Fantastic bakery and bistro! Everything is gluten-free and absolutely delicious, from sweet pastries, croissants, cream puffs, and focaccia to pancakes. At lunchtime, they also offer typical Italian dishes and hot meals.

I'm a pastry chef by profession, and even though I'm not celiac or have any intolerances, I can say that EVERYTHING was SPECTACULAR. My mom, who is celiac, came to visit me from Rome, and we had breakfast here: we've never had croissants this good, not even in many traditional pastry shops.
In the afternoon, we also returned for a snack, and the quality was confirmed. We need more places like this, maybe even in Rome: it would definitely become a go-to for both my mom and me 😁

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the place is welcoming and very spacious, and the food... if I could, I'd give it a thousand stars! I live far from Livorno, and every time I pass by, it's a must-try. I dream about their croissants at night!
It's a celiac's paradise, and hands down, one of the most honest prices.

I went to Manalù - Bistrot & Bakery Lab and was absolutely thrilled!
I was on vacation and looking for a gluten-free place... I found paradise ✨
The quality of the products is top-notch, and you can immediately sense the care taken in choosing the ingredients: everything is fresh, well-prepared, and above all, delicious.
From breakfast to lunch, from afternoon snacks to aperitifs: everything is simply delicious!
An added bonus is the owner, who is incredibly kind and helpful, making every customer feel welcomed with care and a smile.

We had lunch at this gluten-free restaurant. The sandwiches were generous and good, but the first courses were rather sparse and average. For the prices paid, I expected a more reasonable portion. The desserts were average. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The prices were moderately high. The positive aspect is that it has numerous tables inside and is a rare gluten-free, high-quality rotisserie and pastry shop.

We'll be back! A huge selection of cakes, cookies, tarts, and pastries. We had to try everything and were thrilled, even half the family who don't have celiac disease. The filled paninis were also delicious. Excellent value for money.
