04/04/2026: Impeccable welcome and service. Excellent presentation, all dishes carefully prepared, good selection of wines to accompany the dishes. One small flaw: the time between courses was too short (for me). A very interesting experience, definitely worth repeating. Thanks to all the staff.

02/02/2026: I've had the pleasure of dining at San Gregorio on several occasions: to celebrate my graduation, for "normal" lunches and dinners, and even for a private party, and each time the experience has been excellent. The staff is incredibly professional, always smiling and attentive to making every guest feel at ease. Special thanks go to Valentina, who, with her impeccable organization and attention to detail, manages everything smoothly and stress-free, handling every request with great availability. San Gregorio isn't just a place to eat well, but a place where you feel truly welcomed. The warm atmosphere, attentive service, and attention to detail make this restaurant a safe choice for any occasion, from quiet dinners to more important celebrations. 17/07/2026: Amazing resturant. Probably one of the best dinners I've had in italy. All courses were outstanding and the staff tell you about each plate. The view, itself, was stunning.

13/07/2026: We dined here last Sunday and in a few words, just dine here! The service was impeccable without being stuffy or pretentious. They were very friendly and didn’t seem to mind our giddiness. The views were beautiful. We were there for sunset. Loved the bar cart with cocktails made practically table side. I am upset I can’t remember the lady who was the assistant sommelier, but she was wonderful. I am only guessing (poor memory) but maybe Luciana? Wanted to call out her service in particular. We selected the seafood tasting with the Volcano wine pairing. Our entire experience was fantastic. The amuse bouche was a lovely ricotta topped with a crispy goodness and a Parmesan gnocchi that just delighted the tastebuds. The tasting included an octopus salad, a risotto and sea bass topped with zucchini - it was cooked to perfection and the flavors were so delicious. Each wine paired so well with each course. We particularly enjoyed one of the dessert wines. It was just a memorable evening. We can’t wait to come back.

11/05/2026: The tasting menu was excellent. Not everything was perfect (the wafer cannolini at the amuse bouche weren't crunchy, for example), but finally a selection of dishes that were out of the ordinary and uninspired. The chef certainly has a great hand and excellent taste! The outdoor dining area is pleasant and elegant. A little background music wouldn't hurt. The service could be improved, but the staff are all very young and, although still a little unsure of themselves, they're very committed and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. In short, it could have been 4.5 stars, but both for the restaurant's bold philosophy and the wonderful company at my table, it's definitely 5 stars!
