01/06/2026: I stayed at the property and received a warm welcome in a well-kept environment and a charming setting: the pool area is located on a terrace overlooking a breathtaking view of the sea below. The restaurant offers refined and innovative cuisine, starting with the traditional dishes of Trinacria. It's an experience worth trying at least once.

05/06/2026: We'll definitely be back. It was a pleasant experience, but I expected something more from the food. The three appetizers were very good, although the first course on the right was really too salty for my taste. I opted for a vegetarian appetizer and first course, not because I'm vegetarian, but out of curiosity. The appetizer, a zucchini flan, was good, but not exceptional or surprising. Unfortunately, there wasn't a vegetarian main course, so I opted for the heifer, which, however, disappointed me. I had asked for it to be rare, but it was medium, and I expected the meat to be more tender. For the dessert entree, I would have preferred the mousse to be colder for a bit of contrast. The service was good, the staff attentive and kind, but not overbearing, and the location was well-kept and very beautiful. This is a place that lends itself and is highly recommended for special occasions, especially romantic ones. The sommelier is the jewel in the crown: kind and knowledgeable, she recommended a wine that we really enjoyed. the bill in line with what was eaten and drunk.
31/05/2026: Last night we were fortunate enough to celebrate our wedding in this exceptional venue. Mr. Antonio and his family, like all their staff, are professionals with a capital P, kind and helpful. The welcome, the location, and the food were impeccable in every way. We will definitely be back to visit them and sample their delicacies. We highly recommend it for anyone planning to celebrate weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and any other event. 04/05/2026: We arrived at this wonderful place for dinner, and we were thrilled to have our husky with us. The waiter was incredibly friendly and personable. The place was well-maintained and clean, with ample parking and a great atmosphere. The food was delicious. We loved everything, and the cheesecake? I fell in love! ♥️ We recommend it to anyone visiting the area – a must-have! Plus, the price is fantastic. We 100% recommend it!

06/06/2026: Beautiful place, very peaceful garden, well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. Room was well equipped and had a large bathroom. Beach is a few minute walk but all through the private hotel property, beach was lovely and there is a private pine forest area with table tennis and other games as well as loungers with a great sea view There was also a beach bar but it was not open during our stay. Lovely pool. Great location with a few restaurants nearby. We didn't dine there due to mixed reviews. Pedra Longa track starts about 1.5 km from property and it's a must do.
28/05/2026: Beautiful. Good views, nice gardens, relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was special. WiFi shaky but that’s not why you came.

In the firmament of Michelin stars, yours shines with a special light, and as a nostalgic, I can't help but repeat that the famous saying "worth a trip" has never been so true: I've made the detour twice, and I would do it again and again! 18/01/2026: I visited Ruris and would like to personally thank Chef Natale Pallone for the wonderful welcome and attentive service from start to finish. The cuisine is a true statement of identity: an extraordinary reinterpretation of traditional dishes, crafted with skill, balance, and respect for tradition, without ever being forced. A delicate touch is clearly evident in the combinations, naturally showcasing each ingredient. The products used are genuine and of truly superior quality, and this makes all the difference in every course. The setting is also worthy: a beautiful and refined location, a clean restaurant, meticulously maintained, and even the bathrooms are impeccable. Everything reflects the owner's love and care in his hospitality: there's a sense of order, attention, and respect for guests that is by no means a given these days. The details also deserve special mention: the orange marmalade, simply exquisite, is one of those flavors that lingers in your memory and speaks of artisanal care and excellent ingredients. A restaurant that's absolutely worth a visit: authentic cuisine, refined technique, and a genuine welcome. I'll gladly return.

12/06/2026: A wonderful experience, a dinner for two: Amberjack tartare Potato tart with octopus and caciocavallo cheese Roasted octopus with squid ink and caramelized onions Gluten-free fried food Coming from out of town, we asked for local wines. Following the waiter's advice, we paired everything with Pollino Bianco. The cuisine was excellent, with very balanced dishes, and the gluten-free fried food was remarkable. In my opinion, the amberjack was the standout dish. The table setting and chairs weren't quite up to my standards, but I'm simply an enthusiast, not a professional. Recommendation.
