We chose the seven-course tasting menu, thoughtfully structured with three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a dessert from the menu. The option to customize the menu with a few variations is appreciated, albeit at an additional cost, confirming the desire to satisfy even the most discerning palates. The sequence of dishes reveals a cuisine that is both modern and rooted in the region. The carpaccio is memorable, fresh and well-balanced, reflecting a commitment to the finest ingredients. 12/08/2025: An elegant, modern, welcoming location. On the veranda, spectacular view of the lake, relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, fast, prepared, kind staff, impeccable service. Careful, classy plating. We tasted every single dish, well-defined and delicate flavors, the "plin" an enveloping taste. It was a beautiful experience, unique emotion, gourmet journey, very high quality in everything, to be repeated. Truly top, to be tried. Fair prices

08/10/2025: I expected better, average product, good platter of cured meats, cheeses and fried foods, you could feel the low quality of the cured meats, costs too high for an average quality product, nice location

13/09/2025: If you come to Castel di Sangro, you absolutely have to stop and eat here. A very well-kept restaurant, with attentive and fast staff, and excellent food. Excellent value. My partner and I (we're parents, so we came with our young daughter) split a €24 appetizer and then ordered two first courses. My pappardelle with porcini mushrooms were spectacular. Finally, a lemon sorbet to refresh the palate. A highly recommended place for new parents. The bathroom also has a changing table for emergencies.

28/09/2025: We had dinner last night, excellent dishes cooked with taste and passion, the beef cheek was spectacular.....the very kind owner offered us some typical local bitters... compliments... definitely worth returning

06/09/2025: If you want to understand the difference between "eating" and "tasting," this is the right place. A traditional experience built on passion, attention to raw materials, dedication, and love for your work. Handmade tortelli, perfectly cooked grilled meats, mouth-watering first courses (literally). All accompanied by the professionalism of the staff. Vincenzo: competent, welcoming; Lorenzo: a young, passionate, and capable chef. The smiles of owner Angelo and his wife are a must for a memorable dinner. Everyone was good, everything was excellent. A highly recommended experience.

19/08/2025: Everything was exceptional! We were a group of nine and thoroughly enjoyed dining here. We tried a bit of everything: appetizers, first courses, second courses, and side dishes, and found every dish truly delicious and well-portioned. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful: special thanks to Vincenzo and the head waiter (whose name we unfortunately don't know) for their professionalism and kindness. If we ever return to the area, we'll definitely stop here again!

24/08/2025: Simple and welcoming atmosphere, very kind and helpful staff. We had pizzas, skewers, and focaccias, which were excellent and unique. Overall, a good value. Highly recommended!
