17/10/2023: Prima volta in questo locale per mangiare la pizza. Location accogliente e gradevole. Servizio molto veloce (le pizze sono arrivate dopo soli 10 minuti ed era un sabato sera), impasto della pizza molto buono. Io ho preso la pizza fritta, credendo fosse condita a freddo mantenendo la forma rotonda spianata, invece era chiusa in un fagotto a mo' di calzone. Nonostante mi sia stato proposto di sostituire la mia ordinazione (cosa che ho apprezzato molto) ho rifiutato perché devo dire che era davvero ottima. Quindi ha vinto la sostanza sulla forma. Prezzi medio-alti come in tutti i locali dove vige lo sconto The Fork. Quindi, alla fine, conto nella media. Locale consigliato, soprattutto per il servizio e per la qualità della pizza

23/08/2024: We pointed to a picture of the food we wanted and yet the food had to be sent back and forth 3 times before they understood what we meant. Absolutely no English skills. Most boring gnocci I've had and when we had to pay they tried to overcharge so we had to complain. I cannot recommend this place in any way..

19/08/2024: Really good pizzas, light dough and quality ingredients, the only note... try to revise the prices of the really high beers a bit lower than the market compared to other pizzerias. We're not from Cracco :-)

Instead the male waiters are very kind but if I were the owner I would have thrown the girl out sorry but I don't like arrogant people if you read it you must have more kindness.

28/08/2024: Although it is a tourist trap I enjoy coming to this establishment when I go to Palermo. Prices are extreme for sure but expected considering the location. The staff behind the counters are generally friendly. It can be a nice place to get some relief from the heat and enjoy some sicilian sweet or savory treats.

25/08/2024: Beautiful location equipped with excellent quality desserts and food, as well as one of the best coffees drunk in Palermo. Very negative note is the table service, very long waits in the indifference of the staff who waste away chatting and leaving the tables dirty.

18/08/2024: We ordered the typical mixed lunch box (meat and fish). Really very tasty! The internal space is small and for this reason, with a little more attention, with some typical Japanese decorative elements, it could become a jewel!

The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. We tried the Tteokbokki, Bibimbap, Fried Chicken, and Japchae, and each dish was a delightful experience. What made our experience even better was the service. Our server was not only friendly and attentive but also took the time to guide us through how to enjoy each dish properly. His explanations added an extra layer of appreciation to our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal. Ho bento is definitely worth a visit! Thank you very much for the great food ♥️

19/08/2024: The lovely place We went to the lounge bar...located higher up than the pub of the same name on the pier UNIQUE IN THE WORLD WITHOUT A MENU: nor can you choose a drink (Ingredients included) nor can one know the price of anything the bill is communicated orally Without any details of how much this or that costs And after our disappointment They look at us as if we wanted to know too much and give us a piece of paper written in ballpoint pen The customer needs to know and it is his full right Never again....too rude
