27/12/2025: A chic restaurant - the cuisine, atmosphere, service are just top notch! The waiters are all smiling, very friendly ❤️ But, unfortunately, the evening was spoiled: there was a drunk man in the hall who created an unpleasant situation, and we never received any help from either the administrator or the security (which was nonexistent). Only the waiters and the musicians who sang helped - but this is not their job at all, and it shouldn't be like that. This is unacceptable in a restaurant of this level - guests should feel safe.

22/11/2025: The restaurant is clean and elegant, very modern. I prefer more rustic, tavern-like environments, rather than elegant ones, but the service was excellent. I'm not an expert on Ukrainian cuisine, but I really enjoyed it. The portions are also very generous. Parking is easy. I'll gladly return, especially in the winter. The soups are fabulous.

18/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant as a couple. It's a beautiful location overlooking Positano. We ate divinely. The dinner was enlivened and enlivened with music by the delightful Antonio, an added bonus to this already beautiful location.

13/10/2025: From being picked up at our hotel by none less than the owner, all the way through to the return journey afterwards, we had the most memorable night at Il Pino. It has a very family run feel, which is great! The service was brilliant and not only efficient but full of laughs and chats. The food was outstanding! One of the best meals we had on our Amalfi leg. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more and we will certainly be back if we visit Praiano again.

12/10/2025: A restaurant a bit out of the way, but within walking distance of the city center in about 15 minutes. The restaurant is small but cozy, located in a basement. The tiny mezzanine, with a few tables, is charming, creating a sense of distance from the rest of the space below. Outdoor seating is available, weather permitting. The menu is excellent, not overly varied or elaborate, yet very interesting. Traditional dishes, more or less elaborate, are well-proportioned. The wine list is good. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Parking is available. The price/quality ratio is decent.

14/01/2026: I was in Sorrento on an organized trip, and I happened upon this restaurant by chance with some of my fellow travelers. The owner greeted us very warmly, saying he'd offer us both wine and bruschetta. We thought it was yet another tourist trap, where they sit you down and then charge you for everything, but they were true to their word: decent wine, excellent bruschetta, and delicious main courses, all reasonably priced (the seafood risotto was €20, which was also delicious). Highly recommended, especially for its excellent location; if I were to return to this beautiful town, I'd definitely know where to have lunch.

27/10/2025: This place has amazing food, everything served fresh! Delicious looking and tasting, all seasoned perfectly. The desserts are to die for, especially the limoncello tiramisu. Their special, pumpkin ravioli was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had and the lasagna has been my favorite to date!

27/10/2025: We had high hopes after reading a number of positive reviews. Sadly, those that mention poor service are correct. The staff were completely disinterested and seemed beyond bored! The food was average and over priced. The entire place felt unloved and unwelcoming.

After so many years of living together, it had become just a dream... but thanks to all of you, the dream has come true... We fell in love with the location immediately, wanting nothing more. Our wedding immediately became a magical fairytale, exceeding all expectations. Thank you, Ennio, for immediately understanding us... that awkwardness that held us back because we'd been living together for so long, you understood immediately, you made us feel like newlyweds... What can I say, Giusi 🥰 and Angelo, supported by an excellent staff, made everything magical, taking care of our every whim. You were able to follow and guide us throughout the day, fulfilling every wish and pampering us with sweet, warm words. You were a certainty, a safe haven... 20/12/2025: Limited flexibility in editing the food items which is standard in italy but they were very kind to us as we are vegetarian. They made us Gnocchi sorrentino and it was the best italian dish I may have had in my whole life. Ate it twice in a 3-4 day stay in positano. Honestly if you are vegetarian the dish will not disappoint it is hands down created for the gods. So fantastic! The tomato sauce and the basil really shine through the dish, it is truly something special! Beautiful family! Cheers to the chef making such an extraordinary dish, yet so simple. I refuse to eat Gnocchi anywhere else because I don’t want to be disappointed. Truly hand crafted!

15/11/2025: An excellent choice for an anniversary dinner. The ambiance is very romantic, the view incredible. The food is very, very good, and the service is attentive. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

13/10/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at L’Agave. The food was wonderful and our server helped us pick out a wonderful wine. I had fresh baked gluten free bread which was quite a treat. The service was stellar and the views are stunning. We were happy to dine there for our second time.

18/01/2026: I understand why this place is such an institution in Caserta. The girls are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The food is good and high-quality, and I want to emphasize that we tried so many things: the crescione, the pulled pork, the bacon, the club sandwich, the various types of fries, and even the classic hamburger. The prices are incredibly low considering the city average, the quality is excellent, and the service is impeccable, considering how busy it is on a Saturday night. It's a perfect pub for me, and I'd gladly return. Overall, it was a truly positive first experience, and I'd definitely repeat it.

07/09/2025: An oasis in Positano. We stopped for a break, excellent cocktails, and signature snacks. The staff is young, friendly, and very professional.

07/09/2025: Great location and exceptional service! There are many shops around the hotel and it’s very close to the beach. Lucio was awesome and helped us book an excursion to Capri which made our trip extra memorable. We also highly recommend taking a sunset cruise, it was the highlight of our visit. We truly had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary in Positano!

12/10/2025: A delicious discovery by chance. It deserves 5 stars overall. Kudos to the food, the beautiful location, and the extremely friendly service. Since I'm allergic to almonds, they kindly offered me a slice of their homemade pastiera, which was spectacular. Above all, it's important to emphasize that this isn't a touristy place. And the view...well, it speaks for itself. Kudos to the management.

21/11/2025: Ottomano is a charming family run business with the kindest owners and servers. Not only did we try some of the best seafood we had in Ischia here, but the restaurant allowed us to stay inside with them even when they were closing, because of the rainfall that wouldn’t stop. We were unprepared and they kindly welcomed us to remain indoors as we enjoyed an espresso and cuddles from the owners dog. The mixed seafood appetizer is a must - it changed my opinion on anchovies for the better because of how fresh and lightly dressed in lemon it was. Everything is worth trying here. 26/10/2025: Taking the €5 taxi boat from S. Angelo to Spiaggia dei Maronti on October 6, 2025 (the day after the storm) was quite an experience for me. The sea offered otherworldly colors, and the visibility was so clear that I could recognize almost every house on the island of Capri. Things started off well for me! I had already bookmarked the Ottomano in Hamburg. I was not disappointed: the view, the food (super fresh alici marinati to start with, gnocchi alla sorrentina for the main course), a full bread basket, a large bottle of water, coffee, excellent service, and fabulous value for money. In short: simply delicious and wonderful! Il mio nuovo luogo di felicità – grazie mille! Tornerò!
