10/01/2026: For years, I wasn't able to experience the Via dei Guicceri restaurant due to work reasons, but as soon as I had the chance, it was worth the drive. The service was impeccable, and I commend the dining room staff for treating us like friends. The cuisine, simple but with few ingredients, is uniquely high quality. The price is incredibly affordable, and even the most refined wines are within reach of those seeking an unforgettable experience.

20/01/2026: We spent Christmas Eve at Gennarino's. I booked at very short notice, and they were quick to accommodate my request. Let's get to the food... EVERYTHING DELICIOUS. I'm a fan of Southern Italian cuisine, of freshly caught fish, and I didn't notice any difference. Totally approved. The only slightly annoying, but still acceptable, issue was the proximity to the other table (little space to walk around, chairs too close together). I'll definitely be back.

30/09/2025: We ate here five days in a row – that really says it all! We've never eaten so well: Every dish was prepared with so much love, tasted absolutely amazing, and beautifully presented. The tiramisu was our highlight! The service was also outstanding: The waitresses were superbly organized, always friendly, attentive, and just really personable. As a special treat, they occasionally offered a shot of schnapps on the house – that made the whole experience even more personal. You can just tell that the work here is done with passion. We'll definitely be back – highly recommended!

06/01/2026: Speaking as a celiac, I've been to many cities and towns here in Tuscany, but I've yet to find a place this well-equipped, well-managed, and serving delicious, top-quality food. Excellent for everything: a quick coffee, lunch... A welcoming place with a beautiful rustic design and super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent!

02/01/2026: I walked into this place and (as a celiac) I was amazed by the large number of gluten-free desserts and pizzas on offer. A beautiful place, welcoming, beautifully decorated, and packed with people. Not even in a big city like Rome can you find a place like this! Truly satisfied.

03/01/2026: A simply fantastic experience at Osteria Pizzeria Melograno. From the first moment, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism: genuine hospitality that immediately makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is refined, pleasant, and authentic, perfect for enjoying cuisine that exudes tradition and quality. The dishes are a veritable triumph of flavors, prepared with excellent ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. Special mention goes to the delicious and irresistible crouton with lard cream, the tender and flavorful wild boar, the extraordinarily balanced Etruscan rabbit, and the Maremma-style tortelli with ragù, simply memorable. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take photos: the dishes were so inviting that we jumped right in, forgoing the idea of ​​documenting the meticulous plating. But no big deal: everything, absolutely everything, was delicious. A place I highly recommend and will definitely return to.
