20/10/2025: When you dine at Antica Filanda, you realize what true dining is all about: a warm welcome, attentive service, quality ingredients, excellent dishes, and a commitment to flavor. All this is accessible to everyone, because cuisine is culture, and culture belongs to everyone, to those who want to eat well and have a truly valuable experience. Here, we don't pluck chickens; we respect the customer.

18/10/2025: A superb hotel with a fantastic view, a lovely pool, and truly outstanding cuisine. The ladies in the kitchen truly conjure up amazing dishes in an incredible way! The staff are incredibly friendly and deserve a star. 🌟 We're back again this year! Everything is still great! The food has improved even further.

08/12/2025: We traveled over 400km to taste the chef's creations, and we recommend everyone try this experience at least once in their lifetime. No photo, review, or comment can do justice to every single dish. Balance, harmony, and table setting were the guiding threads of this sensory journey.

03/11/2025: We went to Amorestaurant for a romantic dinner with our dog, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive: by letting us know in advance that we had our dog, they reserved a secluded table for us, so as not to disturb other guests. This care and sensitivity is truly rare and deserves great praise. The cuisine is excellent: top-quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes rich in flavor. Each course exudes attention to detail and passion. My only personal comment: I would have preferred the shells left raw and plain, rather than marinated like this—a matter of taste, but the dish was well executed. Elegant place, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service, and top-quality food. Highly recommended for a special evening. We'll definitely be back!

15/12/2025: The food here is excellent, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you want a truly unique experience, book a table in the cave. It takes patience, but it's worth it.

13/12/2025: Always a sure thing, dishes made with excellent ingredients, as is the wine list. The place isn't very large, with the option of dining in the cave. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Reservations are recommended. Parking is available nearby. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: Can’t even put into words how amazing this resort is—it feels like stepping into a Pinterest-worthy boutique hotel. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and a detailed introduction to everything the property offers: vineyard tours, a private beach, a private terrace with breathtaking ocean views, massages, and more. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff incredibly friendly, and both breakfast and dinner absolutely delicious. All in all, this has been by far the best resort experience we’ve had in Sardinia.

10/09/2025: We stayed here for our honeymoon and were very unimpressed due to the price we paid. The level of service, food, amenities, and overall accommodations does not meet the criteria of a 4-star hotel and its nightly rate. The waiter who does mornings was especially notable for our lower rating — he was cold and unaccommodating, making us feel as though we were a nuisance. Be wary that all the plated “American” breakfast they advertise on Instagram is an extra fee and not included, as well. The pool area is quite dilapidated, and the beach “club” was average. There is no sort of attendant or notable food choices either. Even the well-remarked dinner was mediocre. We chose to eat elsewhere every other night of our stay. It is pretty much the only “upscale” hotel in the area, which is why I believe the rate is able to be set so high. Overall, it is clean, safe, and set on beautiful grounds but simply did not meet 4star/$650+ (USD) a night service/amenity expectations.

16/12/2025: The unique thing is that despite being a Michelin-starred restaurant, it has a family atmosphere; the staff is always attentive and helpful. Some dishes are among the best I've ever eaten.

30/11/2025: Superlative tasting menu, top-quality food with a focus on flavors, presenting unique and delightful combinations that undoubtedly justify the price. Welcoming lobby and knowledgeable, courteous staff. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.

21/10/2025: Nothing to Add. There are no words to describe this restaurant's cuisine. A true journey of discovery, using excellent, simple products revisited with a refined and sophisticated twist. A plus, beyond the dishes, is the service: impeccable, precise, and above all, attentive. Congratulations indeed. We will definitely be back soon, and thank you again for guiding us on this Calabrian culinary journey!

24/09/2025: A modern, sophisticated ambiance in a country house, with five delicious appetizers served as an edible aperitif (amuse-guele). The service was engaging and initially very fast; the antipasti were brought before the aperitif had finished. Even though only two tables were occupied on a Saturday evening, there was no need to rush. The quality of the dishes on the small menu was high, with fine preparation and beautiful flavors. One of the desserts was forgotten and only served after 10 minutes. Afterward, the manager disappeared to make a personal phone call; neither coffee nor digestif was asked for, and the bill was not brought either. While we were paying at the cash register, the phone was still on… so, despite the good quality, the experience wasn't entirely satisfactory.

15/11/2025: A truly enchanting place: a unique view, a refined atmosphere, and captivating cuisine. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients and meticulous attention to the flavors of the sea. The owners, Marino and his son, are exceptional: welcoming, professional, and always ready to make every guest feel special. Here, you don't just eat well... you live an experience. Castello Aragona is one of those places that stays in your heart: quality, beauty, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended.

10/11/2025: We celebrated our daughter's birthday and everything was perfect. Marino and his staff are fantastic, always smiling, which is not easy to find. The food was truly excellent!!! We'll be back soon!
