28/03/2025: My partner and I immediately loved the ancient spinning mill. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel at ease straight away. There is a large choice of dishes, and it can satisfy just about anyone. I recommend the tartare as a starter, the desserts sublime. Exceptional wine list. Really excellent value for money. We will return to create more beautiful memories.

15/12/2024: Se non andiamo da Accursio almeno ogni anno ci manca qualcosa. Per fortuna da anni non è successo. È sempre un'esperienza sorprendente e intimamente coinvolgente. Infatti tra di noi durante il pasto non commentiamo con parole ma solo con sguardi eloquenti. La raffinata semplicità del locale e la ricercata semplicità del menù si sposano bene con la genuina cortesia delle persone (non del personale) che si prendono cura di noi. Speriamo di ritornare presto.

27/01/2025: è stata la prima esperienza per noi alla Madia. Tutto bello e tutto buono, emozionante la presentazione del sig. Cuttaia al tavolo per presentare il menu, fantastico il servizio del personale di sala, il sig. Angelo e Enzo, ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio.le portate sono state molto gradite, si prova una emozione difficile da spiegare... ti senti trasportare in un mondo speciale in cui trascorri un paio d'ore in beatitudine.... bravi tutti. Grazie mille.

15/04/2025: Molte recensioni evidenziano in modo ricco ed articolato il livello di eccellenza del ristorante. Come di consueto, molte altre saranno utili per riflettere costantemente le esperienze dei clienti sulla qualità dei piatti e sull'intero staff. Invece di aggiungerne un'altra per contribuire ad illuminare le cinque stelle, desidero invece trasmettere qualcosa che, personalmente, trovo sempre emozionante quando incontro persone che amano il loro lavoro. Antonio Pirozzi, la guida di Forassiepi, penso sia uno di quelle. Uno a cui si addice la massima Zen: "Teachers in the art of life make little distinction between job and free time."

30/03/2025: Desde la bienvenida inicial a la música hasta la comida, la experiencia en general fue genial. Muy rara vez dejo comentarios, pero no hacer uno después de una comida y un servicio tan geniales sería imperdonable.

23/03/2025: Nice and well-kept restaurant. Normal food; with welcome entrée with prosecco. Very poor starter compared to the price (very chewy focaccia). Cappellacci carbonara good but the quantity very small. Fillet with good wine reduction. Service to be reviewed, little attention to the customer's requests and above all little desire to comply with the requests made (e.g. only after having eaten the second course, served with cooked grass, we were told that if we wanted we could choose potatoes; however this was not mentioned when ordering. Or to the request for the white wine, no alternatives were given, saying that as a type there was only the welcome prosecco and that was it. Furthermore, our request not to have the truffle in the second course was not taken into consideration possibility of removing the truffle on the focaccia of the appetizer, which obviously without our knowledge was seasoned with this.) Excellent place for foreigners and tourists, but perhaps not for locals.

13/04/2025: Mi è stato consigliato e l’ho voluto provare. Ristorante carino, ho cenato nella sala dietro con sorpresa molto bella con le luci basse, davvero piacevole. Cenato davvero bene, dall’entrée di benvenuto, alla piovra con burrata come antipasto concludendo poi col risotto. Purtroppo non avevo più spazio per il dolce. Personale gentile e formato, qualità prezzo nella norma. Ci tornerò.

22/03/2025: Nice restaurant with a focus on meat. Very good bistecca Fiorentina. Good wine selection.

10/04/2025: Appetizer for 2 highly recommended as is the truffle strangozzi, generous portion and not least the Florentine steak. Tiramisu like grandma's Very kind and very friendly and super professional staff, especially on the wine list.

20/03/2025: Intimate and well-kept venue, with friendly staff. Perhaps the only flaw is the somewhat "tight" quantity of the wild boar pappardelle (very good) for those who, like us, order a single dish.

13/04/2025: It was a real experience, I highly recommend it, quality raw materials, trained and kind staff and the owner with his son truly exquisite. It was worth it. (I'll do it again)
