08/06/2025: We had my birthday lunch here after visiting Etna. Food was very delicious and the service was excellent. The restaurant is a cosy place. All in all amazing experience.

Prenoti come da istruzioni e dopo un paio di ore ti richiamano per annullare la tua prenotazione e ti spingono a prenotare presso il loro altro ristorante di Catania .
Pessimo il servizio di assistenza al cliente .

14/06/2025: A dinner to remember!
We went to La Tana del Lupo for dinner and the experience was truly exceptional. As soon as we entered we were greeted with courtesy in a warm and rustic environment, with attention to the smallest details.
We started with an appetizer of provola with honey: simple but exquisite, the sweet-salty contrast was perfectly balanced.
As a first course, the pistachio panzotti won us over: creamy, fragrant and full of flavor, a real treat for pistachio lovers.
The second course, a slice of Angus, was very tender and cooked to perfection, accompanied by tasty side dishes that enhanced the meat without covering its flavor.
Attentive and friendly service, just the right amount of time between courses. Really excellent quality/price ratio.
A place we recommend without hesitation and to which we will definitely return!

12/06/2025: TAVERNA GRANDE ALBERO is a charming little spot in Catania—perfect for a relaxed lunch. The food was delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the service was warm and attentive. A true Sicilian gem ! Best place that we have eaten at in Sicily. Highly recommended.
11/06/2025: A good restaurant, with expertly prepared local dishes, the fantastic Sicilian cuisine is certainly well interpreted. Maybe they should work a little more on customer care, a smile, a joke with customers, it doesn't hurt. True that it is not on the menu but it really doesn't hurt.

27/06/2025: Trattoria of the past, now unobtainable nowadays. Quality, simplicity and modest prices that seem almost fictitious compared to what you find around.
Family-run, with a kindness and a unique humility even with the many foreigners who are lucky enough to end up in this place.
Go there if you want to eat in a gem of times gone by that I hope will resist the dynamics of the modern market.

04/07/2025: We had a truly wonderful stay at Parco Statella. The hospitality and care provided by Manuela made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire place has a magical charm, peaceful, authentic, and full of character. It was the perfect base for exploring the region, and we left with warm memories thanks to the atmosphere Manuela has created. We hope to return again someday maybe next time on our way to Etna!
25/06/2025: Restaurant restaurant located in a splendid property near an eighteenth-century villa and with a large park cared for in detail. The cuisine is excellent with typical local products, the appetizers are abundant. The courtesy of the owner Massimo is beautiful. Highly recommended

19/06/2025: A real gem in the heart of Piazza Armerina! A welcoming trattoria, with attention to detail and an authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is top-notch, with dishes prepared with local ingredients and an excellent local organic oil that enhances every flavor.
The house appetizer is simply amazing, a rich and tasty selection. The first courses were a real discovery: full flavors, tradition and technique perfectly balanced. The oven-roasted lamb, tender and fragrant, was cooked to perfection.
To top it off, a cannoli filled on the spot... fresh, crunchy, unforgettable! Highly recommended for those looking for a true Sicilian gastronomic experience.
