07/01/2026: The best food we had in all of Italy! We dined in amazing restaurants across Rome, Venice, Naples, and Positano—but this was our favorite by far. We loved it so much we had lunch here on our first day in Praiano, I came back the next day for their cooking class (which I absolutely loved!), and we ended our stay with dinner on our last night—it was that good. Simone, who runs the restaurant and teaches the classes, is the best in every sense of the word. His warmth, passion, and attention to detail truly elevate the entire experience. Add in the beautiful view, and you have an unforgettable meal. Authentic Italian cuisine, top-quality ingredients, and heart in every dish—just go! Ps: I’m gluten free and they have the best gluten free pasta ever!!!

05/11/2025: Best meal and experience on the coast! So thankful we were told to try this spot by our driver from our hotel (Piccolo Sant’Andrea). My fish dish was AMAZING! Being sung to was AMAZING! We just had the best time ever. Can’t wait to come back someday!

27/12/2025: A chic restaurant - the cuisine, atmosphere, service are just top notch! The waiters are all smiling, very friendly ❤️ But, unfortunately, the evening was spoiled: there was a drunk man in the hall who created an unpleasant situation, and we never received any help from either the administrator or the security (which was nonexistent). Only the waiters and the musicians who sang helped - but this is not their job at all, and it shouldn't be like that. This is unacceptable in a restaurant of this level - guests should feel safe.

22/11/2025: The restaurant is clean and elegant, very modern. I prefer more rustic, tavern-like environments, rather than elegant ones, but the service was excellent. I'm not an expert on Ukrainian cuisine, but I really enjoyed it. The portions are also very generous. Parking is easy. I'll gladly return, especially in the winter. The soups are fabulous.

20/12/2025: Limited flexibility in editing the food items which is standard in italy but they were very kind to us as we are vegetarian. They made us Gnocchi sorrentino and it was the best italian dish I may have had in my whole life. Ate it twice in a 3-4 day stay in positano. Honestly if you are vegetarian the dish will not disappoint it is hands down created for the gods. So fantastic! The tomato sauce and the basil really shine through the dish, it is truly something special! Beautiful family! Cheers to the chef making such an extraordinary dish, yet so simple. I refuse to eat Gnocchi anywhere else because I don’t want to be disappointed. Truly hand crafted!

14/01/2026: I was in Sorrento on an organized trip, and I happened upon this restaurant by chance with some of my fellow travelers. The owner greeted us very warmly, saying he'd offer us both wine and bruschetta. We thought it was yet another tourist trap, where they sit you down and then charge you for everything, but they were true to their word: decent wine, excellent bruschetta, and delicious main courses, all reasonably priced (the seafood risotto was €20, which was also delicious). Highly recommended, especially for its excellent location; if I were to return to this beautiful town, I'd definitely know where to have lunch.

27/10/2025: This place has amazing food, everything served fresh! Delicious looking and tasting, all seasoned perfectly. The desserts are to die for, especially the limoncello tiramisu. Their special, pumpkin ravioli was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had and the lasagna has been my favorite to date!

27/10/2025: We had high hopes after reading a number of positive reviews. Sadly, those that mention poor service are correct. The staff were completely disinterested and seemed beyond bored! The food was average and over priced. The entire place felt unloved and unwelcoming.

08/02/2026: The location my daughter and her fiancé chose for their wedding... a stunning place and impeccable service. Especially the lovely Giusy! A special person!

24/01/2026: We celebrated our wedding here in June 2025. Everything was excellent, with attention to every detail, perfectly coordinated, and the food beyond expectations. The staff was always very kind and helpful from the start, as was the manager himself. A special thanks goes to Giusy for her availability, guidance, and kindness. 06/01/2026: Looking for a lighter meal, we decided to dine at this restaurant. The place is modern and a bit minimalist by Neapolitan standards. The dishes are traditional with a few twists, well-executed and of excellent quality. The woman who served us was very kind and professional. Overall, a good experience: if you're looking for a quiet place just steps from Spaccanapoli, this is the place for you.

11/01/2026: Stayed August 2025. We had an unforgettable stay at Bellevue Syrene. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every detail was thoughtfully handled. A special thank you to Antonino, the concierge, who booked all of our dinners. We gave him full discretion, and every choice was excellent. The tasting menu at the hotel’s restaurant, La Pergola, was a standout and one of our best meals in Sorrento. Each evening, we made a ritual of having drinks at Il Costiera before dinner. The terrace views are stunning, and the cocktails are just as good. I order an old fashioned everywhere I go, and theirs was among the best I’ve had. We also spent hours each day at the hotel’s “beach” — a pier extending into the Mediterranean with great sun exposure and crystal-clear water for swimming, set among ancient Roman arches carved into the cliffs. Don’t miss a limoncello spritz down there; it’s the perfect way to cool off. The highlight of our trip was a day on the hotel’s private boat, Isola. Our pilot, Damiano, was exceptional. We circumnavigated Capri and stopped for an open-water swim — a truly breathtaking and romantic experience. Bellevue Syrene is more than a hotel; it’s a complete experience. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

16/02/2026: I was there with friends on Sunday night for the Napoli game. We had 20 minutes left, and we'd finished dinner, but a member of the restaurant approached us very rudely, saying, "This isn't Snai, we can't let you stay." There were five of us, we had dinner and drinks, and we were "evicted" in a very rude way. I'll never set foot in there again, and with me were many people who used to frequent the place before. But surely, to treat customers like that, you'll have plenty of them 😉 and that won't be a problem for you. P.S.: If you don't want to be treated like Snai, DON'T let them watch the games 😌.

15/02/2026: A Caserta institution, Guggheneim has established itself as a true landmark in the pub/brewery world. The beers are top-notch, and the food has improved significantly over the years. Highly recommended.

28/02/2026: Excellent B&B with a generous and tasty breakfast. Rooms are clean and equipped with the bare essentials. The real difference is made by the super kind and helpful owners. Their restaurant is the icing on the cake, as the food is excellent. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: A delicious discovery by chance. It deserves 5 stars overall. Kudos to the food, the beautiful location, and the extremely friendly service. Since I'm allergic to almonds, they kindly offered me a slice of their homemade pastiera, which was spectacular. Above all, it's important to emphasize that this isn't a touristy place. And the view...well, it speaks for itself. Kudos to the management.

09/03/2026: Absolutely wonderful, in the heart of Positano. Charming, historic, a fantastic courtyard, and phenomenal staff. Truly hope to return this summer!
