11/07/2025: Unterirdisch schlecht. „Service“ maximal arrogant, kein Bitte, kein Danke. Laut Schild keine versteckten Kosten, dann werden aber mal eben 7,10 € für den sogenannten Service aufgeschlagen. Das Essen ist nach wenigen Momenten auf dem Tisch und schmeckt auch demnach unterirdisch schlecht. Jede Mikrowellen-Mahlzeit ist ein Genuss dagegen. Mein dringender Tipp: Diesen Laden auf jeden Fall meiden.

08/07/2025: Terminamos comiendo aquí ya que en varios lugares había largas colas para sentarse. El servicio estuvo bien, la comida también estuvo bien, pero no fue la mejor que habíamos probado en nuestro viaje. Parecían centrarse en atraer turistas para que comieran allí. Las porciones eran buenas y el pan estaba bien. La mesa en la que nos sentamos todavía tenía migas de los clientes anteriores. Si bien la comida no estaba mal, hay otros lugares mejores para comer en San Marco.

10/11/2025: We went a couple of times to order Aperol and some snacks to take away, and everything was great. Very friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended.

28/08/2025: Unfortunately, I ordered two sandwiches that fizzed in my mouth. I mentioned this to the lady at the cashier, also to prevent other customers from eating something that had expired. She told me she would report it to her superior, without refunding me or even making the move of offering something else, or even just apologizing.

29/04/2025: A FUIR. PIEGE A TOURISTES. J'ai pu constater par moi même le manque de compétences de cet établissement. Une fois le pied dans cet établissement, la spirale de mauvaises surprises démarre. Service très expéditif, avec le pain posé d'office sur la table et fait le sourd d'oreille si on veut le signaler. Le plat une petite pizza de qualité très médiocre, mais mangeable. Une assiette, plutôt une poignée de spaghettis à la tomate avec 2 feuilles de basilic, sans aucun goût. Une fois terminé nos plats, hop on nous débarrasse, la facture arrive et hop on nous dégage. On refuse de nous laisser garder la facture, j'ai été plus rapide pour prendre la photo ( a la surprise du serveur) Et oui. Car ça va vite, très vite. Table très serrées, à peine de la place pour se déplacer. Avec une canne pas facile. J'aurais dû lire vos commentaires avant. Une machine à faire de l'argent. Un piège à touristes.

21/04/2025: Katastrophe das Essen, Bedienung prolig,einfach nicht zu empfehlen!!!!! Keine Danke ..Essen wird nur dahin genallt -Im warsten Sinne des Wortes- Essen nur aufgewärmt, ohne Geschmack, Den Koch ,wenn es überhaupt einer ist,sollte besser gehen.

14/11/2025: It was absolutely delicios, so we decided to return here, we chose this over hundreds of other restaurants to try in Venice.

10/11/2025: They charge an extra 12%, they don't tell you until the bill arrives. The food is reheated and tasteless.

18/11/2025: My girlfriend and I went to this bar because we were craving hot chocolate. We ordered the hot chocolate with cream (€4.50), which is actually a ciobar. Paying €4.50 for a ciobar seems excessive to me. We also ordered two small pastries, clearly bought from the Iper Rossetto supermarket. The pastries were old, I think, from 4-5 days ago. But I ask myself, "Don't you try them before putting the pastries on display?" A terrible experience, we will never go back.

16/07/2025: If I could give less than 0 I would have done so immediately, obscenity both in the service and in the cleanliness of the place, served with a face full of fish for a spritz that I would not wish even on my worst enemy to drink... total shame.

07/11/2025: My wife and I spontaneously ordered two pizzas since our apartment was just around the corner. The wait was very long, the taste was below average, the pizzas were tiny! And they were quite expensive. Better to go somewhere else!

31/10/2025: Food was not fresh and we waited 15 min although no one was there in the place except us. He charged extra €1 when we ate the food inside

21/10/2025: Avoid at all costs! We stepped in to escape the cold — rookie mistake. I wish I had checked the reviews first. The owner was shockingly rude and unkempt, with a sink full of dirty dishes right in sight. When I politely asked, “How are you?” he replied, “Not well, what do you want?” The food was overpriced and downright awful. I genuinely hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.

18/11/2025: A coffee cost 6 euros. In five days in Venice, they never went above 3 euros, and I was getting them for 1.9 or 2 euros. Not recommended. I never write reviews, but they questioned whether we were ordering enough because they weren't making much profit. Besides, they weren't friendly.

18/11/2025: The worst coffe shop ever!! The taste of the cannolli was greasy. The price of the cappuccino outside says 3,50. They charge 6,00 inside + 2 euros of service. They were rude when we asked about the price.

05/11/2025: Just… don’t do that to yourself. They charged me 2€/ person for using utensils and 5.50€ for a can of coke. Considering the atmosphere, the service, and the attitude of the restaurant’s workers, this is literally … a scam (I don’t even try to take a picture of the food, it looks unappealing and unappetizing anyway).

24/10/2025: When I walked in to ask if a table is available, the staff was rude and told me that the toilet is just for customers, when I did not even mention anything about using the toilet. She was racist and assumed thing without even listening to what I was saying.

01/12/2025: Whether for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or just a quick bite, this charming pastry shop/café has a few tables, a lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, and delicious pastries and food. It's a great place to try different traditional sweets, all of which are excellent. I recommend a latte here; it's not a regular latte like in Spain, but a very large one, so remember to ask for your size beforehand.

30/11/2025: The service is terrible. I went twice and was served by two different people, and both were incredibly unpleasant.

22/10/2025: Nasty proprietor—we bought cookies and the cranky old woman angrily cursed at us for using an outdoor table. The cookies were dry. Don’t waste your money here! Worst customer experience I’ve ever had traveling in 15 countries.

19/10/2025: 9 euros for a Spritz (prices not listed). 7.50 for 4 mushy crab balls filled with whatever, plus a 1 euro surcharge per portion. For card payments, so 2 drinks and 2 meals cost 4 euros extra.
