Very good food, just spicy enough, the owner is very kind and welcoming, recommends the dishes, you eat with your hands!! And we liked that. Very unique desserts. I thought I'd spend a little less for 2 people: €70, a small appetizer, a typical dish shared between two, and two desserts.

A wonderful experience! The owner was very kind and friendly, and made all the difference. They explained everything to you, which was very helpful, especially if you're new to Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisine. The desserts were also delicious! We'll definitely be back :)

First experience in an Ethiopian kitchen! Giovanni the owner is a real character, a friendly and knowledgeable host who explains the experience to you step by step! Delicious food cooked by his wife who occasionally looks out from the kitchen and smiles! I really recommend it highly.

10/04/2026: A place to enjoy authentic Eritrean cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere divided into two spaces, one more modern and traditional, and one traditional Eritrean, with low tables and stools. It's worth trying at least once, unless you have back problems. You eat with your hands from a large shared plate, where the food is arranged.
02/04/2026: The owner was kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was charming. The kids had fun eating with their hands, and so did we, the adults. The prices were very fair considering the quality of the food. Thank you!

04/03/2026: I've been to this place several times and it's always a guarantee.
01/03/2026: I came all the way to Rome and visited to reminisce about Ethiopia. It's a high-end restaurant, and most of the customers are locals. You might not be able to get a table without a reservation. The injera was not too sour, but just right.
