11/06/2026: We happened upon it for dinner. Cute place, attentive and friendly service. We had beccafico sardines and fish caponata: delicious. But the highlight was the sweet and sour tuna with onion. A truly wonderful combination. Delicious! Thanks

01/07/2026: *Gela has its own gem: Miseria e Nobiltà*** I was looking for a place in Gela where I could eat well without surprises on the bill, and I found it. At Miseria e Nobiltà, "misery" is only in the name: on the plate, you get all the nobility of well-made Sicilian cuisine. Quality ingredients, just the right portions, and flavors that remind you of home.

18/06/2026: We were absolutely thrilled! The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and exceptionally courteous from the very beginning. You immediately feel welcome and in excellent hands. The appetizers deserve special mention: all the ingredients seemed fresh, high-quality, and locally sourced. The flavors were perfectly balanced and truly delicious. The main course was equally impressive. The meat was cooked to perfection, wonderfully tender, superbly seasoned, and incredibly flavorful. You can tell that great emphasis is placed on quality and meticulous preparation. Overall, a fantastic culinary experience with outstanding service and superb cuisine. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back! 😊

08/07/2026: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Gela, very close to the main street. The food is typical of the area and is cooked very well. The starters are particularly abundant. The first courses are very varied. The second courses are mainly meat-based. They are tasty and cooked very well. The service does exactly what it should. The restaurant is a little small and sometimes when crowded it becomes particularly difficult to communicate between diners. The prices are in line with those of the current market.

15/04/2026: Ate here 3 nights ago. I had the fresh tagliatelle with ragu which was very tasty and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. I paired it with a glass of red wine that was recommended by the server and it didn’t disappoint. The decor is very tasteful and the bar stocks a wide variety of drinks for cocktails etc. Antonio who looked after me, was friendly, chatty and very personable. Overall a very pleasant experience.
