16/01/2024: I entrusted my wedding banquet to them and everything was managed with incredible preparation and professionalism. A level that has no equal. When guests stop you to compliment you... what more could you want?

17/02/2024: Finalemente siamo riusciti ad andare da Accursio, cucina eccellente se devo trovare un piatto preferito tra le eccellenze gasttonomiche che abbiamo assaggiato, menziono la arancina cl nero di seppia. Superb! Mi e’ piaciuta molto anche la varieta’ di oli extravergini da degustare insieme al pane tipico. Stella meritata.
02/02/2024: Great experience for the second time. We took the 4-course tasting menu and it was a "best deal". If you go to Modica it is a "must" stop.

02/04/2024: A wonderful dinner... the raw material is treated with love, to bring out the best it can offer in terms of flavors and sublime sensory sensations. The Scala dei Turchi menu was divine, superlative in every aspect. Perhaps the desserts aren't up to par with the other courses, but they are, in any case, delicious! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the Chef's welcome, to his presence to illustrate each dish, to the pleasure of experiencing a unique emotion!
12/03/2024: In an ordinary street in an ordinary town (with a past of splendour) a dark shop window that is not attractive. Inside a world of unique flavors. Recipes that don't resemble anything you've already tasted. I have been lucky enough to eat at this superlative restaurant several times. The last one last night. And I still found refined surprises. As always. An inexhaustible imagination animates this great chef. Added to the amazing food is the attentive, very kind and spontaneous service. Present but not looming. The chef and his lady are worth knowing. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend this unforgettable Sicilian stop if you love the flavors of the Mediterranean, the land, the sea, the scents and the memories.

03/12/2023: Ristorante molto curato con un menù raffinato e attento alla scelta delle materie prime.
Servizio cortese e professionale.
La cucina è veramente ottima e il prezzo anche se un po' alto è in linea con la qualità e la ricercatezza dell'ambiente.
Solo un piccolo dettaglio stonato...un portaconto vecchio, consumato e lacerato in più punti guasta la perfezione di tutto il resto.
24/10/2023: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il compleanno di un'amica , la location è davvero incantevole e si gode di un bellissmo panorama,il cibo davvero buono e ricercato, i locali sono ben curati e arredati con stile, il personale gentile e attento ad ogni richiesta.Da tornare di nuovo

Nice and elegant environment.
Attention to non-pressing customers.
I found great kindness (at the moment, due to an injury, I have to use crutches and they reserved a table for me where I could feel "quiet")
The chef greets and thanks at the beginning of the service and at the end.
We took a fish tasting menu.
The cuisine is innovative but not exaggerated.
I will definitely come back to have more good times.

06/04/2024: COMPLIMENTS. We had dinner and felt pampered by the excellent food, the excellent quality raw materials, the way and the technique of knowing how to transform them into a pleasant experience for the palate.
Embraced in a delicate and friendly way by the kindness of Francesco and the dining room staff.
The wines they produce are excellent.
Surprising value for money...
We were very happy and will definitely be back.
Thanks to all the staff.
30/03/2024: Siamo stati ai Girasoli di Sant'Andrea perché conoscevamo ed apprezziamo già un altro ristorante della stessa proprietà (Casa Corsetti). La qualità del cibo è eccellente a dir poco, la location "country chic" molto bella, il personale gentile. Tuttavia, almeno quando siamo stati noi (a pranzo il sabato prima di Pasqua) abbiamo notato carenze nel servizio, molto lento e disorganizzato, anche se tutto il personale è molto gentile, ma si vedeva che non riusciva a stare dietro a tutti i tavoli e ne soffriva la tempistica e la qualità della relazione col cliente. Lo diciamo come suggerimento per migliorare, perché davvero il ristorante merita più di una visita! Torneremo sicuramente presto per godere del bellissimo spazio all'aperto.

