05/07/2025: We came across it by chance, an incredible discovery! We had two pizzas with fish that were really good, to tell the truth the best I've ever eaten so far!

01/06/2025: we stopped on a Sunday. according to Google, it closes at 17h.we stopped at around 16h15. nobody was there. either your schedules aren't according to what Google say or else you closed up early without any notice

19/05/2025: Not a big place that fills up easily, despite this we were served quickly by the very friendly owner. Excellent dishes, I recommend the grouper ravioli. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

10/06/2025: beautiful place in the center of oristano. very varied menu. we ate very well, excellent mamzo meat, it melted in the mouth, excellent pork terrine. I highly recommend it.

08/06/2025: Incuriosita dalla cura con la quale è stata ideata la pagina instagram relativa al ristorante,prenoto per cena con la mia amica. Ad accoglierci il personale attento e gentile che ci fa accomodare al tavolo,apparecchiato correttamente con uno stile originale. Il menu è già a prima vista molto interessante con piatti rivisitati della cucina sarda,decidiamo quindi di ordinare due antipasti e due primi. I piatti arrivano con la giusta tempistica e sono un’esplosione di sapore oltre che essere deliziosi alla vista: delle vere opere d’arte culinaria!Si percepisce la passione e l’attenzione al dettaglio,due caratteristiche che descrivono l’intero locale. Abbiamo terminato la nostra cena con due dolci squisiti,equilibrati e serviti impeccabilmente. Il ristorante ha superato le nostre aspettative in termini di qualità delle materie prime e presentazione dei piatti. Torneremo con piacere!

27/06/2025: The two of us ate at this restaurant. It was the best meal I've had in Sardinia! Very friendly and competent staff and incredibly good food. Everything was perfect! Worth at least a visit, if not a must.

And to top it all off, the service was the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time (and I go to a lot of restaurants) From the gracious expert advice of the owner to the wait staff. 01/06/2025: An outstanding restaurant run by Ambrogio. He and his team are very quality-conscious, serving excellent cuisine with great finesse. Certainly one of the best restaurants in the Castelsardo region. I've been here several times and will continue to visit Il Cormorano many more times.

17/06/2025: We have just had the most wonderful seafood lunch with friendly staff and nice beach views . We started with the mussels , beautuly cooked in a tomato sauce . Then we had the Ragu and fish of the day both fantastic. Thank you all for a lovely experience.
