06/09/2025: We happened upon it by chance for dinner....it's very close to the lake before going up to the village of Scanno... So convenient.... Good food... I took some arrosticini, fried potatoes and a platter of cold cuts... Good value for money, the only flaw inside the room was too many flies... 😳... We dined continuously chasing away the flies.... Everyone complained... A fly even ended up in the water bottle.... In an indoor restaurant, flies are not allowed, come on, put up mosquito nets or do something, it can happen... But a fly farm, no.... You saw everyone at the tables greeting instead of chasing the flies..... Come on guys

The fried cheese and chitarra were good, but the tagliata with provola and truffle were disappointing: completely bland, tasteless, and cold (can you ask for anything worse?). The waiter (alone serving over 50 guests) disappeared for ten minutes, and we sent the tagliata back to warm them up, as they were already hopelessly cold and springy. The prices were also a bit high, considering the main courses.

03/09/2025: I've been coming to Alba Adriatica on holiday for two years. I discovered this place last year by pure chance while browsing Just Eat. What can I say? I was speechless. It was AMAZING. I ordered home delivery, and the delivery was super punctual. The gentleman who delivered was kinder than I've ever seen, and it was the same guy who delivered every time, both last year and this year. I highly recommend it. We ordered the panuozzo and the pizza, and I can describe them in one word: AMAZING in every way: quality, taste, and quantity. Everything was amazing, and I still highly recommend it. As for the prices, I'm basing my opinion on the products I ordered, so the price is more than fair for the food you get, as I said before. When I return to northern Italy after my holidays, I sometimes dream of being able to order it from there too, it's so good.

02/09/2025: A good pizzeria in Alba Adriatica, serving both pizza by the slice and round pizzas. Quality dough and generous toppings.

21/08/2025: Excellent experience. Seafood lunch, excellent and plentiful appetizers, both raw and cooked. The spaghetti with clams was delicious. Excellent service and fair prices.

16/08/2025: Lured by the Ferragosto menu, we decided to make a reservation. We arrived just before 1:00 PM; at 3:00 PM, the first course hadn't been served. The service was so slow and chaotic that we left the table in desperation around 6:30 PM. We still had no coffee or liqueur, but we couldn't take it anymore. I didn't think to take a photo of the plate containing fried and roasted fish and supposedly for two people... 🤣🤣🤣...half a fish placed crosswise (so a quarter each), two pieces of monkfish thrown in there, and a handful of fried fish, served at 5:30 PM!!!...Such long hours, not even at a wedding!!! Between one course and the next, I had practically digested everything. I've never left a restaurant hungry. People who left their table before us, exasperated by the slow service. A negative experience.

18/08/2025: We reached the refuge by chairlift. After a walk, we stopped at the refuge and, even without a reservation, were welcomed. Excellent food. Good value. Restrooms are available. Very kind manager.

16/08/2025: Terrible service, we sat down at 1:45 PM and ate about an hour later... the food wasn't bad, but we found a worm in the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (they offered us skewers to fix it)... we won't be back!

03/08/2025: We had dinner at the Lido and were more than disappointed. The only good thing was the children's plate with schnitzel and fries, which was really good in terms of quality and taste. We had various fish menus and were very disappointed. Antipasto: Pulpo (squid) salad was hard and tasteless, both pasta dishes in the primo with two different pasta types and preparations were overcooked, the secondo with two different fish menus were also both bland, the potatoes as a side dish were sticky and limp, and the oil and vinegar for the salad were packaged in small bags, although the quality left a lot to be desired.... Overall, the price was completely overpriced, even compared to other restaurants on the Lido, which offer a lot more in terms of quality. It was absolutely not worth the money. In our experience, we would not recommend it. What a shame!

06/09/2025: We stopped for a quick aperitivo and paid practically the same as lunch. A platter with 3 slices of prosciutto, 3 slices of salami, and 3 pieces of cheese with 2 crostini with olive pâté and ventricina for €18 😮 + drinks not included.

18/08/2025: I was very surprised by the location, which is beautiful. The service is high quality. The dishes are delicious. You can see that they put a lot of effort into the ingredients. I ate really well. A restaurant unlike any other in the area. I will definitely return.

31/05/2025: We were on holiday in Abruzzo, we were looking for a place on the way back from the hermitage and we came across this one. I would say it was a pleasant surprise, we ordered purple potato gnocchi, cod cream and sweet pepper powder and a roast lamb with potatoes, artichoke and mint and finally their strong dessert. We left very satisfied and also full. Abundant and gourmet dishes. I wish them the success they deserve I highly recommend 😋

20/07/2025: If you want authentic, well-made arrosticini, you have to come to Giacomino's. Literally "you sit down and eat." Once you arrive, just sit down and forget about anything. A fixed menu, everything delicious and high-quality, and guaranteed laughter. Perfect for getting away from the monotony of the city and eating well amidst beautiful mountain scenery. Friendly service and more than fair prices.
