09/05/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the ingredients. Everything was carefully selected and prepared with attention to detail. The owners are very kind and attentive; we felt welcomed. The location is also lovely; the restaurant is tastefully decorated, while you can also eat outside, enjoying the atmosphere of the piazza. Highly recommended.

19/04/2026: I had dinner with my husband at this lovely restaurant. The service was impeccable. Before our main courses, we were served a series of exceptional small appetizers. The pollo uovo was also excellent. The only flaw was my first course, cacio e pepe risotto with fava beans, which I found heavy and the flavor combination wasn't exactly perfect. The pigeon, however, was fantastic. As were the desserts, also on the house. Overall, excellent.

It's quite expensive, but by saving on one Big Mac a week, you can easily eat there for two and create unforgettable memories! Truly haute cuisine.

18/05/2026: We stopped by this amazing restaurant and reached out to see if they had a table available. From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home in their beautiful and authentic restaurant. We enjoyed three different appetizers, a delicious main course, dessert and their wonderful local wine. Super fresh and tasty. It turned into one of the most authentic and memorable dining experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

29/04/2026: We stopped at this restaurant almost by chance, on our way back from Provence. Then I remembered an episode of Borghese's *4 Ristoranti* and made the connection: it was indeed one of the winners along our route. And I must say, the win is more than deserved. The restaurant is truly refined and welcoming, but what makes the difference are the owners: Chiara is an extraordinary hostess, attentive, kind, and always ready to make guests feel at ease. Even when faced with a small setback, she handled everything with great professionalism and ease. The menu was simply fantastic. We chose the six-course tasting menu and it was a true journey of flavors from start to finish: carefully prepared, balanced, and never boring dishes. You can sense passion, research, and sheer quality in every offering. A truly successful experience, one that stays in your memory and is definitely worth repeating. P.S.: I highly recommend it, but keep in mind that it's also an experience in terms of time... it's not the right place if you're in a hurry.

04/04/2026: An impeccable experience in every way! The dishes are exquisite, refined, and prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. The tasting menu offers the opportunity to sample both meat and fish dishes. Our favorite dish was the risotto, an explosion of flavors in every bite! The owners are extremely kind and the staff very welcoming. The setting is elegant and refined. Thanks to the large windows, it offers stunning views and creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We truly thank you for this wonderful mother-daughter experience!

01/06/2026: I went to Liberty for an anniversary dinner with my boyfriend. We chose the tasting menu (evolution and fusion) consisting of five courses, including two glasses of wine each, water, coffee, and a cover charge, for €100 each. Everything was truly delicious, with delicate yet well-balanced flavors. The location was elegant, intimate, and simple. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and they catered to our needs.

15/05/2026: Small and charming restaurant in the Garibaldi area. Attentive and friendly service. Excellent cuisine. I chose the five-course "Contamination-Evolution" tasting menu with wine pairings by the glass. Everything was very good. Perhaps the least interesting dish was the amberjack tartare, and I didn't find the bread to be particularly good. Everything else was noteworthy. The wine pairings were also very good. It's a place I'd gladly return to try something else.

08/05/2026: I'd say this is one of the best seafood restaurants in Milan. The flavors and presentation are superb. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. However, the portions are small considering the prices.

06/05/2026: We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to get in right away when we arrived at 12:30. The appetizer, the red shrimp tartare and sorbet, was incredibly delicious. The tiramisu was also superb. I especially loved those two. The cacio e pepe was, of course, delicious too. It was also nice that they divided the dishes for sharing.

06/07/2026: Excellent food and a great waiter, but it's a shame about the service. I visited this restaurant on Saturday the 27th at 9:00 PM. The atmosphere is truly relaxing and pleasant. I want to offer my sincerest compliments to the first waiter who greeted us (a thin guy with glasses): he was excellent, extremely kind, and provided excellent service. My compliments to him. The food was also excellent. For my appetizer, I had the amberjack carpaccio, truly exquisite, and for my first course, the spaghetti with clams. Everything was perfect. Furthermore, the dessert was incredibly good and highly recommended! Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact name, but it was truly delicious. The only real flaw was the behavior of one of the waitresses. While bringing a plate to the table, probably because she was in a hurry, she elbowed me in the arm without even apologizing. I sensed a lot of apprehension in the way she almost "threw" the plates on the table, and the same thing happened when she came to clear the table. I think she noticed my annoyance, since she was much more attentive during dessert. However, from a restaurant of this caliber (like Da Giacomo, where you spend well over 50 euros), you expect superior customer service. This young woman seemed hasty and annoyed from the start. When it came to the bill, we nevertheless brought the matter up at the cashier in a constructive manner. Otherwise, the food is truly excellent and highly recommended! I visited this restaurant on Saturday the 27th around 9:00 PM. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. I highly want to commend the first waiter who took care of us (a thin man with glasses). He was incredibly professional, kind, and provided top-tier service. Congratulations to him! The food was also delicious. I ordered the amberjack carpaccio as a starter, which was amazing, and the spaghetti alle vongole as a main course. On top of that, the dessert was absolutely amazing and highly recommended! Unfortunately, I don't remember its exact name, but it was delicious.The only downside to our evening was the behavior of a female server. While bringing a dish to our table, she accidentally hit my arm with her elbow and didn't even apologize. She seemed in such a rush that it felt like she was slamming the plates down, and the same happened when clearing the table. I think she eventually noticed my discomfort because she was much more careful when bringing the dessert. However, in a restaurant of this category (similar to Da Giacomo, where you easily spend over 50 euros), you expect high-quality customer service. She looked rushed and annoyed from the very beginning.When we went to pay, we mentioned what happened to the staff at the counter. Other than that issue, the food was wonderful and worth trying!

02/07/2026: The amuse-bouche —an unappetizing slice of pizza— set the tone for the meal. Service was friendly but scattered: our order wasn’t really listened to, and no one checked back in to see how the meal was going or whether we needed anything. The seafood itself was fresh, but was paired with elements that diminished rather than complemented its quality, like thick chewy fettuccine. A few technical mishaps didn’t help either — the amberjack filet came out overcooked, and the spinach was oversalted to the point of being inedible. Overall, a meal I was really looking forward to turned out disappointing. I wanted the food and service to live up to the beautiful atmosphere and reputation, but this time, they really didn’t.
