24/03/2024: "It is with great regret that I leave this review on my experience at this pizzeria. I contacted the place to book a table for eight people for a birthday. From the phone call, I felt an unwelcoming atmosphere when I explained that the guests celebrating 17 years old; it was even suggested to me that the boys are those of 8,9,years Despite this, I confirmed the booking. Upon arrival, the hostile atmosphere continued. Despite booking for 7.30pm, we were greeted with disappointment because one person was late and two others were unable to attend for personal reasons. The owner was extremely rude, complaining about the change in the number of people The situation worsened when, while ordering at 8pm, the owner reproached us for having delayed the service and gave us an hour to leave the table, even though the restaurant only closed at 11pm. This behavior did not it only ruined the mood of the evening, but made us feel like a nuisance rather than paying customers. Despite my attempt to offer to fill the empty seats and pay for the extra covers, the treatment received was disappointing. The lack of professionalism and courtesy on the part of the staff and the owner is unacceptable. I will avoid this place in the future and advise others to do the same."
