14/04/2025: Terrible. Es terrible. Entramos durante la noche y éramos literalmente los únicos allí. Uno pensaría que eso significaría un servicio rápido, ¿verdad? No. Nos quedamos esperando que alguien tomara nuestra orden, nada. Se acercó al mostrador y le dijeron que esperara frente al mostrador del otro lado. Raro, pero bien. Así que nos mudamos... y seguimos esperando. Y esperando. Pasaron 12 minutos. Todavía nadie. Ni siquiera una mirada en nuestra dirección. Era como si no existiéramos. Cero profesionalidad, cero servicio al cliente y cero sentido de urgencia. Finalmente, nos dimos por vencidos, nos volvimos el uno hacia el otro, meneamos la cabeza y nos fuimos diciendo ciao. Si te gusta perder el tiempo y ser completamente ignorado, este es tu lugar. De lo contrario, no te molestes.

07/04/2025: 7,50€ lo spritz annacquato e 6€ il crodino, il tutto con 10 patatine del sacchetto. Non aggiungerei altro. Speriamo di aver raggiunto i 100 caratteri.

20/12/2025: Great price and quality of the food, but the desserts and service leave a bit to be desired. Great place for squirmy children, as the eating area opens directly onto Campo San Polo, a large open square.

08/06/2025: Wäre eigentlich angenehm zu sitzen, aber so etwas von unfreundliches und gelangweiltes Personal muss man erst finden. Wir haben es hier mit Sicherheit gefunden.

11/05/2025: Abbiamo chiesto 2 aperitivi e una ciotola d'acqua x il nostro chihuahua.... Hanno risposto che nn danno da bere ai cani xchè bagnano il pavimento... Ci siamo veramente rimasti male... Cmque lo sconsiglio se si ha un cane ... Magari bagna se beve😂😂😂😂

25/08/2025: We had a truly wonderful evening at La Pagoda! As a family of four (two adults and two children), we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive, and they made us feel completely at ease. The food was outstanding — the fillet steak was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and full of flavour, and the desserts were just heavenly. Our children also loved their meals, which were beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. It’s rare to find a restaurant that balances fine dining with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, but La Pagoda does exactly that. The setting itself is lovely — elegant yet cosy — and you can really feel the care and pride that goes into both the service and the food. Everything about the evening felt special, from the pace of the meal to the attention to detail. An all-round excellent experience. We left with happy hearts (and full stomachs!) and would absolutely recommend La Pagoda to anyone visiting the Lido. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Venice!

21/09/2025: A real surprise. Excellent, inventive dishes with superb service. A very good if pricey wine list. Romantic views. As good as some 1-star Michelin restos I've been to.

24/08/2025: A dream experience. It's not just the food that captivates, but also the atmosphere that immediately captivates you. It was like being part of a fairytale. The incredibly welcoming staff knows how to put you at ease, making you feel part of a story that goes beyond just dinner. Each dish that arrives is a symphony of perfectly blended flavors, as if each ingredient had been chosen not only for its taste, but to evoke emotions. From the meticulously crafted presentation of the dishes to the quality of the ingredients, everything speaks of passion and incredible attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to whoever created this corner of paradise. I can't wait to return, because every visit is a promise of new and unforgettable experiences.

04/07/2025: Uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos en Venecia. Siempre venimos aquí al menos una vez cuando visitamos Venecia. El personal es genial, la comida siempre es excelente y la ubicación es fabulosa. Comenzamos con su aperitivo de pescado mixto para dos, que estaba excelente y venía con una cesta de pan. Mucho pescado mezclado y buenos sabores. Como plato principal tuvimos su pasta con marisco del día, que estaba excelente y llena de sabor. De postre pedimos tiramisú y postre de pistacho (ver fotos), ambos excelentes. También probamos su Prosecco rosado que fue uno de los mejores que hemos bebido. Esperamos visitarlo en el futuro.

13/06/2025: Come sempre mi faccio convincere da amici a venire a mangiare qui, per carità bella location, personale carino però la qualità del cibo è mediocre, veramente senza anima, non vale assolutamente il prezzo richiesto

07/02/2026: Recently reopened, opening tomorrow, February 7th. Had dinner with friends. Excellent quality meat, excellent appetizers, and the tagliatelle with duck ragù were exceptional. Delicious tagliatelle. The restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and has modern decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of bottled wines, and the dessert selection could be expanded. Impeccable and fast service, but I'll revise my rating in a few months as it wasn't very busy. Excellent price for the amount consumed.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati accolti come fossimo persone di famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, pesce freschissimo. Consiglio se si vuole mangiare tipico e fare una vera esperienza alla Giudecca in un posto storico. Torneremo presto. Grazie mille a tutti voi.

19/07/2025: Eins meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Venedig (Giudecca). Leider muss man über die Jahre leider einen negativen Trend beobachten. Preise sind entschieden gestiegen und die Portionen werden immer kleiner (willkommen bei der Touristengastronomie). Schade, denn Location ist sehr individuell und schön. Mal schauen, wie oft ich hier noch aufschlagen werde.
