From the first greeting to the last bite, every moment was characterized by perfection and sophistication. Ambiance & Service The stylish, minimalist design with subdued lighting and elegant table arrangements creates an exclusive atmosphere. The service was impeccable: attentive but unobtrusive, with in-depth knowledge of each dish and the perfect wine pairing. Culinary Experience The tasting menu was a true journey for the senses. Each course was artfully prepared and tastefully worked out down to the last detail. Particularly noteworthy are the perfectly cooked lobster with saffron foam and the melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu slice with black truffle. The desserts were a harmonious composition of sweetness, acidity and textures – a real treat. Wine pairing The sommelier recommendations were excellent and perfectly underlined the flavors of the dishes. The elegant Burgundy and the complex dessert wine in particular rounded off the menu. Conclusion An unforgettable culinary experience at the highest level. The combination of exquisite cuisine, first-class service and elegant ambience makes this restaurant a top address for gourmets. 30/03/2025: Fourth starred in my journey of discovery of experimental cuisine. 9-course menu at 330 euros for two people and 3 accompanying glasses at 110 euros for two people. Absolutely substantial dishes. An important sensory journey with exciting combinations of raw materials that are also simple but very well enhanced. We were not enthusiastic about the last dish: amatriciana revisited out of context both logical and path ... With onion and vinegar ... Unfortunately for the Roman it is an unpleasant combination with an unpleasant permanence in the mouth after the meal. Everything else promoted. Fantastic and friendly service. Very pleasant evening overall

16/02/2025: Very good food, welcoming service and very tasteful environment. Among us there was also a friend with celiac disease: they were very attentive and prepared, they had various dishes and desserts for her too!

16/02/2025: Second time I come, first with another omnivorous diner who was very satisfied, second alone. Very welcoming environment, good selection of background music and not at unlikely volumes and really courteous staff. For the vegan choices, excellent puree of fava beans and sautéed chicory, chickpea and chestnut soup, artichoke in the space style... I finished with orange peel and chocolate prepared by them. Advise!

14/04/2025: Un’esperienza di gusto e raffinatezza nel cuore di Milano – Ristorante Bianca Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare al Ristorante Bianca in Via Panizza e non posso che condividere un’esperienza culinaria all’altezza delle aspettative. L’ambiente elegante ma accogliente e il servizio attento rendono il Bianca una vera perla milanese per chi ama la cucina di mare rivisitata con gusto e creatività. Abbiamo iniziato con una tartare di capasanta e salmone marinato, accompagnata da una riduzione al lampone: la delicatezza del crudo si sposava perfettamente con la vivacità del Franciacorta Lantieri Cuvée Brut, elegante e persistente. A seguire, un polpo arrostito su vellutata di piselli e salsa di sesamo tostato: un gioco di consistenze e sapori dove la dolcezza della crema verde incontrava il gusto deciso del polpo, il tutto esaltato da un calice di Pinot Grigio Fallwind di San Michele Appiano, fresco e armonico. Come piatto principale, un delizioso tonno in crosta di pistacchio servito con una doppia crema (carote e zafferano) disposta artisticamente sul piatto. Un equilibrio di colori e sapori davvero sorprendente, con il vino che continuava a sostenere perfettamente la portata. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro, non solo per il palato ma anche per gli occhi. Consigliatissimo per una cena romantica o un pranzo di lavoro di classe. Tornerò sicuramente!

06/04/2025: We were a family of 5 and we were very impressed with the food quality of this seafood resturant...atmosphere and fit out was great but the service was as good as it gets , light friendly and very happy staff...was a pleasure dining here and will return again. I thought it was reasonably priced given the quality of seafood we consumed...

01/04/2025: I have been supporting him for more than 10 and 20 years, and I always help him every time I come to Milan. I just came here in October last year. But this time I felt very different. The food was OK, but the portions were smaller. I didn’t pay attention to the price. It was a bit expensive.

Food quality: 2.8/3 Ambiance of the place: 0.4/0.5 Authenticity/ innovativeness of the place: 0.4/0.5 Value/Price of the place: 0.2/0.5 Service of the place: 0.5/0.5 Total: 4.3/5 We ordered 4 courses, which included the scallops, the beet dumpling, the cod and the pasta. Everything was amazing, but the highlights for us were the beet dumplings and the scallops. Especially the sauce for the scallops and the overall flavor profile of the beetroot dumplings was extraordinary. Overall, this is top tier restaurant that has amazing food and provides a memorable experience.

18/02/2025: Sono stato un paio di volte quest’anno e nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo. Prodotti eccellenti, accostati in modo super creativo. Impossibile a mio avviso uscire senza una mezza emozione e non lo dice uno non avvezzo a questo tipo di ristoranti. Unica nota personalmente un po’ negativa è la generale freddezza del locale.
