17/03/2024: Non male. Per una cena informale, location carina, basica, alla mano. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Servizio migliorabile: la gestione delle prenotazioni dei tavoli non è per nulla ben organizzata, il locale era molto pieno perciò l'attesa di 20 minuti per il tavolo è anche tollerabile, il punto è che sembrava essere poco e mal organizzata la gestione delle prenotazioni dei tavoli.
Cibo: ok. Senza lode senza infamia, nonostante credo i miei gnocchi fossero riscaldati; la tagliata di carne era buona. Bagno pulito, coperto a 3,50€ secondo me alto. Menù: enorme, lunghissimo, pieno, forse troppo. Tantissime pizze, tantissimi piatti, penso troppi per poter poi gestirli tutti in cucina, nonostsnte non spetti a me questo giudizio. Lato positivo: molta scelta (anche senza glutine! Super), lato negativo: difficile coordinare una sala enorme che ospita moltissimi commensali con una vastità di scelta di piatti come la loro. Conto: ok. Mezza acqua, una porzione di nuggets, una tagliata, un piatto di gnocchi, un caffè e un sorbetto (preparato al momento, un plus) 50€.

06/04/2024: Bah! Fabulous and historically fascinating setting. Spritz not good, not abundant (at the price of €4 and €4.50). But the main flaw is the wait: half an hour between spritz, three crostini and toast. Fairly good croutons and good toast (maybe a little). In any case, the setting perhaps repays the wait.

24/03/2024: Homely restaurant, the fish menu is excellent, the courses are all plentiful and the fish is fresh, depending on the season you can find fish that are caught in our Adriatic sea, the service is excellent and very fast so everyone eats at the same time moment, the price is aligned with the quality of the product offered, the only weak point is the parking which is not nearby, which is why I have to stop at the fourth star

Now the place hosts the Fabula plain restaurant, with vegetarian specialities. The restaurant is undoubtedly good and the owners are very kind and thoughtful, but the cuisine is no longer that of a bacaro. I had booked convinced that I would find the old atmosphere and fish-based cuisine and I had this surprise

30/03/2024: Excellent food especially the creams in the pastries and brioches. What is negative for me is the service: absent! You have to get your receipt and queue first even if you are sitting at the table, then you have to queue to ask for what you want to eat and then wait for them to bring it to your table. Only 1 person at the checkout (placed in one of the narrowest places in the room) preparing packages while making receipts...
It may be good but if it doesn't improve the service it won't work for me.
24/03/2024: Excellent super stuffed croissants... it's a shame they bring out the sugar-free coffees... okay, it's bad... but 🤣... anyway, a nice place well stocked with both sweet and savory dishes
