29/11/2025: Fri, November 28, 2025 0 stars So yesterday around 2 a.m. I tried to get in completely sober (since I'm the driver), the temperature was -2°C, and I was actually a bit cold. At the door, I found a man in his 50s/60s wearing black-framed glasses. I arrived and said hello as usual, and with the most utterly rude attitude I've ever seen, he said, "How much have you drunk?" I replied, "I haven't drunk, I'm just cold." He replied, "Oh, you're just cold? Well, wait there." (He wasn't doing anything.) After about 10 minutes, he said, "Listen, you can go back where you came from." I said goodbye, wished him good luck, and left. ~Instinct tells you where to go, but life teaches you where to return and where to never set foot again~

09/08/2025: I'm writing this review with a bitter taste in my mouth, referring to the new management and subsequent name change to "Heart." On Friday, August 1st, some friends and I ordered a round of vodka martinis, and were literally served water with a little martini added. We changed the drink for gin and lemon because we didn't like it (confirmed by one of the bartenders, who shared our opinion that the drink was poorly made), and the situation seemed to improve. We had a second and final round of drinks: a total of around one hundred euros spent at the table, and they didn't even bring us chips, which we had to ask for ourselves (embarrassing, given the celebration for the new management). But let's get to the part that most disappointed me... At 12:06 AM, the square was still crowded with people. I asked to use the bathroom, but was immediately stopped by a girl who, despite my invitation to clean the bathroom myself (I have no problem putting on gloves and cleaning), rudely shooed me away, telling me they were already cleaning the bathrooms and that "I could urinate behind the tree in the square." I, who am not an animal, obviously declined the invitation and waited until they got home. Speechless. Not recommended, I will never set foot in there again.

04/06/2025: The fields are good and well kept, nothing to say; however, it is embarrassing that a sports facility does not have changing rooms / showers for women but only for men (a disservice that has been going on for months now). Since there are also mixed groups that play soccer, perhaps it is time to get equipped. In any case, when booking, they had told us, at least, of a discount reserved for us girls for the lack of services that in the end was not applied to the total bill. If the intent is to offer a satisfying customer experience, I would start to review a few things, starting from the ABC of communication: clarity and honesty.

25/05/2025: New beginning for this place! Now the catering service is also working, we were there last night for dinner. Family atmosphere, genuine cuisine, simple and well-prepared dishes, smiling staff, excellent welcome! I also recommend it for aperitifs because the place is surrounded by greenery and very relaxing!

12/11/2025: Good place...on my way, let's have a coffee and a sandwich

04/11/2025: I decide to stop for a coffee and a glass of water. When I entered, there were three people drinking at the counter, so I positioned myself behind it and waited my turn. Shortly afterward, a woman comes in and sits at a table. She's served immediately, so as soon as a seat becomes available at the counter, I step forward to order, but I'm still ignored until I'm served a coffee. I point out that I still have to order, but a coffee and a glass of water are fine, so the barista prepares and serves me a coffee as requested, but the water goes to the two customers at the counter next to me. I wait for the glass of water, but I realize I'm wasting my time and I learn that I wasn't a welcome customer, since the other customers at the counter had a simple coffee like me, but with water added, except that I had asked for it. I won't be returning due to the terrible service.

19/03/2025: I had the pizza by the slice with various flavors, and the tuna and onion was phenomenal. I had the olive and walnut bread, and they were delicious. Fair prices and friendly, polite staff.

05/11/2025: The best: healthy food and cute inside. Got a chicken salad, delicious even though it seemed small but I couldn't finish it. Inside is cute and comfy. They also have some tables outside. Some specialities from Napoli are offered. Good music inside.

04/10/2025: Very beautiful, both inside and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Very small bathroom.

23/11/2025: I had breakfast with my wife and my daughter and we were deeply satisfied with both the service and the price. If I pass by again I will certainly stop. Excellent, good girls!

30/10/2025: Very nice and clean location. Excellent coffee ☕ and a wide selection of equally good pastries. The cuisine is very interesting for the variety and quality of the dishes. The staff is very kind and helpful.

04/11/2025: The gluten-free pizza was very good and light!! (The gluten-free dough costs €4 more.) I ordered delivery and they were very quick.

11/10/2025: The pizza was delivered an hour and a half late. In the meantime, I could have picked it up in Milan by train.

18/08/2025: Small restaurant with incredibly delicious food. The waiter spoke excellent English. Everything was delicious, but the pancake cotta was especially amazing. We'd love to come back.

09/09/2025: The first time we ordered pizza a few months ago, it was incredibly heavy! The dough was rubbery and poorly leavened. We tried again some time later, but it was even worse: increasingly rubbery, increasingly heavy, poorly leavened, difficult to digest, and it made us incredibly thirsty. Perhaps the only positive thing was the punctuality of the delivery, but that's not enough.

25/07/2025: Very unfair! I ordered a small cup of ice cream, in a paper cup—meaning you eat outside, not at a table—and paid €6.50, when the advertised price was €2.50. The receipt stated "small cup €2.50" and "€4 extra" for the flavor. The explanation for this €4 extra was that the flavor was a new one (Dubai Chocolate). This flavor (and many other new or unique flavors) is now available in many other ice cream shops, but nowhere do you pay €4 extra because the flavor is a new one! Prices are usually based on scoops or the size of the cup/cone, not the flavors you order. It's still right for each establishment to set its own prices, but prices must be written and displayed correctly. Only the prices of the ice cream cups/cones were written based on their size (precisely €2.50 for the small cup) but it was not specified anywhere that that particular flavour had a surcharge of €4!
