13/04/2025: since they didn't have service at the counter, my wife and I decided to sit down for a quick coffee since it was already 3.30pm and we had already had lunch elsewhere.....they complained because we had only had a coffee.....terrible staff

13/04/2025: Frequento la pasticceria da anni, e di solito consumo e poi pago. Oggi mi sono avvicinata al banco caffetteria per ordinare un caffè e una pasta e una commessa mi ha risposto di fare prima lo scontrino. Io sono rimasta male non solo perché era una richiesta per me insolita per quel posto e per i posti che frequento abitualmente a Venezia, e subito ho pensato che avessero cambiato consuetudine e stavo per scusarmi senonché sento una persona che paga cose già consumate, e anche le seguenti. Mi è parso un modo poco cortese, e soprattutto poco professionale non trattare i clienti allo stesso modo.

30/03/2025: Pasé aquí a tomar un macchiato en mi camino a la estación de Santa Lucía cuando vi que estaba ocupado con los lugareños. El café era perfecto. El servicio era amable. El Pistacho Opera Cake fue excepcional, uno de los postres más bonitos que he comido.

24/03/2025: Ci hanno fatto assaggiare il fragoloso nel pomeriggio e la sera siamo andati a prenderlo. È piaciuto molto anche al mio ragazzo che la frutta normalmente non la mangia. Frutta veramente fresca, frullato fatto al momento con prodotti di ottima qualità!

30/06/2024: E’ vicino a casa ma non continuiamo a sceglierlo per questo, e’un luogo polivalente oltre ad un ristorante curato ed accogliente. E’ hotel, SPA, centro convegni, parco con piscina. La vista è coccolata anche quando (come oggi) il clima suggerisce di pranzare all’interno. Il menù varia mantenendo una cifra mai troppo azzardata, la materia prima è ottima e trattata con rispetto, i piatti sono gustosi e mai pesanti. Il servizio è quello che si vorrebbe sempre trovare: professionale, cortese e sorridente.

18/03/2025: Excellent pizza, quality ingredients and dough that is almost untouchable; it does not swell and does not make you thirsty. The desserts are exceptional but a special mention goes to the tiramisu: one of the best I have tried in a long time (amazing!). Also appreciated are the artisanal breadsticks, very good. Attentive and fairly fast service.

08/09/2024: This unpretentious place is truly unexpected but offers excellent service in a relaxing and fresh environment. We ate well at reasonable prices. The context is beautiful because it is located inside the Park. In the area most of the parking spaces are paid but if you are lucky, there is some free parking along the road.

21/03/2025: The atmosphere has been refreshed by the new management: new colors, background music and a welcoming atmosphere from the captivating staff. A quick lunch on a Friday… the “Alice’s appetizer” dish was excellent… there were four of us and in the end, everyone was satisfied. Impeccable service and a more than fair price for the quality. We will definitely be back.

27/03/2025: Excellent assortment of pizzas...Naples pizza with double leavening, delicious and refined ingredients...excellent value for money, friendly and fast staff, the only flaw if we really want to find one, nice environment but very noisy especially on Saturdays when the place is full. I'll be back for sure!

23/03/2025: Former place once upon a time completely renovated with a very modern style with that really nice mountain touch.... young waiters who were a little disoriented but they didn't make us wait too long, a very Neapolitan menu with nice, generous dishes and even pizza. But if I can point out there is almost nothing vegetarian and it's a shame for those who don't eat meat or fish, I recommend you also keep an eye on this category because for those who go it's worth it, please think about it...
