however she arrived much later and had been pre drinking .Had I not been with my boyfriend and very drunk I feel I could have been an easy target.

16/06/2025: It has been a shame for years and continues to be a shame, I'm sorry that it is located in a strategic point and unfortunately has customers, but then people who work there scream and smoke all day (I have my doubts that they wash their hands) since I have a friend who lives in those buildings and sees them in the courtyard. I don't know how to respond to the owner's lies so I'll extend my review: 1 I advise you to learn to read and understand the Italian language before commenting and telling lies. 2 he is the one who works for you with the duck voice who screams all day inside or outside, NO ONE has spoken of customers who disturb. 3 I took the liberty of going back these days and asking someone who was leaving number 21 and they repeated the screaming adding also that you smoke *** in their courtyard. 4 it's written "staff" not staf 5 NOBODY has ever talked about knowing your staff and I don't even care for God's sake. I hope you learn Italian and that at least you understand this.

11/06/2025: terrible people. one screams and has an annoying voice, I don't even think they wash their hands since I didn't see them, avoid eating in this place, ingredients of poor and dubious quality, took a takeaway piadina and threw it away...

24/06/2025: "Awesome" places and what to find there: QUALITY OF SERVICE, SPEED AND HONESTY. Oops, sorry, not the right place then. In fact: 1) they took more than half an hour to bring drinks (time 5:30-6:00 pm and we were the only customers) and most of them were things in cans already prepared. Draft beer deliciously warm 2) (there were various items on beer on the menu) I asked what the aperitif beer contained (cost 10 euros. Single beer: 7 euros). I was told a cutting board. So I ordered it 3) the cutting board never arrived. On the other hand, more than half an hour after bringing us drinks, they brought 3 dishes that they placed on both tables where we were, without specifying whose they were, therefore everyone used them 4) when paying I was asked for the bill of 10 euros, so I asked for an explanation about the cutting board that never arrived: the bartender replied that the cost of beer during aperitif time is 10 euros (so as if the cutting board he mentioned during the order did not exist, at least not specifically for me) 5) then he goes to pay a colleague, TWO beers (identical to mine), cost: 12 euros 6) then another colleague goes and pays for only ONE beer (also identical to mine), cost: 7 euros 7) so I go in and ask for an explanation again: the bartender replied (thereby denying what was said 5 minutes before, i.e. point 4) that only I had ordered the aperitif beer but that the kitchen had understood that the aperitif was for everyone 8) then I asked him "so how is it ago? A little while ago you told me that during the aperitif time the beer costs 10, now you're telling me that it's not like that and that I should therefore pay for the aperitif that everyone enjoyed?". His response was "well you're right but by now you've paid, if you want I can give you a bottle of water". And I'd say that could already be enough. But in reality NO, because he couldn't even explain to us the difference in price between the other two colleagues and therefore the reason why one had paid 7 euros for 1 single beer and another instead paid 12 euros for 2 beers. High quality in short!

11/04/2025: Terrible welcome! only one waiter is saved. and now that they have redone the place they have also changed the prices first aperitif 10 euros with drink it's enough food now 13 euros if you are not sitting at the table and they give you a drink two chips counted two olives and some peanuts. obviously I will never return very disappointed

10/07/2025: The atmosphere is good, the rest is a disaster. Don't be fooled by the atmosphere, nothing is delicious. It's just something made for the sake of it, so I advise you not to mess with it.

07/05/2025: Durante la mia ultima visita al ristorante Ikea di Roncadelle, ho apprezzato come sempre la qualità del cibo (non tutto!) e il servizio al tavolo, che come al solito è stato gradito. Tuttavia, l’esperienza alla cassa è stata poco piacevole. L’addetta (ragazza di colore raramente vista in cassa) ha mostrato un atteggiamento poco accogliente, rispondendo in maniera assai arrogante e poco collaborativa alle nostre richieste di aiuto. Questo ha creato tanto disagio, soprattutto per mio figlio di soli 7 anni, che non riusciva a comprendere il motivo di tale comportamento. Alla mia richiesta del perché di questo nervosismo, lei… “Ci ha licenziati indicandoci l’uscita”. Ho segnalato l’accaduto al responsabile di turno e spero che il ristorante possa lavorare per garantire un servizio più cortese e rispettoso per tutti i clienti.

11/04/2025: Merenda golosa con tanto di bis. Buonissima. Andiamo sempre a Padova (siamo di Verona) ma sinceramente dopo esser stati qui ci torneremo. Personale più accogliente,esposizione della merce migliore e tutto più curato.

08/06/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per le 13.15 facendo presente in anticipo alcune esigenze alimentari e ci era stato assicurato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi . Alcuni piatti erano sbagliati altri mai arrivati. Primo antipasto arrivato alle 14.30, tranne uno mai arrivato. Servizio assente, posate mancanti e vino mai arrivato. Qualità del cibo, pessima. Riso “bollito” servito come risotto, pasta scotta, carne dura e scaldata con contorno surgelato. Per concludere in bellezza dolce tiramisù acquoso, probabilmente scongelato al momento. Il tutto alla modica cifra di 50€ a testa! La ristorazione è altra cosa!

07/06/2025: Cibo pessimo, menu errato (eravamo andati per un taglio di carne che era nel menu e appena seduti ci hanno detto che non era disponibile e che era “un errore di stampa”). Carne arrivata fredda e servizio mediocre… abbiamo chiesto delle patate al forno, ci hanno detto che non c’erano e le abbiamo viste di continuo negli altri piatti 😳 il tutto per ben 45€ a testa. Arrivati alla cassa, nemmeno un “come è andata?”. Perché mi sarebbe piaciuto dare il feedback di persona. Non ci tornerei mai
