01/08/2025: The only downside was the peas I ordered as a side dish, and they were undercooked. Furthermore, from the way they were presented, they lacked flavor. They seemed to be cooked in a pan without any added ingredients. Usually, they're made with onion and bacon for added flavor. Instead, these were boiled and sautéed with a little butter.

22/05/2025: Dining Room Marghera offers a good balance between quality and price. The food is very tasty with simple and classic dishes. The quality of the raw material is more than evident. The service is polite but sometimes a little slow. Welcoming environment, ideal for a quiet dinner for a couple or with friends.

05/09/2025: We actually really like the campsite because of its simplicity, the shady pitches, the great beach, and the lack of entertainment. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very welcome there and wished for more friendly service: After almost three weeks, we wanted to leave in the afternoon (departure possible until 12:00 PM) so that we could go to the beach with the children at night if possible. There was absolutely no leniency for this, nor was there an option to book a half-day stay, even though the site was half empty! We should have paid the full price for a full night. Starting at 10:00 AM on the day of departure, the site inspector (who, incidentally, never even says "ciao") came every half hour to check if we would leave on time. For the last 15 minutes before 12:00 PM, he stood directly across the street to observe us. There were other minor "controversies," but these would go beyond the scope of this article. All in all, it's a real shame. We don't expect much, but a "welcome, nice to have you here" or "we hope you enjoyed your stay" would be really nice. Or if that's not possible, at least a smile ;) We've been there several times, but we won't be coming again.

20/06/2025: Oggi abbiamo visitato Chioggia e ci siamo trovati all’Osteria Penzo. Non avevamo prenotato ma i gestori sono riusciti a trovarci un posticino. Abbiamo mangiato i cicchetti come antipasto, gnocchetti buonissimi con vongole, radicchio e cipolla ed un’ottimo fritto.Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, gestori molto cortesi.

19/06/2025: Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit in Chioggia und der Abend in dieser feinen Osteria bei Mario war das i- Tüpfelchen. Das Essen hervorragend! Der Service freundlich! Und obwohl man reservieren muss, bekommt man das Gefühl der einzige und beste Gast zu sein! Hier bekommt man gute Laune und verlässt das Lokal mit einem Lächeln. Vielen Dank, Mario!

17/04/2025: We decided to walk the Grand Canal on our last night in the city. Usually I’d avoid places to eat right on the water, fearing both for price and quality but I’m delighted to say neither were affected here. All staff were really lovely, kind about our pigeon Italian and engaging with our easily embarrassed 14 year old. We had 2 cocktails and 2 soft drinks, 2 pasta dishes and pizza. They had gluten free pasta but not pizza and all of it was delicious. Our bill was €104 including cover charge. This is a bit more than we’d paid elsewhere for similar amounts but not much. View was incredible and people watching potential 10/10. I’d definitely recommend

11/04/2025: Una experiencia bastante desagradable. Personal irrespetuoso y dueño grosero abiertamente acosándome a mí y a mi pareja. Ese tipo de trato a los clientes es insoportable, así como su sabor a comida frita no solo grasa y grasa de bajo costo.

14/03/2025: Nos alojamos justo al lado del Palazzo San Marco y dimos un paseo para encontrar un buen restaurante (nuestra tercera visita a Venecia). Encontramos este restaurante que parecía ofrecer una opción muy buena relación calidad-precio y tengo que decir que este restaurante era fantástico. Desde el personal hasta la comida, realmente disfrutamos de la experiencia. La morena como entrada era genial y luego fuimos por un par de pizzas que estaban muy bien. Con las bebidas llegó a alrededor de E 50, que era una gran relación calidad-precio. Sin duda volveremos a comer aquí la próxima vez que estemos en Venecia.

11/07/2025: As in other reviews, I can confirm that this is a trattoria stuck in time, but it's exactly what I expected and what I was looking for, seeking out traditional dishes and flavors. The staff were kind and friendly; otherwise, I found everything else to be average, and my rating is slightly above average. I definitely recommend a visit.