Good choice of menu and wine list.
My risotto and starters were really good.
The staff were courteous and attentive, even though I personally don't really like the maitres who, at every single course, ask you for your opinion on what you have just finished on your plate. In my opinion, if there is no evidence of anything abnormal, it is sufficient to ask for feedback at the end of the meal or before asking for dessert and coffee.
Only two flaws in the evening spent there, which however do not affect the positive opinion: the fireplace at the end of the meal started to throw smoke and soot into the room, leaving the typical smell on our clothes; the cacio e pepe with prawns should have been more al dente and was made only of parmesan: in my opinion some hints of pecorino should have been perceived

23/03/2024: Il Balivo is the best restaurant in Champoluc, it is welcoming, elegant but rustic at the same time, you eat typical dishes that are revisited at the same time, local products at zero km, be careful: the dishes are really very abundant!!! Go there with a big appetite because it's worth trying everything, from appetizers to desserts! Well-stocked local wine list. Courtesy of the staff 8 stars, congratulations! Just remember to book well in advance, otherwise you won't find a place!

Scelta di piatti tipici, carne alla brace, e piatti particolari a seconda della stagione!
Personale gentile e presente
Tutto buonissimo
Alcuni piatti ( come gli agnolotti ) sono veramente un’esplosione di sapore al palato!
La carne alla brace a dir poco spettacolare!
Unica pecca forse sono i dolci, aggiungerei qualcosa di più particolare per rimanere in linea con quello che offre la struttura

06/04/2024: Davide really knows how to make you discover and fall in love with Umbrian flavours. The proposals are truly unique, especially the off-menu ones. I highly recommend the appetizers for the highlight: mascarpone cream, gorgonzola and almonds, a delicacy. All excellent ingredients, excellent meats and wines for connoisseurs. The staff is equally phenomenal. We are regular customers and every time we have guests it is a fixed stop.

Great breakfast a la carte and amazing dinner.
02/10/2023: Great holiday stop, the complex is a dream, the private pine forest is beautiful, the beach has everything you need. The breakfast is tasty and high quality, but it is a la carte, which I personally didn't like that much. We had a classic room, which was very compact. It was nicely furnished, but unfortunately a bit impractical as there was very little storage space available. I can't say anything about the attached restaurant as we mainly ate out. The lunch service was inconsistent, sometimes very tasty and sometimes rather disappointing. All in all, had a great week.

29/11/2023: Everything was perfect, the service, the food, the quality, the presentation of the dishes, the pairing of the wines, the cleanliness, and finally the courtesy of the owners.
The location is located just outside the town, in the countryside, totally surrounded by greenery, the surrounding garden is full of fruit trees and olive trees, with which the owner produces an excellent 0 km organic oil.
The interior of the restaurant is very refined and elegant, the attention to detail is almost obsessive, from the lights to the furnishing elements, from the table linen, the cutlery, to the decorations on the tables, all very fine and elegant.
But let's move on to the piece de resistance... the menu....
Everything, absolutely everything, from the appetizer to the dessert, was a journey of taste like a symphony of flavours, where there wasn't even a discordant note, all accompanied by a vast choice of wines. Each dish is made with quality raw materials and the palate thanks you! I recommend the octopus parmigiana, which is truly special, and then the decomposed cannoli which is superb!
The right price, considering everything.
Highly recommended if you have good taste and love gourmet cuisine!

05/04/2024: A fabulous location with an amazing view over the entire gulf... very suggestive both during the day and in the evening... everything perfect, not to mention the culinary part, all of excellent quality beautifully presented, we tasted both the hot seafood appetizers and cold as the first courses and their legendary frying... everything delicious, very professional and kind staff... everything epic, I recommend you try it to believe it
21/03/2024: we had the most amazing lunch! we also met the chef who has been to KL, Malaysia & Perth, Australia which we all live there. our lunch was full of seafood & very tasty. every course was amazing & delicious. thank you very much for the amazing experience of a Michelin star restaurant. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
