10/11/2025: As soon as you sit down, you know you're in a temple of fine dining! Niko Romito is a genius in the kitchen! His sister in the dining room is his right hand! One waiter, however, was particularly arrogant...and a three-star establishment can't afford that! A customer has the right to eat as many dishes as he wants...after all, we traveled 800 km...just for dinner! It's a shame...but I also understand that trained staff aren't easy to find! Still, one of the best three-star establishments ever! Worth the trip!

21/02/2026: I'd been trying to make a reservation for a while, and I finally made it. Everything was on point, but the service and friendliness were even more so. The cuisine is traditional, but with a touch of personality that never hurts. Congratulations! We'll be back.

18/01/2026: Intimate, minimalist, and elegant design. The maitre d' and the dining room staff create a simple yet warm atmosphere. Refined and original dishes, with Abruzzo roots clearly evident. Special mention goes to the tortello alla ventricina and the lamb, both of which are unbelievably tender.
03/01/2026: Terrible restaurant, reservation made two weeks ago, they called us an hour before dinner to cancel. Unprofessional, arrogant, and rude.

02/11/2025: 5 stars is too few! We arrived very late for lunch due to a long hike, but they welcomed us with infinite kindness and helpfulness. The quality of the dishes served (tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles, mixed grill and sausage, sautéed chicory) was excellent.
06/10/2025: Excellent food; try the tortelli with 4-cheese cream and walnuts and the gnocchi with ragù.
Vincenzo, the manager, and the owners are very kind. We returned two nights in a row.

17/01/2026: Nine of us had lunch here. The potato croquettes were cooked on the outside but raw on the inside. The staff was inexperienced. Tiramisu was definitely not recommended (like the gentian one). The pasta was overcooked and the carpaccio was frozen and tasteless.
If you want to eat here, get Montepulciano red wine and really good arrosticini.

09/02/2026: A quiet place with inviting dishes. And above all, the food is good. A small criticism of the veal tongue: good, but not tender. I couldn't get one bite down. The Ola Blanch beer is excellent. Recommended.

01/03/2026: You can't bring a slice of meat with I don't know what kind of cheese on top (but not parmesan) and not let us know, and admit that they didn't have it.
16/02/2026: Let's start with the positives: the food. Period, that's it.
- The dishes aren't excellent, but they're decent.
- Extremely slow service: absolutely not recommended for those traveling with family.
- Disorganization: The dishes arrive slowly, completely disjointedly; you might receive two first courses before the appetizers, a first course after the second course, and then magically discover that a couple of your guests haven't received anything yet, while you've already eaten your first and second courses. If you point this out, you'll be criticized for not having placed your orders correctly (???) or for having ordered the dish later (???).
Absolutely not recommended. It's a shame only for those in the kitchen.

01/09/2025: This piadina shop was recommended to us by the owner of the hotel where we stayed. The piadina is excellent, prepared by the owner, who is truly talented. We also had amatriciana and carbonara, both freshly prepared and the best we've ever had. The charcuterie board was also delicious. The owner and his two daughters were incredibly welcoming. Excellent value for money. We'll be back!

02/01/2026: The wait was so long that the waitress told us she'd forgotten about us...
The dishes were generous but the quality was extremely poor. I found a few pieces of broccoli in the mushroom pasta, probably because they were turned with the same utensil. It's a shame because the owner is also nice, but the whole place looks dirty and run-down.
1 main course (sliced steak with arugula), 1 plate of mushroom pasta, and 1 bottle of water, total bill €35...
