27/08/2025: Grand Hotel Savoia, a landmark in Genoa. A beautiful, restored late-19th-century building with welcoming rooms. Welcoming and professional staff. Excellent, comprehensive breakfast served on the panoramic terrace. Convenient and clean garage.

23/08/2025: Luxury hotel located about 200 meters from the Genova Piazza Principe train station. Elegant, spacious rooms with meticulous attention to detail. Spacious bathrooms equipped with every comfort. The hotel offers a variety of services, including a spa and an on-site bar. A generous buffet breakfast with top-quality products is served on the seventh floor, with the option of using the terrace overlooking the city and, in particular, the old port. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent experience.

21/08/2025: I basically ate cold avocado bread. For celiacs, there are at least three major problems: - Not recommended for celiacs (by the staff), but they do have gluten-free bread (?!) - Gluten-free bread not even heated in the microwave (it was cold) - Non-existent burger (see photo) The staff is kind and empathetic. There is seating inside, but it's not very comfortable and it's hot.

19/08/2025: It's one of the few high-quality places in Genoa. It's located in Pontedecimo, far from the city center, in a spot without any tourists, so you have to go there specifically. There are very few tables and seats, and reservations are required. The food is very good, in my opinion; the description of it is a bit exaggerated in the realm of food and wine swank. This, which has been trendy for a few years, bothers me a bit.

30/07/2025: Roberta and Roberto never disappoint you, if I could I would go there every week, by the way, in addition to the excellent fish, here the wine list is a very serious thing!

28/08/2025: I booked a table for two for lunch, and frankly, I was surprised at how pointless my reservation was. The lady at the counter seated people before us without reservations. After a wait of a good 20 minutes, she put us at a table with other strangers... Why accept reservations if they're then ignored? The service was quite quick, the waiter was kind. As for the food, I had linguine with seafood ragù, which was good but a little too al dente... And the baby shrimp tasted like anything but shrimp. I don't want to blame the restaurant, but the next day I had nausea and a stomachache. (It could be a coincidence, or not.)

11/08/2025: If you want some authentic pasta and a wine specific to the area, you've come to the right place! It's a small restaurant with a small terrace between the blocks, intimate... An extraordinary taste! I recommend

23/08/2025: Here we are again, a must-visit for a summer dinner, and as usual, everything was excellent. We were welcomed by the fantastic Roberta, the friendly and welcoming hostess. Dinner was in a fantastic setting, the place was packed, and the service was impeccable. Needless to say, we ate deliciously. Highly recommended.

20/08/2025: Really good value for money, very friendly staff, and much appreciated food. Very authentic, recommended.

10/08/2025: The owners were incredibly friendly and put together a sandwich exactly the way we wanted. Everything was fresh and delicious, and at around €6–7 for such a generous sandwich, it’s an excellent deal. Highly recommend!

09/08/2025: Best sandwich we’ve had during our entire trip. Plenty of choice : different bread, whether you want it cold or warm, a lot of different meat and cheese, vegetables, and condiments. Very good quality and friendly staff. I totally recommend it. I had a sandwich with pistachio pesto, mortadella, sundried tomatoes, and gorgonzola !

31/08/2025: A very charming place nestled among olive trees. Enchanting terraces overlooking the coast. Perfect service, with a very friendly waitstaff. The chef, who introduced himself, was very friendly. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: We had dinner at Boccon Divino and had a great time. The service was impeccable, the food was good, and it was beautiful to look at. We'll be back.

20/08/2025: Dinner was enjoyed in a lovely outdoor courtyard. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The dishes were delicious; we had amberjack tartar and capon magro for appetizers, and seafood ravioli and pasta with clams for main courses (the latter being a standout). If you're passing through Chiavari, this is a must-try. One caveat: the menu is perhaps a little limited; I'd add at least one more first course.

23/08/2025: I call to book, they put me on hold... they chat and don't answer the phone anymore... after three minutes I hang up... if they treat customers like this... imagine how they cook.

18/08/2025: We have visited Da Pippi during Ferragosto initially as a backup because many restaurants were closed. At the end we were glad about this coincidence and it is truly a local highlight. The service was excellent and the quality of the menu was outstanding. We had Pasta as Primi Piatti and they were authentic and delicious. As Secondi we had calve with potatoes and this was amazing. The gravey was amongst the best I have ever had so far. As dessert we asked what was the most popular one for the place and it turned out to be pana cotta. It was so soft, tasty and delicious! Also the Ambiente was nice. We can only recommend to visit this restaurant.

21/08/2025: Nice little place, good food.... Dinner with friends in this open-air restaurant at the end of the Prino, in the corner of the large parking lot overlooking the sea. Located at the mouth of the stream and with a beautiful view of the coast towards the Prarola tower and San Lorenzo al Mare, it can be exposed to the breeze, since the tables are all outdoors. Lively place and youthful atmosphere, with background music and a menu mainly based on meat. You choose the food from the list, go to the cashier, pay and wait for it to be brought to the table. Fairly quick service and young and courteous waiters. Prices are not excessive: for a burger on a plate (with sides) and a Puerco Loco, washed down with two large draft beers, we spent 38 euros. Restrooms could be improved in terms of cleanliness and supplies.
