30/04/2025: It was a real perfect start for our first day in Italy. Simple, tasty and authentic food. All was very good, from starter till dessert.

04/06/2025: Esperienza rovinata da un atteggiamento scortese e poco trasparente da parte del personale. Eravamo in compagnia, abbiamo consumato cibo e drink come chiunque altro. Notiamo che ai tavoli accanto servono dei cicchetti gratuiti, e alla fine, dopo aver pagato il dovuti, chiediamo educatamente spiegazioni. La risposta? Prima ci viene detto che “bisognava richiederli” (come se fosse scritto da qualche parte), poi che “forse erano finiti” (ma li stavano servendo davanti a noi), e infine la perla: “non posso farvi lo sconto” — ribadisco che abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni solo dopo aver pagato. Se il servizio non sa gestire nemmeno una semplice richiesta con chiarezza e cortesia, il resto passa in secondo piano. Ultima volta che ci vedono.

02/06/2025: Nice bistro/café in a small, quiet square. Good cappuccino and good toast. Large selection of snacks. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. We'd be happy to return. (March 2025)

09/06/2025: We've been here twice already, and the food is fantastic! You sit in a very idyllic garden surrounded by vineyards, and the service is professional and friendly! The prices are a bit high, but it's worth it!

29/05/2025: A beautifully situated inn with excellent cuisine and very friendly staff. We booked the MENU LENOTTI at the Costadoro restaurant and were not disappointed. The wine was perfectly matched to each course. Everything, including dessert, was simply perfect. The food was delicious, and the wine even more so. The explanations about the wine and its different characteristics, as well as the pleasant conversations with the staff, rounded off the evening perfectly. We felt very comfortable throughout.

22/06/2025: The pizza is delicious. It's just a shame they don't use a stone oven, hence the deduction. A stone oven is a must in Italy; Italians are known for it. Service is excellent and friendly. Very cozy outdoor dining area.

13/06/2025: Sempre più spesso viene attribuito l’appellativo “napoletana” a pizze che di partenopeo hanno poco o nulla. Questo prodotto invece è, senza ombra di dubbio, Verace…con V la maiuscola. Assieme al fratello “maggiore” Peperino sono, a mio avviso, le migliori pizzerie napoletane della città!

10/05/2025: Pastry café, historic point of reference in the center of Piazzola sul Brenta in front of Villa Contarini. Cozy environment. Excellent outside and inside on two floors. Very courteous and competent staff.

06/06/2025: Pranzo di lavoro. Carina la veranda esterna. Menu a prezzo fisso (15 € primo, secondo con contorno e 13 € secondo con contorno). Ho preso dei bigoli all'amatriciana, buoni ed abbondanti; di secondo roast beef con fagioli e fagiolini, nella media. Servizio veloce e cortese. Buona disponibilità di parcheggio

26/06/2025: The BEST clam pasta we’ve ever had. The razor clam and scallop appetizer was delicious. Our server recommended the risotto to us which is only made a certain way on Bruno islands. A lot of menu items have a minimum 2 person order so the risotto was 60€ 😳 which was good but nothing of wow factor like the clam pasta was. If we could go back, we’d get the clam pasta and another pasta dish instead. You must make a reservation in advance or get lucky like us and go right off the water taxi to see if any reservations are left. Luckily we got one of the last walk-ins for lunch at 2pm. Total for an appetizer, the risotto for 2 and 1 clam pasta dish which we split was 170€.

25/06/2025: The staff were rude, didn’t feel welcomed at all. We heard that might be the case if we hadn’t booked but didn’t think it would be this bad. We were obviously ignored multiple times by staff. To begin with we felt very unwelcome however the owner came over and was very nice. I think he needs to teach his staff how to be in customer service… The food however was good but slightly overpriced and over hyped.

16/06/2025: Ode all’Antico Caffè Nazionale (parte seconda) Che dir di Daniela dalle dodici dita? Che compulsa cibi concitatamente? Che adatta alternative ad avventati avventori? Che spariglia speranze di sparuti sperimentatori? Tanto per cominciare, sgombriamo i versi da aggettivi ludici e teratologici, che le dita son dieci e non dodici, ma corrono veloci come fossero di più. Corrono così da quando, in gioventù, la madre le soleva ripetere: “Te, tu, ti devi impegnare al centoventi per cento, se solo vuoi fare metà del tuo dovere.” Non era nata per la ragioneria, la mamma di Daniela; la contabilità non faceva per lei; neanche la filosofia hegeliana, malgrado assoluti e contraddizioni, perché erano altri assoluti e altre contraddizioni. Era, piuttosto, la vastità foglierbosa di chi ha l’anima senza confini e grande, come gli oceani e il cuore di Daniela.

25/05/2025: Ode all’Antico Caffè Nazionale La chef Mirella merita una stella. Messer Nicolò invece non so, ma le sue centrifughe sono le più buone e ignifughe (*) di tutta Vicenza. Pazienza, messer Nicolò. Prima o poi, qui da voi, gioirò escargot. (*) È nella natura di (quasi) tutte le centrifughe poter spegnere incendi: quelle di Nicolò risultano particolarmente ignifughe per la generosità, nel senso di abbondanza, delle medesime. Per altro, sappia chi legge che colui che scrive ha avuto esperienza, in altri luoghi e in altri tempi, di una centrifuga callifuga, di consistenza pomatosa e spalmabile.

29/05/2025: After 6 out of 10 people were poisoned with a medical report at a wedding banquet, we were compensated by the insurance with 300 euros which effectively certifies that the starred establishment "offers" the customer unsuitable fish, the owners were not the least bit concerned and did not even deign to call the customer to at least hear how he was. After a dispute with the NAS I sincerely hope that customers will think about using this establishment!

04/05/2025: Posto incantevole con vista mozzafiato sulla provincia Vicentina! Il personale molto attento e perfettamente preparato, i piatti strepitosi e sorprendenti, presentati molto bene, mai banali e con particolare attenzione al territorio! Ottimi i vini consigliati in abbinamento ai piatti! Molto gradita la sorpresa dello chef nel nostro dessert. A nostro giudizio, uno dei migliori ristoranti stellati dell'Alto Vicentino.

05/01/2025: Ci è stato consigliato da un amico. Locale piccolo ma funzionale. Ottimo servizio farsa scelta di proposte gastronomiche, nessuna attesa pur non avendo prenotato ( consigliabile la prenotazione). Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Situata nel centro storico, Poco lontano dal ponte degli alpini.

31/12/2024: A pleasant discovery, dictated by the need to dine in a city that is almost completely sold out. We ate very well, and spent the right amount
