08/03/2025: Bellissima esperienza a pranzo degustando il menù “Ricordi”. Cinque portate deliziose, dai sapori delicati e finemente accostati tra loro. Vino dei Feudi eccelso. Location bellissima dopo il recente restyling, accogliente ed elegante. Un plauso a tutto lo staff che ho trovato preparato, attento ed estremamente cortese.

24/03/2025: A culinary experience that I absolutely recommend. A cuisine that has the territory as a close ally, in which buffalo mozzarella is among the protagonists. The Mediterranean dishes respect the raw material and place it, through modernity in the proposals, at a very high level. A note of merit for the staff and for the courtesy of the chef Marziale. The Michelin star would be a must. I hope it can be obtained again in the next assignments.

08/01/2025: I was the only one that visited Quattro Passi for the first time.
I dined there with just token amount,but a little take away home for my sister has mandated another visitation to the place because the food was irresistible.
My sister demanded that we must revisit the place.

16/01/2024: Most Memorable Dining Experience in Naples. Finest and creative Italian haute cuisine. Chef Salvatore Bianco has managed to perfectly combine the most surprising innovations with skills rooted in the Mediterranean tradition. The creativity, presentation and intense flavors of the dishes are the result of a deep knowledge of the region, long experience, research and creativity. From the open kitchen you can feel an excellent teamwork.
Even in its elegant sophistication, the innovative Evoluzioni tasting menu inviting you to explore and accept the experience and feel the excellent ingredients. You go from dishes that spread new unknown flavours, to others who, soft and gentle, amaze and caress all the senses. It means that you are faced with something really deserving and intimate. The rabbit was amazing and we discovered a new way to enjoy the spaghetti and shellfish, the Green Zone were close to perfection.
The only flaw, on the service, you must have the best and unfortunately we did not receive it. I’d suggest the women at the entrance to improve a more warm welcoming and not talk to each other so loud. Precious and valuable wine list.
08/01/2024: Very beautiful location. The service is average for a starred one. The price is higher than the category average. The food did not live up to my expectations. Ni🫥

11/10/2024: Attentive and polite staff, good location, it was evening and unfortunately it was already dark and the panorama was not visible, but the quality of the dishes replaced it
23/09/2024: The service was absolutely incredible. We got the surprise and all of the selections were nothing short of amazing. Everyone on the staff is extremely welcoming, informative, and friendly. They even gave us olive oil as we left!

09/02/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo senza conoscerlo prima e siamo rimasti molto colpiti da tutto il servizio: ottimo menù ricercato ma non minimale, con aperitivo accompagnato da un Gin di Fondi, carta dei vini eccellente e soprattutto un servizio a tavola e una sommelier veramente brava. Suggerisco di andarci e poi di fare un giro nel centro storico di Fondi.
