The large open kitchen is beautiful and immaculate.
20/02/2024: Given the expectations, a somewhat disappointing evening, especially for the food proposal! Attentive and friendly service... the thing that left us perplexed was a bill of over €100 each, a delicious coffee for the modest sum of €4, obviously the delicious coffee was ironic. Long live inflation

22/03/2024: You can't help but give this place your all, I've been promising to go and eat in this place for years and I finally did it and I was satisfied with the experience. Refined dishes and very fresh products. Obviously you can't help but expect this from a former Michelin star. Excellent culinary experience and super attentive service to any need. We also spoke with Marziale, an exquisite and friendly person, ready to comment on my not entirely successful version of her tagliolini ball.

22/10/2023: Dinner with 4 couples. Perfect time of the season as it wasn’t overwhelmingly busy. Very interesting restaurant with a lot of attention to detail. Food was amazing. Lamb was exceptional. Recommended trying as many dishes as possible as everyone loved it all. My wife and I live in a resort area with great restaurants, we travel a good deal, eat out a lot including our share of Michelin ranked yet pretty early on it became clear despite all that what we were experiencing might take the top spot ALL Time. No easy task and Quassi had us even before the wine cellar tour BUT that put it over the top. This is an Amalfi coast must experience!

16/01/2024: Most Memorable Dining Experience in Naples. Finest and creative Italian haute cuisine. Chef Salvatore Bianco has managed to perfectly combine the most surprising innovations with skills rooted in the Mediterranean tradition. The creativity, presentation and intense flavors of the dishes are the result of a deep knowledge of the region, long experience, research and creativity. From the open kitchen you can feel an excellent teamwork.
Even in its elegant sophistication, the innovative Evoluzioni tasting menu inviting you to explore and accept the experience and feel the excellent ingredients. You go from dishes that spread new unknown flavours, to others who, soft and gentle, amaze and caress all the senses. It means that you are faced with something really deserving and intimate. The rabbit was amazing and we discovered a new way to enjoy the spaghetti and shellfish, the Green Zone were close to perfection.
The only flaw, on the service, you must have the best and unfortunately we did not receive it. I’d suggest the women at the entrance to improve a more warm welcoming and not talk to each other so loud. Precious and valuable wine list.
08/01/2024: Very beautiful location. The service is average for a starred one. The price is higher than the category average. The food did not live up to my expectations. Ni🫥

13/01/2024: The atmosphere and view at Vesuvio is spectacular. The service was great. For us, the food just was not too impressive for the price. The tasting menu might just not have been the right fit for us. For such a well rated restaurant, we just were not overly impressed. I did really enjoy the margarita, and my wife enjoyed the meal more than I.
06/11/2023: absolutely blown away by the food, the service and the views. The food was amazing and the staff couldnt do enough for us. Yes its expensive but it is such a memorable experience.

13/09/2023: Celebrated birthday with a group of friends with dinner on the terrace. Very original menu with refined dishes and local ingredients. We ordered different dishes which were all much appreciated. Particular mention goes to the desserts, all truly exquisite
The terrace overlooking the sea must be splendid with the light of the sunset but at night it is a little poorly lit

30/01/2024: Esperienza fantastica, gentilezza, professionalità e cibo eccellente, ambiente raffinato ed elegante, locale molto carino che si trova nel centro di Fondi difronte al Castello, posizione ottima per fare anche una passeggiata. Ci siano stati il 29/12 e ed eravamo in 4, anche se in ritardo ma ci tenevo a fare qiest recensione perché siamo stati coccolati come poche volte mi è capitato. Tre ragazze gentilissime e molto professionali a servirci e la ragazza che ci spiegava i piatti, di cui mi dispiace non ricordare il nome, lo faceva in modo molto interessante e coinvolgente a differenza di altri posti in cui ti dico la cantilena senza tanto interesse ed era preparatissima, infatti rispondeva a tutte le nostre curiosità e domande. Cibo fantastico, molto raffinato e cucinato benissimo con piatti anche molto belli e ben fatti.
Complimenti per tutto e non vedo l’ora di tornare a trovarvi.
07/01/2024: Prima volta in questo ristorante, ed è stata una piacevole scoperta a pochi passi dal castello di Fondi. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff, in un locale curato e accogliente, dall'atmosfera intima e rilassante. Il menù degustazione da noi scelto spaziava dal pesce alla terra, con ottimi piatti ben presentati che eseltavano le materie prime di qualità. Degno di nota è l'accompagnamento delle bevande che spaziava dai cocktails ai vini, con un'esaltazione maggiore dei piatti, complimenti alla Maitre/Sommelier. Qualità prezzo adeguato, consigliato.
