03/11/2025: It wasn't the restaurant's best performance; I've already experienced better ones. The kindness and hospitality are undeniable. Specifically, the appetizers were good but with some imperfections, poor quality oil, the first course was inadequate: tacconi and chickpeas with cod with too much onion, linguine with cod with little seasoning and meaningless, and the second course was cod with a sauce that was unimpressive. The dessert was poor quality, with creams that weren't homemade and tasted industrial. It's a shame, because on other occasions the quality has been higher.

19/08/2025: They're closed for vacation these days, so I had breakfast at the nearby cafes. They're WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST. Courtesy, kindness, and professionalism are what set them apart from the others. Very good!

28/07/2025: I usually stop here when I go to Sant'Omero Hospital; it's located at the intersection entering the town. It's a welcoming place, with an indoor and outdoor covered area. I had coffee, which was good. The staff is young and knowledgeable. The only problem is the background noise from the chatter, which is annoying during rush hour. I couldn't talk to my partner! It must have been rush hour. Free outdoor parking.

14/12/2025: Very generous dishes, excellent service and food. Excellent price. For 2 hot and cold appetizers, 2 first courses (lobster and clams), 1 mixed roast, 2 desserts, wine, water, and liqueur (for 2 people): €60.

03/10/2025: A place where a stop is refreshing. Traditional dishes leave the delicious flavor of home cooking. The staff's preparation is excellent, and their welcoming attitude is evident. The generous parking remains another of the restaurant's strong points.

The head waiter (and the only waiter) brought us a couple of dark olives, a few slices of ham, and two (two!) slices of cheese for four people. We waited over two hours for the pizza, and this place has always been the same throughout the years. They never thought of getting an extra waiter/cook. 18/01/2026: Fantastic experience! I went to a Murder Mystery Dinner at Bistrò Poesia and it was a super engaging and fun evening. Excellent actors, a gripping plot, and a truly delicious dinner. The atmosphere was wonderful and the organization impeccable. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

28/09/2025: It's a very traditional trattoria. Homemade pasta, hand-made; cured meats and cheeses made in-house. Everything is plentiful and delicious. Don't expect elaborate gourmet cuisine, but excellent quality at equally excellent prices.

22/09/2025: The only place in Pianacce where you can eat. You could call it the village inn. The mother cooks. It serves typical Abruzzo food. There's no menu. The waiter tells you what's on offer. The portions are generous. The food is solid, home-cooked food made with good ingredients.

28/12/2025: Everything was perfect The place was impeccable The decor was beautiful The food deserved an A+... maybe even more... But... There's a but... The lady who waits at the tables and takes orders absolutely cannot stand the public!! Unfriendly, nervous, annoyed, inhospitable, even hysterical at times... She gives you dirty looks, criticizes every wrong move, has something to say about everything... It's truly shocking... Thank goodness for Osvaldo, who makes up for it all with truly, truly top-notch cuisine!!!!

12/09/2025: We went to this place this evening. We first ordered Dippers, which were delicious. Then we ordered Metro pizza for two. Along with the pizza (which was very good), some croquettes arrived, which we assumed were part of the pizza. When it came time for the bill, I paid and left. Looking at the receipt, I see I paid €5 for the croquettes, which, again, I didn't order, but I assumed were part of the pizza. I'll never know if it was a mistake or not. I certainly can't accuse anyone of it, but my rating for this can't be high.

19/01/2026: Old-fashioned place, wooden chairs, chipped plates, tavern-style glasses, but I'm not interested in the ambiance, but the food! A spectacular calamarata, with seconds, fried fish and calamari, salad, water, wine, and coffee for €15 per person! I was shocked by the value for money.... Definitely worth returning.
