I had the pleasure of dining at Braceria Mangiafuoco, and I can say without exaggeration that it was an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner.
As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming setting, a relaxed atmosphere, and a staff that makes you feel at home with their warmth and professionalism.
The cocktails are simply spectacular, carefully and creatively prepared, perfect both to start the evening and to accompany the dishes. You can tell there's true passion and expertise behind the bar. I tried the Capper-ino (I hope I'm right) and it was an incredible experience.
The highlight, of course, is the meat: exceptional quality, carefully selected, and impeccably cooked. Each cut is explained and recommended with great expertise, and the chef manages to bring out every flavor in an extraordinary way. Meat this tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection is hard to forget. I also applaud the side dishes, because the delicious broccoli rabe and chicory took me back to my grandmother's cooking (and I think that's one of the best compliments).
Special praise also goes to the entire staff and the chef, always present, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. It's rare to find a place where food quality, service, and atmosphere coexist so seamlessly.
Mangiafuoco isn't just a grill restaurant, but an experience to be enjoyed and recommended to anyone who loves good food and being pampered from start to finish. I'll definitely be back.

Dinner for four friends, excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses, excellent meat, and very friendly staff, including the owner, who checked in at the end of the meal to make sure everything went well, as it did. I recommend it as a special place to try top-quality meat. The price is in line with the type of restaurant and service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to gorge on bland meat for a low price. Thank you.fm

I was hoping for better; spending a lot and then going elsewhere for food right after leaving isn't ideal. We chose the tasting menu, but some of the meats didn't even arrive enough for us all to taste (because they're really tiny samples). The accompanying potatoes were really limited. After leaving, we all went downtown to find food.
The cleanliness needs a rethink; there was dust everywhere, and for those with dust mite allergies, it wasn't a great evening, and I'd resort to cortisone. If the dust is visible in dim light at night, it's a problem.
An experience not to be repeated.
