This place is truly delightful, small but welcoming. The drawings on the walls alone warm your heart. The Eritrean cuisine is excellent and plentiful, making it a top choice for those who love African cuisine. Even the presentation of the dishes is decorative. I had the vegetarian sambusa and catagna appetizers, followed by the zighini di carne (both lamb and beef), both truly excellent. The Moscow mule was top-notch. The value for money is good, and the owner's friendliness and warmth make you feel at home. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I ate at Zula Restaurant on the afternoon of March 26, 2026, and traveled all the way from Switzerland for it. The owner, Abeba, is very friendly and calm. The staff are also polite, and the service is quick and attentive. I think the food is absolutely delicious! The Gorèd Gorèd was incredibly tasty! The spicy beef stew was savory with a little kick, just right. The injera was soft and airy. Stop by for a warm cup of herbal tea and a hearty lunch!
