17/10/2025: An amazing experience which really brings the home vibe in here Milano with the food taste , hospitality, gratitude and interior design with every detail and Unique arts ! The food is really to die for and you won’t regret going there!

17/10/2025: I have been to many eritruan and Ethiopian restaurants in europe but this restaurant made me feel like i am home . Every dish they serve tastes fresh and original . With a fair price . The interior design of the restaurant gives a pure african vibe . Filled with a welcoming environment and hospitality. 10 minutes away from the central train station makes it ideal for a short visit during transit . I highly recommend trying it out if you got the chance to come to milano .

01/10/2025: We were a group of friends, all of whom were trying African cuisine for the first time. The Senafe restaurant was the perfect place for this experience: good food and a wide variety of Eritrean drinks, a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, and extremely friendly staff. Among us was a vegetarian who was very pleased with the wide selection of vegetarian dishes. Furthermore, the restaurant currently has an agreement with Ergo and accepts meal vouchers, not to mention a 10% discount for university students! Overall, a more than positive first experience with Eritrean and Ethiopian cuisine! Kudos to the friendly and warm staff!

24/09/2025: I had the opportunity to dine at this little restaurant with my boyfriend. The staff was really friendly, the food was tasty and plentiful! The prices were more than respectable. Recommended!!

06/08/2025: Really cute little place. I really enjoyed the food and even asked for a few recipes. We were welcomed very warmly and there were no problems with changing the dishes. They have vegetarian options (and I'm sure they're vegan too).

13/10/2025: A quaint atmosphere, friendly staff, and unique food (spicy and sometimes hot). The dessert is truly out of this world. I recommend it for trying something different.

11/10/2025: We love it. We stumbled upon it three years ago by chance, looking for a place to eat, and despite its modest appearance, instinct told us to stop. The lady cooks like a pro: pajata, truffle ravioli, and bombette stuffed with anduja and provola cheese... Everything is super homemade and delicious. And the gentleman is incredibly friendly and welcoming; he spoils us with a drink, even a non-alcoholic one for my son, and always has a kind word for everyone. We hope it never changes, and I'm a little sad to write this review for fear it will be overrun by tourists, but they truly deserve it.

24/09/2025: Perfect place, you're immediately greeted by the unmistakable smell of incense and home cooking. A restaurant run by a mother and son. The mother in the dining room takes truly great care of the customers, serving us immediately and making us feel at ease. The son, even when we booked, gave the impression of being a truly kind and thoughtful man, which he proved to be during a chat after dinner. Delicious food and generous portions. I recommend coming very hungry. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back. Be patient when looking for parking, but it's worth it. Thanks again, Balafon ❤️

16/10/2025: There are no words to describe how good the food at this restaurant is. Seriously, the rice and meat are amazing...not to mention the guys who work there, super welcoming and kind! Special mention for the juices they let us try! I'll be back a thousand times.

03/10/2025: I walked past this restaurant this afternoon and took a picture. I've been in Sicily more than a week and have been mainly dinning local slightly high end since I got here. Last night I paid €85 for two people with a bottle of wine but I was more impressed by my meal tonight. €7 and more than I could possibly eat. Highly recommend.

15/06/2025: Cozy and home-style restaurant. The absolute protagonist is the food, which is very tasty, with the right balance between side dishes, meat or vegetables (depending on the veg option or not) and sauce. What makes it all special is that YOU EAT WITH YOUR HANDS! Another positive note: the owner and the staff serve everyone with a smile, which made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely return several times😄 Value for money: excellent!

06/10/2025: The ambiance is meticulously crafted, the background music creates a beautiful atmosphere, and the food is delicious. But what really stands out about Kaldi's is how the owner welcomes you in a friendly manner, making you feel at home. An excellent selection of spirits, including many gins and refined bitters, is perfect for those who want to go after dinner or for an aperitif. This place is a guaranteed hit, at any time of day.

10/09/2025: My favorite place in Prato. Exceptional food. I recommend the tiramisu, a feast, your taste buds will be blown away. Excellent and fast service.

24/10/2025: The food is exquisite, with excellent spiced meats. I find it very interesting to eat with your hands, using the traditional Eritrean injera bread as tongs. The service is charming, with the owner guiding you through Eritrean cuisine. The atmosphere is charming and well-decorated.

23/08/2025: A good restaurant 🍽 that allows you to enjoy the flavors of Eritrean cuisine 🇪🇷, located just outside the city center. The restaurant is located on Via Sorio and has virtually no parking 🅿️, which could make it a bit inconvenient for those who have to go there by car 🚘. The staff is extremely courteous (even over the phone 📞 when booking), with the owner 🧓🏾 proving very helpful in patiently explaining the characteristics of the dishes. We opted for the friendship plate 🤝, which seems to be the highlight of the menu 📋; it is a single dish composed of different types of stew (from buffalo to ostrich to antelope, to name a few), accompanied by a legume puree and typical Eritrean bread 🍞 🇪🇷. As for this bread, characterized by a certain sponginess (no offense to Eritrean cuisine enthusiasts), I must say it's certainly an unusual and very distinctive product, although I didn't particularly enjoy it, primarily because of its texture. In fact, once it soaks up the stew sauce (it's served as a base for the meat itself), the bread tends to fall apart excessively, becoming impractical to eat. Perhaps it would have been better served separately, so as to keep it drier and more whole (but I also realize that doing so would probably have lost one of the dish's distinctive features). The meat was very good 😋, well-cooked and spiced. Prices were perhaps slightly above average, but justified by the exclusivity of the dishes. Overall, the rating is certainly positive 👍. Reservations are highly recommended 📞. A different kind of culinary experience, one I highly recommend.