15/06/2025: At Gemma you enter a trattoria that seems to have been frozen in time. You can still have a chat with Mrs. Gemma in the restaurant that is now run by her very good daughters. The choice is not excessive and the food is simple but very tasty, typical of the Venetian tradition. The experience ends with excellent homemade desserts. I recommend the trio of cod and the ricotta and fig dessert!

07/08/2025: I've stayed here several times over the years and have always had a wonderful experience. I've returned after a long time, and my impressions have been confirmed. The strategic location, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (the triple room I was assigned was absolutely spacious!), and the amenities with every comfort (from air conditioning to Wi-Fi, to a kettle...) ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. An excellent breakfast, the courtesy and hospitality of the owners and their staff, and the convenient parking complete the picture of always pleasant stays. The hotel has a large restaurant with a well-stocked wine cellar. The food is excellent, and one thing I personally appreciated was the excellent Cabernet that accompanied our family dinner.

22/04/2025: Nos alojamos a dos minutos de este pequeño restaurante maravilloso y lo pasamos un par de veces que siempre parecía acogedor hablamos con Georgia en la mañana, ya que íbamos de turismo en nuestro último día, él era muy servicial y arreglamos para volver a cenar Nos dieron la bienvenida tan pronto como caminamos en ninguna presión del personal que habíamos encontrado en otros restaurantes pedido bebidas, luego bruschetta, que era increíble tan fresco que nuestros principales eran jamón y tagliatelle parmesano y fruta de mare tagliatelle daría el 100% por la calidad de la comida y lo mismo por la limpieza, la atención y el ambiente para esta pequeña joya de un restaurante Sin duda volveremos 👍🏻

20/08/2025: Terrible service. The waiters were very grumpy. It felt like we were doing them a favor by being there. The food wasn't all that great. I was quite disappointed.

19/08/2025: Very nice place and fantastic service. Unfortunately, the price was excessive and unrelated to the quality. We spent €190 for two, ordering a half-fry, two first courses, two desserts, and a bottle of wine. Service costs €10 per person. Overall, it's good, but the price is crazy, and I would never return. In Rome, €95 is almost like a Michelin-starred restaurant. They're out of place.

12/07/2025: È da tempo che cercavo nell'entroterra un locale che rispettasse la tradizione veneziana. Ambiente familiare, la cortese assistenza della Signora che ha saputo indirizzarci nelle scelte ma principalmente la squisita semplice preparazione di tutti i piatti ordinati e pesce di qualità.

02/06/2025: Sono venuto a cenare con la mia fidanzata incuriosito dalle buone recensioni e ha superato le mie aspettative, servizio ottimo, cibo veramente buono e location molto gradevole. Prezzo coerente con il servizio e la qualità, non sono solito a lasciare recensioni ma in questo caso è meritata. Grazie ancora!

26/06/2025: The Hotel Ai Die Principi has a beautiful location right on the canal. With its own restaurant, the Principi not only offers breakfast by the canal, but also in your room for a small surcharge. There were four of us (two children and two adults) and we booked the Family Suite for one night through Booking.com for around €300. We had a small balcony in our suite, the windows and floors were decorated to match Venice, and the suite was air-conditioned to a pleasant 23 degrees. I had to give it a small negative point because the room was damaged when we handed it over. Photos attached. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the restaurant; I was already too tired to put the children to bed. But luckily there is a minibar in the room. Breakfast was okay. You can get a better breakfast out. If you want to explore the city after checking out, you can leave your luggage there.

09/08/2025: We received very kind, patient and helpful service, although the food is not cheap but of high quality! In addition, we received excellent recommendations for the choice from the waiters. Our language skills regarding cuisine and seafood are not very detailed, but the waiter did his best to understand us and took the time to let the children choose.

05/08/2025: The staff were very rude and unsuitable for their job, and the raw materials were cheap for the prices. It's a shame, because Caorle is a gem in the Veneto region.
