Great views and kind faces, but an early bedtime! 🚤🥂 The Molino Stucky boasts an absolutely excellent location and solid facilities. Getting around is easy thanks to the handy guest shuttle, and of course, there are always water taxis available if you are feeling fancy (and ready to tackle the price tag!). The Room: I stayed on the Mezzanine floor. While the room was wonderfully comfortable, it was not exactly a masterpiece of modern design, and being on that level meant it was a bit short on natural light. The Rooftop & The Team: The rooftop bar is fantastic with beautiful views of the surroundings and truly great cocktails. The staff across the hotel are kind, smiling, and efficient. However, when the terrace gets packed, the service does slow down. To be perfectly fair, this is not the fault of the hardworking floor staff at all; it clearly feels like a management and organization puzzle that needs solving. The Midnight Munchies: Two things to keep in mind if you are a night owl. First, room service after midnight turns into a rather uninspiring pre-packed basket of snacks. Second, the fantastic rooftop bar closes surprisingly early! I imagine this is due to late-night mobility and boat logistics for the staff. Perhaps some clever shift rotations (or letting the bartenders sleep over!) could fix this, but hey that’s not my puzzle to solve! 🧩 The Verdict: Overall, it was a decent stay with a lovely team, but if my travels bring me back to Venice, I will likely choose to explore a different hotel.

We booked a King Executive Room with View which was billed as being 291 sq ft. The room was smaller than a matchbox. They had my son sleeping on a cot. The front desk tip toed, double spoke and defended the room. It was not what we paid for.. Finally a manager offered 20% off night one and a larger room the next two nights. They offered a 20% discount for the first night since they breached contract. Low and behold, we go to checkout.. and they forgot the 20% and tried to humiliate me at the front desk about cost. The area is gorgeous. Restaurants are in walking distance. The second room was perfect... but they initially breached contract by providing a room not what was advertised or paid for. The first room was also not 5 star quality. The environment is perfect. The rooms not so much. Constantly heard other people complaining about the same thing.

My stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of my trip to Venice. The hotel itself is stunning, located inside a beautifully restored historic building that combines Venetian charm with modern luxury. The architecture and design create a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. One of the most unforgettable parts of the experience was the breathtaking views of Venice from the rooftop area. Seeing the city skyline, canals, and sunsets from above created an absolutely magical atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, while the service was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the stay. The dining and rooftop experience added even more luxury and relaxation to the visit, making the hotel feel like a destination on its own. Overall, a fantastic hotel in Venice elegant, historic, and truly unforgettable. Mamma mia, che esperienza spettacolare!

I stayed in January and forgot to leave a review. First of all, the hotel is amazing and the service is excellent across all departments. The transportation from the hotel to the city center is very convenient. We also took a trip to Murano Island, which was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families looking for an unforgettable stay in Venice. They even upgraded my stay for my wife’s birthday, which was a lovely gesture. To be honest, I would give 10 out of 10 – even 5,000 stars! I hope to visit the hotel again in the future.

Good morning. I was passing by, fascinated by the grandeur of the exterior. Majestic. Very well-kept. Clean. 5-star staff, friendly, quiet. Service... Superb. The view from the terrace is divine. I recommend... cocktails... and cicchetti... everything superb. I recommend it... breathtaking.

A first-class hotel with Hilton standards in Molino Stucky (the Stucky grain mill), an imposing, historic building at the western end of Giudecca Island in Venice. Room: Wonderful views of the city and the canal from the 5th floor! Unfortunately, despite adjusting the thermostat, the room didn't get properly warm, and the walk-in shower inevitably splashed water into the room. Service: Staff handled the power outage efficiently and provided attentive service at the superb breakfast buffet. The breakfast room at the end of the hall is the quietest: smaller, with plants. Location: Good, if you can manage the vaporetti (water buses). The free app "CheBatteo?" is helpful for this. The fitness room is well-equipped and has windows that can be opened.

Very very modern and special.hotel it's flawless design flaws and staff service are exceptional. It's a beautiful environment to be in. The service at the bar is a bit delayed however when the items ordered arrives it is "just right" and that's great! Location is away from the tourist masses and a short boat ride from the main hub of S.Marco. the ferry costs are 18 euros each way but the Hilton has it's own boat to transfer you. It's good. It's a superb place to stay or meet others and right next to the Fortuny Factory, and Factory shop!

The best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details. Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel. Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

Beautiful, very clean hotel. The staff is extra friendly, so a perfect ten!!!!
