05/05/2025: Ottima scoperta. Locale molto carino...piccolo...personale simpatico attento e preparato...il cibo è ottimo ho provato un primo e un crostone...tutto molto buono..ci ritornerò sicuramente...Sono intollerante al lattosio e ho trovato un'ampia scelta di cibi da ordinare...
27/04/2025: Locale piccolo ma molto suggestivo, con personale cordiale e disponibile. La ragazza che ci ha accolto ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove assaggiare il cibo tipico. Il menù non è particolarmente ampio, ma la qualità ripaga ampiamente: materie prime eccellenti e piatti complessivamente salutari.

27/04/2025: Este lugar tiene excelente presentación y de ahí su enganche para ser un lugar muy visitado. Pero de lejos lo superan otras gelaterias. El helado de Venchi es muy desabrido. No parece helado italiano que se ha vuelto una referencia a nivel mundial

06/06/2025: La mejor vista en Florencia, servicio amable y buena comida! La brisa en la azotea nos enfrió después de un día caluroso. La música se nos acercó desde la plaza de abajo. Y el filete de ternera era una generosa porción de derretimiento - en - su - delicia de la boca!
04/06/2025: Vóór ons bezoek aan Florence kregen we de tip dit warenhuis te bezoeken om er op het dakterras te gaan lunchen en te genieten van het uitzicht. De entree was niet echt geslaagd. Op de 4e etage stond een hekje en moeten we wachten op een serveerster. Die vroeg op hautaine manier wat we boven wilden doen. Lunchen. Ohhhh dan is het goed. De bediening boven was al even onvriendelijk. Toch redelijk geluncht. Salade en tafelgenoot vier kleine broodjes die goed smaakten en er mooi uitzagen. Op de 4e verdieping nog ff toilet bezocht. Vreselijk wat een vieze bende. Geen toiletpapier en alle damestoiletten als een zwijnenstal. Zo jammer.

10/05/2025: Pasticceria con ampia scelta di paste. Davvero per tutti i gusti. Personale molto cortese. Probabilmente un po’ più costosa della media ma qualità assolutamente alta.
11/03/2025: Un bombolone 2,50 € … caffè penoso …. Se ci mettiamo anche la scortesia del personale siamo a posto !!!

05/05/2025: Increíble cafetería local Increíble cafetería para una experiencia italiana local real. Gran café y pasteles. Increíbles sandwiches. Una amplia selección de vinos divinos. Experimentado también el típico apetitivo italiano a partir de 18 . 00 pm. Una necesidad si estás en Italia para absorber la cultura local. Toma un trago y algunos bocadillos locales. Los propietarios y el personal son lo más destacado del lugar. Gente genial siempre sonriente y dispuesta a ayudar. Nos dieron algunos consejos geniales. Volveré seguro.

03/05/2025: We had an amazing experience at Official Restaurant in Florence! The cocktails were absolutely fantastic—creative, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. Each drink was a little work of art, and we loved trying a few different ones throughout the evening.
A special thank you to Eric for his outstanding service—he was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on and really elevated our evening.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great cocktails and top-notch service in the heart of Florence!

12/11/2024: Dated hotel, old rooms and bathroom to be redone, far from being considered a 4 star but for the rooms it is perhaps a 2 star structure. Staff could be a little more courteous to the customer. Except for the breakfasts which are excellent.
26/10/2024: Pleasant hotel, which was once a Villa, surrounded by a very green park and with well-kept corners where you can walk. Well managed and with honest prices. Too bad it's always full of mosquitoes and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. Then the rooms, being ancient, are not soundproofed. Good breakfast served in the lemon house.
