Everything we had was even better than we expected.
And what's more, the restaurant offers little touches "on the house," which has become very rare these days!
But be sure to book in advance, because they let us in at the end of the service out of pure kindness – so a huge thank you for that gesture 🧡
I can't recommend it enough: it's impossible to be disappointed!

24/06/2025: We had dinner on Sunday evening with our baby, we had a great time. Young, courteous, attentive staff. Delicious, abundant dishes, and finally a great fried fish in all of Liguria. For the first time a fried fish without vegetables, made up of lots of fish. We took dishes off the menu, spaghetti with clams and trumpet courgettes (delicious, the baby loved it) and Spaghetti with seafood. Very good appetizer. Well done, see you in August

The cocktails were delicious and super refined and the atmosphere was wonderful with live music.
Quiet place despite the crowd and on the sea.
Congratulations!! I have no words!

02/07/2025: For me one of the best restaurants in Dolceacqua, the inside is not too big even if there is an outdoor terrace, Ligurian cuisine with revisited dishes, good and interesting portions, fair prices, attentive and kind service, always a pleasure to return...
10/06/2025: Il ristorante A Viassa, si trova a Dolceacqua, splendido borgo medievale del Ponente Ligure famoso per il suo ponte romano a schiena d'asino e il Castello Doria. Il locale si presenta moderno e luminoso,accogliente e con una buona musica di sottofondo all'interno. Possibilità di utilizzare,nella bella stagione,un gradevole dehors in affaccio su Via della Liberazione. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Servizio impeccabile. Menù degustazione di mare: eccellente. Quantità delle portate adeguata. Prezzo finale ampiamente corretto. Che dire: sicuramente consigliato.

20/05/2025: Another place on the map of Italy, and there are no words to describe the taste and quality of service.
The care, in every respect, was at the highest level.
The use of seasonal products.... wine from a vineyard on a nearby hill.......
Well.... we left the plates without a drop of sauce..... that means a lot....
We recommend it with all our hearts.

11/07/2025: A fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious food. The decor is unique and original. The service is friendly. I highly recommend visiting this place. And even though you have to climb a few stairs to get there, it's worth it! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

06/07/2025: We ordered the mixed fried seafood, and I personally didn't like the presentation or the taste. The smell was very strong, like dog food or fish...
That smell is very strange, but I'm not used to that smell in food... The chocolate dessert was good, although not great, and I also liked the sun-dried tomatoes as a starter. Overall, I thought it was expensive for what it was. The place was nice, and the service was good.
24/06/2025: We had dinner in this tavern located at the gates of the historic center of Sanremo. Simple but very suggestive location. Excellent quality food, cooked as it once was, with portions that are definitely right even for those with a good appetite. The staff (I think all family members) were really very kind and available to satisfy requests. Excellent wine, a bottle recommended by the owner. Excellent quality/price ratio, even more so when compared to other restaurants in the town. If we return to the area, this will definitely be our reference tavern.

21/06/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant last night for the first time, the place is really clean and the tables are well spaced, the waiters are kind and helpful, the dishes are definitely good and the ingredients are fresh and well prepared. Excellent value for money. I recommend it with full marks
10/05/2025: We enjoyed coming to this restaurant regularly but it has declined significantly…
Prices have increased significantly and the quantity of plates has been reduced. The service is long. In short, nothing is going right anymore.
We will not go back there again

30/06/2025: A truly great restaurant. It used to be our regular. We used to go there regularly. But unfortunately, they only serve lunch now, and we usually only enjoy going out for dinner. So many courses at lunch isn't our thing, so we haven't been there in a while, which we're very sorry about.
09/06/2025: We were two Sundays ago in four people to eat in this splendid restaurant. An excellent location, excellent staff and food and compliments again to the chef. Must try!!!!

17/05/2025: I had to give 5 stars but since we've been friends for a lifetime it seemed like a joke so I penalized it by 1 star... but really excellent, good and honest, they make amazing focaccias 😉 I guarantee it

12/05/2025: We only stayed in this property for one night, unfortunately. We wish we could have stayed much longer... the staff were really super friendly and they even brought a surprise happy birthday candle on the cake for my son.
Excellent, elegant, comfortable and welcoming rooms. Top cleanliness, 10/10. Dinner in the 5 star restaurant!! Very well-kept and very relaxing garden. An experience definitely worth repeating.

19/06/2025: Excellent raw fish, along with spaghetti allo scoglio, very good. The dessert also satisfied us, profiteroles with a very good cream. Friendly and fast service, we thank the German lady who served us, very nice. Price commensurate with the quality of the product and the elegant environment in front of the Casino' di Sanremo. Recommended
