They write "express cannoli" but then when you ask for it, they say they can only give you the ones already filled at the counter.

21/07/2026: We had unexpected guests for dinner from out of town, and unfortunately, I decided to order pizzas from this place, which I remembered as good from having dined there several times. We also ordered drinks. The delivery arrived half an hour late. The pizzas were burnt, cold, and poorly topped. The drinks never arrived. A huge disappointment and a terrible impression on our guests. Never again.

03/08/2026: On Saturday evening with the family I stopped to get 2 brioches and 2 medium cups. The place is nice, the gelano is normal, nothing exceptional, but paying 3.50 for the cup, or the same as the brioche, seems really absurd to me. I certainly won't go back and I don't recommend it.

11/07/2026: The concept is really cool: choose your type of pasta and then your topping, and wait for your food with a pager. The food was very good for the price! But the music was way too loud, and the air conditioning wasn't good enough. I think the atmosphere could easily be improved.

18/06/2026: Excellent service and top-quality seafood. We had a truly wonderful meal, with fresh, well-prepared dishes.
Special thanks to Giovanni, the man who served us: always smiling, kind, and very helpful. He recommended some truly excellent dishes, helping make our experience even more enjoyable.
We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent seafood in a welcoming atmosphere.
09/06/2026: Spaghetti carbonara with greasy bacon.
Spaghetti Bolognese with sauce that looked like it came from a jar.
The server was silent.
Most of the neighboring tables had pizza... I didn't see anyone finish theirs.
They looked very bad.
Poor value for money.
The women's restroom was very dirty for a restaurant, with a broken flush.
We will avoid this "restaurant" in the future.

06/06/2025: Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The ice cream had a strange consistency, almost watery, and the flavors were not very defined, almost tasteless. I was also not convinced by the brioche: dry, not very fragrant and it seemed not to be from the day. With all the quality ice cream shops in the area, I definitely expected more seeing the positive reviews. I don't think I'll be back.

07/08/2026: They didn't let me access the beach club (which was empty, to boot) because I was with minors, even though their website explicitly states otherwise.
The day before, they didn't answer my phone or my web browser to book.
"If we're talking about daytime access to the Solemar Club (beach club/solarium during the day) and not the evening bars or disco, the situation changes drastically.
Regarding the daytime solarium and the beach:
Minors MAY access, but only if accompanied by an adult (like a mother with her three children).
Minors MAY NOT access alone (without the presence and supervision of a responsible adult)."

03/08/2026: On Saturday, I had lunch at Solemar. Beyond the location, which is renowned for being an elegant and classy place to unwind, I found the welcome in the dining room to be truly fantastic. Alessia was present throughout the entire lunch, accommodating all my table's needs with a smile and great professionalism. I will definitely be back for lunch, because beyond a fantastic location, it's important to find courteous, professional, and attentive service like that of Alessia and her colleagues.

20/07/2026: The opening hours listed are incorrect. It says it opens at 12 noon, but we came here specifically and it was closed at 1 p.m.
07/06/2026: Unfortunately, it wasn't a great evening. We made reservations for Saturday afternoon. We arrived and ordered drinks, only to discover that despite it being a busy day, they were out of beer. They only had three types, all 33 cl. There were 18 of us. The food was pretty poor, with poor-quality pizzas and subpar ingredients. The only positive aspect was the service, but it was handled by just one person. The other waiters, besides being rude, couldn't take orders (food, drinks, or anything else) because everything had to be handled by just one person, who, despite running around, obviously couldn't handle everything properly. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be returning to this place again, first and last time.

08/01/2026: A fantastic place in Palermo! 🍕 The food is always fresh, prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients – the taste is truly impressive. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The Aperol Spritz at this pizzeria is a masterpiece 🍹 – huge, perfectly balanced, and perfect for an evening of relaxation. The atmosphere is fantastic, making you want to come back. I definitely recommend it to everyone!
04/01/2026: Overall, the food was good, but I think the prices were exorbitant, because being in the center of town doesn't justify a €4 slice of Margherita pizza or a €7 flute stuffed with prosciutto. And this with all due respect to the incredibly kind staff and the cleanliness of the place.

31/07/2026: I ate the pizza with great pleasure and enjoyment. The dough was really well-made, light and not at all heavy. Furthermore, the staff and service, along with the pizza, were 5-star: fast, friendly, and always very helpful.
I gave the ambiance 4 stars only because I found the interior a bit small, but this in no way detracts from the evening or the quality of the service.
This evening I came with the kids from the Institute for the Blind and will definitely be back in the future, very willingly, either alone or with my family, to enjoy an excellent pizza.
PS. I've attached photos of the appetizers and pizzas served, which are truly delicious and the pizza delivery service is efficient <3.
