07/04/2024: I went to this place for the first time, I ate the pizza but it wasn't that great, it felt like I was eating a frozen pizza, then the waitress brought us glasses that weren't dry, practically there was water in them.
05/04/2024: The seafood risotto and the Venetian trio were to die for.
The three young ladies who handled the service were very friendly, quick and courteous.
The whole family was full and happy. It was a nice evening.

05/04/2024: We wanted to sit down to eat
Only after we ordered we were told that we had to pay 4 euros per person for the music.
The waiter was not nice and really spoke badly.
We got up and left.
02/04/2024: I am writing this review because I wouldn’t like other tourists to make the same mistake as we did. We had multiple cocktails and they are very poor quality and not drinkable at all. Very bad quality of alcohol and taste. My boyfriend is Polish who can drink any alcohol and even he couldn’t drink those cocktails. Very nice location but do not waste your money by coming here. It is also overpriced.

Rialto Lobby Bar and Lounge

07/04/2024: Before reading you might want to look at my other reviews where you will see that my posts are usually generous in their praise.
Why stay here?
1. You want to pay for an "Executive Room" where the only view is of trash cans and an active work yard from which you can hear the power tools throughout the day. (NB. We had been on the wait list to pay an upgrade fee for a "view" room). We checked in at 3:00 pm and on going straight to the room and calling to complain we were told that no other rooms were available (even though they were offered for booking on the web site for each of the next two nights).
2. If you miss the sound of the power tools you can listen to every detail of the conversation (and screaming) from the neighboring room once your neighbors return for the evening. Apparently, from other reviews, the thin bedroom walls are throughout the beautiful renovation.
3. You want to use or earn Hilton points and/or have status that means you will get a decent room.
4. The aesthetics are very nice.
5. The location is very inconvenient. You are captive to the hotel shuttle (paid for by mere mortals without high HH status) or a €70 water taxi. Sometimes the shuttle is as as much as once every 30 minutes. Sometimes once an hour. If it is full that can mean a two hour wait.
6. The executive lounge is average at very best as is the buffet breakfast.
7. Staff are polite and pleasant.
8. When the pool is open it can only be used for 2 hours a day by prebooking. You may or may not get a predetermined slot. Surely that adds a new exciting unknown to booking your vacation?
9. Whatever we set the air conditioning at, it did not drop below 25.8. (78.4). I have read about this issue in another review. This is early April, I hate to think what the summer will be like!
Postscript: A very strange coincidence .On checking in the App said I had Silver HH status and the receptionist acknowledged that status. Shortly after my complaint to the hotel management about the room, the status was changed from Silver to "Member".
06/04/2024: One of the best hotel which we ever stay. We stayed in stylish rooms and suites in a fully restored flour mill on the shores of picturesque Giudecca Island. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the town's historic center from the highest rooftop bar in the city,
The breakfast served was one the best breakfast buffet we every had, with a lot variety of food.
Secondly, their service is good and staff is very friendly.

Ristorante all'Anguilla

25/03/2024: Notice to all waiters in Italy since the season is about to begin:
Unfortunately I worked at the Anguilla restaurant for a month. The restaurant manager tried to attack me (which is why I reported him) and threatened and insulted me on several occasions.
Workplace to avoid because:
1-There is no PDA. You have to take the order by hand and rewrite it in the kitchen waiting your turn.
2-Bad hours. We work from 10.30am to around 4pm then from 6pm until sometimes 2am during the summer as I was told.
3-The food for the staff is from a refugee camp. Pasta with tomato or ragù at midday omelette in the evening except on Saturday you eat pizza, while on Sunday evening you don't eat at all.
4-Unprepared dining room staff. There is only one very good waiter to whom I offer my sincere compliments.
5-Tight spaces. To bone a fish you have to open a table and fit a large vase and two plates in a small space.
6-Offensive and quarrelsome leadership. I have witnessed FURIOUS ARGUMENTS complete with threats to call the police between the owner and the restaurant manager, and I was once prevented from serving alcohol to the same restaurant manager due to excessive consumption.
Finally, I would like to add that I have won the UNION LAWSUIT against the restaurant for unfair dismissal and I am awaiting criminal trial for assault by the manager against me.
19/12/2023: Ristorante che non si smentisce mai. Rivisitato a Settembre…Beh che dire…sodisfatti ancora una volta…Servizio impeccabile accompagnato da materie prime di qualità. Per noi rimane tappa fissa per ogni nostro soggiorno a Caorle! Complimenti👏👏

02/04/2024: For when you are sick of getting ripped off in Venizian tourist trap restaurants that overcharge and under-deliver. Old Wild West does American hamburgers better than in America! They are not at all greasy or heavy. Good for a change from seafood if you're in Venice for a while. Plus, you know exactly what you are getting for the price.

restaurant on two floors with the typical set-up of the chain. Clean. The bathrooms, on the first floor, could use a little more care
Food
I won't comment on the dishes in general as they are typical of the chain. Compared to other places I've eaten at: the bread wasn't very hot, the sandwich could have been a little more filling and the chips weren't fried very well. However, the cooking of the bacon inside the sandwich is excellent.
Service
we ordered 3 sandwiches and a slice of chicken. We had to wait half an hour for the sandwiches and the place was not at all crowded. The cut did not arrive and once I informed the waiter, he discovered that it had not been cooked. My wife had to wait another quarter of an hour and eat after us
Cost
the typical one of the chain therefore, for being in Venice, on average cheap

Rio Novo Ristorante Pizzeria

05/04/2024: The food in this restaurant is excellent. All the food was hot and the view was fantastic as it’s next to the river. It was really close the bus, tram, train and riverboat stations which made it easy to travel to the restaurant.
05/04/2024: Highly recommended this restaurant. Their services and high efficiency were excellent. We ordered seafood appetiser and risotto which were in high quality. Must come again next time!

01/04/2024: Really good! A large traditional restaurant from the 1900s, the bar is large. Restaurant always open. It is a restaurant where you can be on the safe side. It is in a strategic point. I met him because the family often went there as I have an uncle who frequents hunting and is the shooting director of the clay shooting discipline. 07/04/2024: We had two dishes of spaghetti (bolo and squid ink), the quantity was satisfactory and we enjoyed it.
You had to take a menu (dish+drink+coffee), menus at 15€ and 18€ depending on the dishes. No cutlery included in the bill.

Tourist trap recommended by hotels. Despite not being on a busy street, the restaurant is full.
The prices are expensive, you are seated on tables with other tourists to make all the tables profitable.
The staff is very nice.
I had pasta with water, the dish was very bland. I didn't even eat 1/3 of my dish.
The meatball starter was okay.
The other people at our table had ordered the specialty starter for €20 even though it was a mini plate that was almost empty and tasteless.

Antipasti di fascia medio bassa.Ho ordinato orata alla griglia e mi sono state servite 2 piccole orate ( fredde )di cui una era immangiabile(sapore disgustoso). Ho fatto gentilmente presente al cameriere…che non ha minimamente pensato di sostituire il piatto…. ma mi ha risposto che era impossibile poiché erano arrivate 2 giorni prima. Tant’è che ho pagato il piatto 20€ pur lasciando l’orata nel piatto. Ma il bello deve ancora venire…. Nel conto di di 101 € noto un’importo di 11€ di servizio (oltre al coperto ).Alla mia domanda di chiarimento su tale importo mi viene risposto dal cameriere che quello è l’importo per il suo stipendio…..
Mah… forse i clienti vanno informati che il ristorante applica costo di servizio….
