07/03/2026: It's a Sunday like any other; after weeks of work and leisurely home-cooked meals, a culinary escape is in order. This place, in addition to its panoramic location with spacious outdoor spaces, has the ability to create spectacular dishes, where balance, carefully selected ingredients, high quality, and exemplary plating transform a simple moment like lunch or dinner into a fantastic experience. The service is also worthy of mention, always punctual and attentive, as well as knowing how to recommend dishes appropriately. Perhaps one of the best restaurants in the province.
04/03/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday. I'd say you spend a lot (not a lot), but I'd say it was money well spent! Welcoming, clean place, attentive, helpful, friendly service. Recommended! I must admit that even though we're coming from the nearby Capo D'Orlando, the road is very winding, not suitable for those who suffer from car sickness. Prices are slightly above average, it could cost a little less and it wouldn't be wrong. The dishes are well-prepared, well-made, and the raw materials seem good. Clearly, not everything is perfect; I expected more, like the pork ragù, but I repeat, overall, the opinion is positive. Perhaps I would review the prices slightly lower. We're in Caprileone, not Verona or Treviso, or even Milan. Anyway, well done.

01/02/2026: Chef Cuttaia amazed and delighted us from start to finish: we chose the Scala dei Turchi menu. We heeded the chef's advice not to eat too much bread: there are more than ten courses, and not being able to taste them all would have been a real shame. It goes without saying that every dish was perfect in every way: presentation, taste, texture, and quality of the ingredients. This review isn't meant to judge the undisputed quality of the dishes, but to share the emotions we experienced. What the eye saw never matched what we ate. It was a constant surprise. Some dishes evoked memories of childhood flavors (for us, the Morettino and the pasta soup in particular), others spoke of the chef's experience of the region. Special praise goes to the attention to waste and the use of every part of the ingredients (the octopus skin, for example). And a further surprise was the use of gluten-free products for everyone, with exceptional results, thus eliminating any deviation from the "normal" menu, at a time when, unfortunately, finding gluten-free alternatives when dining out is still far from guaranteed. Finally, the pleasure of discovering the kindness and generosity of the chef and the dining room staff in sharing their emotions and life experiences made everything even more enjoyable. It was an honor to be your guests.
18/12/2025: We had very high expectations, and they were exceeded. The food was exceptional, Chef Cuttaia was always present at the tables, the service was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was relaxing, perfect for a unique experience. Thank you for the emotions you gave us through your cuisine.

09/04/2026: Nice and welcoming, with the feel of a luxury restaurant, they pampered us with a welcome aperitif, entree, and pre-dessert, but the dishes were quite average, not exceptional. Excellent service.
07/04/2026: A beautiful, quiet, and comfortable venue. Very high quality down to the last detail. Truly excellent food and adequate wines. The staff is knowledgeable yet friendly. The prices are commensurate with the quality, high but perfectly reasonable. It's almost always sold out on weekends, so reservations are a must.

21/03/2026: Exceptional, what can I say? The food is superb, carefully prepared and high-quality dishes, the staff is kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable in every respect. The highlight? Whatever dish you choose, it's exquisite. A huge compliment goes to Davide, the owner, who is truly knowledgeable about both meats and wines, as well as various spirits and liqueurs. He's super kind, super smiley, and I'd say excellent, a person who works with passion. And last but not least... the chefs are also excellent... What can I say? I recommend it to everyone. 🤩

03/04/2026: We not only dined here but also stayed overnight, which made the experience extra special. The room was simple but fully equipped and, above all, very clean. We opted for the extensive menu with wine pairings, and that was absolutely the right choice. The dishes were surprising and refined, with the carpaccio, ravioli, and maiale nero being the real highlights. The wines were excellently chosen and paired incredibly well with every dish. The service deserves special mention: very attentive, with a high level of service without ever becoming stiff or formal. We received a clear and pleasant explanation with every dish. You can feel the family involvement and passion everywhere. Breakfast was also perfectly catered for, again with the same warm and attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble. The overall experience naturally comes with a price tag, but that is more than justified — after all, it remains a Michelin-starred restaurant. Moreover, the fact that you can also stay overnight here is a great added value. We felt particularly welcome from start to finish. Everything is local, prepared with care and passion. Highly recommended.

The cuisine is a true statement of identity: an extraordinary reinterpretation of traditional dishes, crafted with skill, balance, and respect for tradition, without ever being forced. A delicate touch is clearly evident in the combinations, naturally showcasing each ingredient. The products used are genuine and of truly superior quality, and this makes all the difference in every course. The setting is also worthy: a beautiful and refined location, a clean restaurant, meticulously maintained, and even the bathrooms are impeccable. Everything reflects the owner's love and care in his hospitality: there's a sense of order, attention, and respect for guests that is by no means a given these days. The details also deserve special mention: the orange marmalade, simply exquisite, is one of those flavors that lingers in your memory and speaks of artisanal care and excellent ingredients. A restaurant that's absolutely worth a visit: authentic cuisine, refined technique, and a genuine welcome. I'll gladly return.

I made a great impression on the German and Croatian guests. Recommended, too, for the bill, which was reasonable for the service and the quality of the food.
