03/05/2026: Our stay was very pleasant. Immersed in the tranquility of a green area, in a well-furnished and fairly spacious room, directly overlooking a lawn. The restaurant's cuisine was excellent: we enjoyed it in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The "hostess" was a wonderful host.

08/04/2026: The restaurant's location is beautiful (a little adventurous to get to), with a stunning glass window overlooking the gardens; the service was very warm (we were alone for lunch, which I think helped) and attentive. The tasting menu (La mia cucina) was excellent, with a special mention for the soft egg (with onion soup, creamy Parmignano, etc.)—it was terrifying. The price was fair for the quality, location, and the abundance of dishes. Recommended! P.S.: I'm giving the 5 stars for the rooms as if they were for the food, as there's no voice!

28/04/2026: We stayed at the hotel and this was an absolute highlight of our time in Monza! Ristorante Derby Grill offers a truly beautiful atmosphere; we loved the variety of seating options, especially the glass-enclosed area which is perfect for soaking in the sun while dining. ​Both breakfast and dinner were stellar. While I didn't grab photos of the breakfast spread, it was exceptional and high-quality. For dinner, the risotto and beef pasta (pictured) were standout dishes, and the two appetizers we started with were perfectly prepared and balanced. Every bite was delicious. ​Beyond the food, the service was top-notch—attentive, professional, and warm. If you’re in Monza, this is a must-visit for a refined yet comfortable dining experience. Highly recommended!

24/04/2026: This evening I had dinner with my mother and sister-in-law at this restaurant. It was a true experience of taste, knowledge, and heart. I received meticulous attention given my pregnancy, and the staff who looked after us were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We chose the tasting menu, which left us completely satisfied; our warmest compliments to the chef. I definitely recommend it and will be back very soon. Veronica

11/04/2026: Stefano Ciotti's cuisine never disappoints. I dined at his restaurant on Easter, a special day, with a menu dedicated to the occasion. The dishes, though festive in nature, retained the signature elements of the chef's culinary vision: recognizable and traditional elements, combined in sophisticated combinations that enhance rather than distort the flavor. It has rightly climbed my personal ranking among the restaurants where I've most enjoyed the culinary journey. The wine list is extensive, with many Italian and international labels. The service is kind and friendly (without being intrusive), the tables are well spaced, and it has an enviable location on the Pesaro seafront. Parking can be difficult if you arrive by car, but there are secure parking lots a few hundred meters away. Prices are in line with the type of restaurant.

24/03/2026: Stefano is a very good chef, and experience his kitchen is something nice to do. The wife is a perfect host and they both are very kind. We only have an issue with a table of two people keeping chatting loud on speaker phone… not really a perfect background in such a beautiful place

18/05/2026: Good evening, Booking at this restaurant was much more than just a simple dinner; it was a sensory and emotional journey. I love the countryside and the Langhe, and the location is enchanting, located within the Fontana Fredda estate, a historic residence (formerly the home and hunting lodge of Emanuele II). From the first moment, the atmosphere was captivating. Each dish is a work of art, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. Chef Ugo Alciati works with the highest quality products and highlights the raw ingredients of the Piedmont region. You absolutely must try the fresh pasta plin with roast sauce, just as they were made by the expert hands of Mamma Lidia, and as he, even before him, had been told by Nonna Pierina. His exquisite veal with tuna sauce, according to tradition. Don't miss their amazing and delicious gelato, crafted by the chef's expert and skilled artisans using milk from Piedmontese white cows. The service was attentive, kind, and discreet, guiding us through the menu with great professionalism. I recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic experience, where gastronomy blends with Piedmontese tradition and excellence! Well done!!!

02/05/2026: I can honestly say that Borgo Egnazia is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. It is not just about the stunning infrastructure, the real magic lies in the people and the service. Everyone is warm, kind, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. It truly feels like being welcomed into a local family. A special thank you to Loredana, Gianvito, Rosita, Giacomo, and Devid, who treated my wife and me like family and made our stay unforgettable. You all did an amazing job, cheers to the entire Borgo Egnazia team. Everything is simply top notch. The food, the gelato shop, the golf course, and every corner of the property are 10 out of 10. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience. Grazie mille!

30/04/2026: It's more than a scattered hotel: it's like coming home to friends, pampering yourself and recharging your batteries far from the city. Upon arrival, Daniele welcomes you and shows you to a room, each one different. Dinner is meticulously prepared; the chef knows how to reinterpret traditional dishes with local products. Marco finds the perfect wine for your tastes, perfectly paired with the menu. Breakfast is also excellent. As you leave, you say goodbye to Lucilla, who, along with her mother, believed in the project, giving a second life to Santu Lussurgiu, a charming, well-preserved medieval village.

22/04/2026: We went there for lunch. The food was excellent. The park is great for a walk after lunch.

18/02/2026: This palace is absolutely amazing. Very nice staff and the owner is incredibly sweet. We spent 3 days and was really sad that we had to leave. You can take wonderful walks in there gardens that are really quiet, a perfect place to relax and rewind. The food was spot on perfect, fresh and genuine. The room was big and very clean. Definitely a place to visit. We will be back for shore.
