14/09/2025: The Italian tables were full of dishes, except ours!! The antipasto is reserved for Italians only!! When we asked why, the poor waiter replied, "No homemade antipasto for foreigners!" No menu, no prices, only two dishes were offered: pasta Bolognese or Angus beef... "Foreigners," move on!!!

08/09/2025: Terrible service. No price list. The customer is annoying, and that's the last straw. Not recommended.

18/05/2025: A very beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant in Caltanissetta with a view of the kitchen. Michelin-starred cuisine, to our taste! We could taste the sea with our eyes closed. As a Sicilian, I particularly enjoyed the use of regional products and herbs. The entire team was exceptionally attentive and professional.

18/09/2025: We came here for the first time expecting a simple fast food joint. We were wrong: the quality of the food was that of a top-notch restaurant! We ate very well, plentiful, and, I repeat, quality! The only problem: the prices weren't clearly indicated, nor were they detailed (if there was a menu, or if you paid individually, how much, how, etc.). But other than that, the prices were absolutely in line with the quality—in fact, we'll be back!

I went to Cabana Self Service in Caltanissetta for the first time today, and I must say it was a truly positive experience in every way. The food is excellent, with tasty dishes, well-cooked, and prepared with fresh ingredients. You can taste the quality and care in every course! But what struck me most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I was with two people with disabilities, and we were welcomed with a kindness and attentiveness that are truly rare. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very respectful, truly making a difference in our experience. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. A place where you eat well and feel at ease. Highly recommended! A true example of inclusive, quality dining. Congratulations to all the staff at Cabana Self Service. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

17/10/2025: Having dinner with family on vacation, I expected more, nothing special or exceptional. How could you not have stigliole and spring onions in San Cataldo? The waitress took our order three times because when she got to the kitchen, what we'd ordered was gone.
