23/08/2025: I've eaten there a few times. The value for money is excellent. The only thing that could be improved would be the service. The staff seemed quite rude to me... I asked twice in a row if there was room to eat, and they responded with incredible arrogance. It's a shame because the pizza is really good.

01/10/2025: Nice for Sunday lunch. We had rabbit, peperonata vegetables and polenta. We were sitting outside in the shade. The sparkling wine of the house was excelent.

09/09/2025: Nice, spacious, and bright room right across from the public parking lot, just a few minutes from the Ponte degli Alpini. Having stayed in a guesthouse nearby, we had a great breakfast. Highly recommended.

25/09/2025: Ordered takeout last night, and they were punctual and friendly. It's a small takeout place. Upon entering, there's a counter where you can order or pick up your order, a couple of chairs to wait on, and nothing else. Generous portions and fair prices, everything was very good. I ordered for four people and they gave me a free beer. On average, we ordered two main courses each and a few appetizers, spending €13 each for a hearty dinner. I had a great time and won't hesitate to return.

06/04/2025: Negative experience, I've been vegan for a long time but overcooked vegetables... it goes against the principles of natural cuisine, an à la carte menu doesn't exist and in the end you get a surprise, very expensive for what we got!!! I read several positive reviews...maybe they weren't on the same day, but.........

13/09/2025: I was born and raised in this city, but (luckily) I'd never been to this bar. After a good 10 minutes sitting at the table, I asked the bartender, who, annoyed, motioned for me to come in and ask. When it came time to pay, he asked if I could pay by card or cash and added €0.50 to the bill. When I asked for an explanation, he replied that it was table service. Which I had to do myself and was absolutely not declared in any price list (by law). Oh well, bars that think they're taking advantage of their customers should be closed down. It speaks for itself. Never again.

02/10/2025: If I could eat at Origin every single day, I would! The food is outstanding and feels so carefully prepared. There is such attention to detail, and the flavors are unbelievable. The filet, mushrooms and potatoes were absolutely to die for-rich, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. It’s rare to find a spot where every plate feels this special, but Origin nails it. Truly one of the best dining experiences in Bassano!
