23/04/2026: The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant, with lovely decor. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes. The starters and main courses were excellent (beef tartare for the starter and mullet ravioli for the main). However, while the crème brûlée was certainly good, it had a rather runny texture. I would recommend the lemon tart instead, which was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

27/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Braceria Mangiafuoco, and I can say without exaggeration that it was an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming setting, a relaxed atmosphere, and a staff that makes you feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. The cocktails are simply spectacular, carefully and creatively prepared, perfect both to start the evening and to accompany the dishes. You can tell there's true passion and expertise behind the bar. I tried the Capper-ino (I hope I'm right) and it was an incredible experience. The highlight, of course, is the meat: exceptional quality, carefully selected, and impeccably cooked. Each cut is explained and recommended with great expertise, and the chef manages to bring out every flavor in an extraordinary way. Meat this tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection is hard to forget. I also applaud the side dishes, because the delicious broccoli rabe and chicory took me back to my grandmother's cooking (and I think that's one of the best compliments). Special praise also goes to the entire staff and the chef, always present, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. It's rare to find a place where food quality, service, and atmosphere coexist so seamlessly. Mangiafuoco isn't just a grill restaurant, but an experience to be enjoyed and recommended to anyone who loves good food and being pampered from start to finish. I'll definitely be back.

10/06/2026: Simply perfect! A small, traditional Sardinian restaurant with high-quality dishes to share (or not 🤤). The chef is very friendly (thank you for the tips on cooking the guanciale!) and the food is excellent (special mention for the risotto). The total price is a bit high if you order several courses, but it's definitely worth it. The menu is only in Italian, but with the chef's explanations or ChatGPT, you can manage perfectly well 👍🏻 Thank you for a lovely time.

10/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place almost by chance. It's a small place that serves traditional Sassari cuisine at a very reasonable price. You can order several dishes per person, allowing you to try as many different dishes as possible. And, on a positive note, we were offered complimentary digestifs and coffee. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Renato recommended an excellent wine, Daniela welcomed us and served us impeccably, and what can I say about Graziano? The dishes were meticulously prepared, with homemade bread served warm, and the fish was top-notch! Excellent value for money! In short, AMAZING!
