31/07/2025: I had never crossed the threshold of a Michelin-starred restaurant, nor did I think a meal could evoke such a profound sense of wonder. La Madia di Pino isn't just a place to dine: it's a suspended space, where time slows down and food once again has a voice. In an age where haste has numbed taste and the market has accustomed us to repetitive, industrial flavors, this experience felt like a revelation. For the first time in a long time, I truly ate: with my sight, my smell, my hearing, my heart. Each dish, conceived as a fragment of art, invited slowness and contemplation of taste. It's a journey that reminds us how far we've come from listening to food, and how much beauty there is still to be rediscovered or recovered. A precious experience, which teaches—or perhaps reminds—that nourishment can also be an act of beauty and truth. It was well-deserved! Thank you, Pino

29/07/2025: A masterpiece of a dinner, fully worthy of what one would expect from a two-Michelin-star experience. Of course, the bill is accordingly, but we left happy to have invested that money in such a gastronomic experience. Chef Cuttaia also comes to the table frequently to check on the progress of the dinner and to chat in a very pleasant manner.

Discreet and highly competent service. Various gluten-free options, and I especially recommend the desserts! If you're passing by, stop by!

Primi piatti eccellenti (fusilli fatti a mano e ravioli eccellenti), secondi piatti da urlo (cervo con polenta ma anche filettino lardelalto) I dolci sono fantastici, varrebbe la pena anche solo per quelli. Prezzi di conseguenza ma la qualità è da premiare!

24/07/2025: Il locale è caldo e accogliente, molto curato. Il servizio attento, rapido e gentile. Gli ingredienti sono di alta qualità e ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato ci ha soddisfatto pienamente, era tutto davvero buonissimo e ti fa venire voglia di tornare! Confermo che i prezzi sono alti…ne vale la pena questo si, ma calcolate di spendere un po’ più del solito…

02/08/2025: If you want to enjoy good food, atmosphere, and fine wines, this is the place. We were in Verona a few weeks ago and couldn't have had a better experience outside of Verona. We had lunch at the Grotto (recommended) and the pasta, meat, and appetizers were top-notch. Congratulations!

28/06/2025: Wonderful hotel in an incredible location. Truly a hidden gem. The pine forests and the beach are both so special. The boat day they arranged was also a highlight. We hope to return!

19/07/2025: We had an absolutely fantastic lunch with personal service. Food was tasty, creative and beautifully presented. 3 people and 4 course lunch with a bottle of white wine cost 300 euros.

01/08/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato in famiglia un evento speciale in questo ristorante che già conoscevamo da diversi anni. È stata una conferma di quanto già sapevamo, menù intrigante, raffinatissimo in una sorta di semplicità, un miscuglio di pochi e decisi sapori. Il tutto con un ottimo e cortese servizio e una buona carta dei vini, cosa non comune da queste parte.
