The fish stank... over-seasoned to hide the smell
The prices were extremely high
The menu was sparse, nothing was available, and what was available was inedible
A joke on food and real chefs
At least if you charge this much, make sure the fish is fresh
31/07/2026: We ordered three Vesuvios for dinner. The dish is highly recommended: original, complete, and authentic. The owners come to the table to explain the dishes and chat, and are very helpful. The place is quiet, and the prices are average. Highly recommended for an evening of good food and friendly service. We'll definitely return to try other dishes.

05/08/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars only because I can't give it 6. This coastal beach, unlike the mountain beaches with higher contours, offers seafood specialties from the Chieti area. The outdoor decor has a D'Annunzio flavor. The host is also very friendly, entertaining guests and offering helpful advice. I recommend it for team-building events, baptisms, or chess club meetings.
23/07/2026: Superb arrosticini, perfectly cooked, truly excellent quality (no unpleasant "bad" flavors, not during dinner but especially the next day 👍
I highly recommend it.
Overall, the food is very good, and the dinner service is fast and precise.
The quality of the ingredients is very good
(the tomatoes on the Caprese focaccia were particularly good and "meaty," probably because they were local tomatoes).
The atmosphere [at dinner] was quiet and informal, considering it's a (historic) beach.
So, the quality/price ratio is truly advantageous.
I wholeheartedly recommend 🙈 to all my followers to try this restaurant at least once.

20/08/2026: Fish, no specialties, dogs allowed even though dogs are not allowed on the beach in Francavilla and it's written everywhere.
18/08/2026: At best, don't go, terrible service, zero professionalism, girls behind the counter completely distracted and busy chatting and the customer waiting for their convenience, coffee preparations etc. Poor quality!!!

Food sourced locally, everything carefully and entirely prepared by them.
Highly recommended for private events, parties, communions, etc.

The high-quality food and wine selection is complemented by a wide range of entertainment, including live DJ sets on weekends.

05/09/2025: You'll find everything. The restaurant is very flexible, offering everything from pizza to fish or meat, vegetarian and even vegan options. Excellent pizzas, even with alternative doughs, like spelt. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

06/07/2025: Il cibo è stato pessimo, pesce scongelato e di sapore orribile. Persino l'insalata era cattiva, tiratafuoridalle buste senza alcuna cura. Per di più a biamo pagato 50 € a testa. Assolutamente da evitare
30/06/2025: Il posto è molto curato. Tutti i tavoli garantiscono la privacy in quanto hanno diviso gli spazi in maniera davvero efficiente. Belle anche le piante. Il cibo (a base di pesce) è molto buono anche se manca un menu e le portate sono indicate dalla gentilissima cameriera. Prezzo molto onesto.
