04/04/2024: One year after its opening today I tried this pizzeria. The service is truly excellent. The waitresses are all very kind and professional, the owner is too. The appetizers look excellent, especially the stuffed croquettes. The pizzas are Neapolitan, like the owners. I had the margherita with lots of basil and it was really excellent. My other guests tried more unique pizzas. These too are exceptional. Like dessert, even if they all tempted us. We had a truly delicious slice of wood-fired pastiera prepared without candied fruit. What can I say, the restaurant is highly recommended
03/04/2024: Excellent and digestible pizza, pastiera and caprese cake (desserts from Campania) really delicious. As a Neapolitan and as a person who cooks, I think I have a fairly trained palate, even for the raw materials...

17/03/2024: Very beautiful location, the welcome was super, for the gluten-free pizza, we're not really there, even though the dough is made by them, I asked them to make sure and they confirmed, the edge is extremely "crispy", and the rest of the pizza was spongy.

05/04/2024: It's a pizzeria and diner. Square pizzas with classic dough like those of the past. Honest prices. There are always a lot of people but they are fast and the service is smooth.
01/04/2024: Excellent pizza, well-leavened and digestible dough with a wide choice. The beer on tap is also excellent.
You can have a satisfying lunch or dinner at low cost.
More than recommended.

27/11/2023: I was last Friday and Saturday for dinner with friends at the great Tonino's Scialuppa della Nave. What to say? Great cuisine, yes I am referring to the cuisine and not to the fish specifically. You can see that behind those stoves there is over half a century of experience. The service is attentive and scrupulous. Definitely coming back.

28/02/2024: Lievita "La Pinsa" si trova in Viale Alcione n°109 a Francavilla al Mare (CH).
Il locale dista pochi metri dalla spiaggia e 2,5 Km da Piazza Sirena.
Parcheggio auto gratuito disponibile in Viale Canto Novo. Lievita si presenta come una pizzeria, specializzata nelle pinse. Ordinazione veloce con servizio al tavolo (numero esiguo di tavoli esterni).
Obbligatoria la prenotazione: solitamente sono presenti delle turnazioni orarie.
Estetica moderna dell'attività confortevole; interni puliti (servizi igienici inclusi). Il menù prevede: patatine fritte, bombette di pinsa, crocchette fritte, pinse e dolci. Vasta scelta di pinse, dalle più semplici, fino a quelle più ricche di condimenti. Qualità generale dell'impasto buona, quantità oneste e condimenti molto saporiti. Disponibili nel menù bevande varie e birre di vario genere (artigianali del territorio). Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo (ingredienti di qualità locali e grande cura nell'estetica dei piatti). Complessivamente Lievita è una "pinseria" di fascia media del territorio, da non perdere!
P.S Note negative? Sicuramente gli spazi ridotti e il riscaldamento insufficiente nel periodo invernale (molte persone hanno cenato con la giacca)... Per questo motivo valuto la location con 2 senza danneggiare il giudizio generale vista la qualità offerta.
