23/01/2026: The place definitely needs updating and more attention. There's no light in the bathroom. You have to ring the bell to get in. The owner welcomes you warmly and gives you a good introduction to the restaurant's cuisine. Service is quick, food is decent. I enjoyed some dishes more than others (obviously, it's a matter of taste). The tea at the end was good. Overall, it was good...but you have to adapt to the environment and not have too many expectations. Prices, in my opinion, are a bit steep considering what's actually on offer.
Average spend is around 30 euros per person.
As an alternative evening, it's fine...but it requires a spirit of adaptation.
19/01/2026: First and last experience at this place. Let's start with the atmosphere: the floor is dirty in some spots, and it smells almost like stale food as soon as you enter.
The owner comes to explain the dishes and also advises you on how many "bowls" to order. We ordered five (there were four of us). What we received was surprising, as the bowls were truly meager and cost a whopping €14 for three pieces of meat or eggplant. The number of injera (their typical flatbread) was obviously excessive compared to the amount of food, so some of it was returned because we didn't know what to eat with it.
The worst thing was the rudeness of the waitress, who came by every 10 minutes to ask if we were finished. On the fourth visit, even though I told her to give us time to finish, I handed her the plate with the food still in my mouth.
Personally, a completely negative experience.

19/05/2026: The location isn't particularly impressive, but it's spacious. Good food and a wide selection for business lunches. Prompt service. They deserve five stars for business lunches, but perfection doesn't exist.

14/03/2026: We ordered two pasta dishes, a side of grilled vegetables and a half jar of wine. We were never offered bread, grissini or anything else. The food was basic but ok. When we got our check, there was a 6 euro charge for a convert. That was almost 20% of the amount t of the total check. When we addressed it, instead of fixing it, the waiter justified it by poiting to the paper tablecover. Unacceptable. We travel much a d eat out often and I have never been charged a cover for the tablecloth. Disappointed.
11/03/2026: I've been there several times and have always had a great time. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are fair. Highly recommended!

16/06/2026: Moroccan aperitif (€15 per person, including a cocktail) was generous and definitely different from the traditional aperitifs you'll find elsewhere. We loved it; it was a pleasant surprise. We'll definitely be back.

15/02/2026: Some friends and I wanted to spend Valentine's Day dinner out. We had reservations at this restaurant, and when we arrived, the owner wouldn't let us in and told us he had to check our reservation. Something already seemed off, but then he pointed us to a restaurant further away, saying he'd moved us there. We'd booked one place and ended up eating at another... no way. The important thing isn't the conviviality and the desire to spend an evening with friends, but this is unacceptable behavior. They must have left our table to a couple!

17/04/2026: Four of us dined here to celebrate my daughter's birthday, as she'd been there before. The place was small, simple, but charming. The ladies serving us were very kind, and the food was truly delicious and plentiful. It was a shame that many dishes—including the Mafe—were already sold out by 9:00 PM, and the wait was truly exorbitant. We were seated at 9:00 PM, and the main courses arrived well after 10:30 PM.

17/05/2026: Unfortunately, I have to give this restaurant an extremely negative review. We arrived and the place was practically empty, so we expected smooth and attentive service. The reality was a nightmare: we had to wait over two hours for our dishes.
The most serious and unacceptable thing concerned the children: we had ordered a simple pasta dish for them, a dish that takes a maximum of 20 minutes, considering the cooking time. Unfortunately, that didn't arrive either, and the little ones also had to wait two hours on empty stomachs, with no one giving a damn about the situation.
Given that the restaurant was empty when we arrived, the reason for such a long wait remains an inexplicable mystery. To make matters worse, after the interminable wait, we were served the wrong dishes, and among the correct ones, the food was literally inedible.
The real final blow was the management's total disinterest. Faced with such a serious service, with children forced to starve for two hours, a professional manager should have put their face forward, apologized, and tried to make amends. Here, however, we found a complete void, both in the kitchen and in customer service. There's no organization, no quality, and a lack of basic respect for those who pay. A terrible experience, never to be repeated. Stay away.
