21/07/2026: It was so good! The antipasti were enormous (you have to like olives!) and the main courses were delicious (mushroom risotto, the original wild boar and chocolate pasta). The decor, a former olive press, is magnificent, and the welcome was absolutely charming. A wonderful experience.

We sampled several traditional Sicilian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with authentic flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the value for money was excellent: we ate very well and paid a fair price. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Sicilian cuisine!

18/05/2026: My wife and I had dinner here to conclude our week in Sicily. Highly recommended. The spicy mussels were divine, the pasta superb, the Etna wine perfect, and the service very attentive and friendly. Reservations are essential, as it's always very busy! A top spot in Catania.

24/02/2026: If you're looking for the perfect place and, at the same time, want to eat divinely, you've come to the right place. The decor is meticulously crafted, modern, and sophisticated, with lighting that creates the perfect atmosphere from early morning. The pastry shop is almost architectural: they look like jewels with vibrant colors. I tried their gourmet breakfast and the pastry was simply perfect. I'll definitely be back, especially to try the deli counter, which, even just looking at it, is enchanting. It's not just a café, it's an aesthetic experience.

28/12/2025: A great little place for breakfast and coffee, with top-quality products and really nice coffee. The pistachio ice cream was fantastic, and they have a great variety of croissants to choose from. In the evening, there’s music which creates a lovely atmosphere, and the people working there are very friendly and welcoming. A great place to visit any time of the day.

Nestled in the heart of Enna, Le Tre Rose is exactly that. A modest, classic restaurant with a simple yet elegant atmosphere where everything feels warm, spotless, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. We began with the mussels, swimming in the most fragrant pink rosé sauce. They were beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and served in such generous portions that we honestly wondered how we would have room for our mains. Then came the homemade pasta with prawns and pesto, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, every bite tasted as though it had been prepared with genuine love and pride. It was the kind of pasta that reminds you why Italian cuisine is admired around the world. Alongside it, we enjoyed the fried calamari and prawns. The seafood was incredibly fresh, coated in a light, delicate golden batter that was wonderfully crisp without feeling heavy or oily. A perfect example of how simple ingredients shine when they're treated with care. The meal was beautifully complemented by generous side dishes and an assortment of freshly baked breads, including varieties filled with olives and anchovies, each adding another delicious layer to the experience. And then, dessert. We couldn't resist trying the ricotta cannolo and the cheesecake. As someone who usually isn't a fan of cheesecake, I was genuinely surprised. It was one of the best I've ever tasted, light, creamy, beautifully balanced, and the perfect ending to an already memorable meal. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, serving each dish with warmth, kindness, and the unmistakable pride that comes from people who truly love what they do. Le Tre Rose isn't about flashy presentation or chasing trends. It's about honest food, generous portions, beautiful flavours, and heartfelt Sicilian hospitality. If you're visiting Enna, don't miss this hidden gem. Come hungry, take your time, and savour every bite. You'll leave with a full heart as well as a full stomach.
