Although it was raining during our visit, the staff seemed indifferent to the weather conditions. They didn’t offer us the option to move inside or provide umbrellas, and when I asked for something to dry off the wet chairs and table, I received strange looks instead of assistance. While the ambiance and views are undoubtedly special, the prices reflect the exclusivity of the venue. Both the food and drinks are on the expensive side, but if you’re looking to create a memorable moment with someone you love, this place could be worth the splurge. Overall, Seven Restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind experience with its panoramic views and romantic setting, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

06/07/2024: Staff are really friendly and kind. On the other hand, food was just ok. Sashimi was tasteless, and so was the cooked food we tried - sushi rolls were ok.

25/06/2024: Eine absolute Tourifaffe, das Essen war zwar gut aber der Service war eine Katastrophe. Das Personal total unfreundlich und am drängeln wenn man nicht sofort bestellt hat. Von der Aussicht bekommt man wegen dem hohen Geländer nichts mit.

17/08/2024: The takeaway rotisserie is truly exceptional. Arancini, trousers stuffed in every way. Excellent quality. It's a shame for the staff at the counter, who aren't up to par with the fantastic Sicilian people: twice out of two they appeared impatient and distracted by something else.

From sweet to savory breakfast we also move on to gastronomy such as first courses, second courses, sandwiches, etc. Good pastry shop. Possibility to enjoy everything sitting at a table. There is space inside for the pizzeria, for parties and more.

05/07/2024: I don't know why this restaurant has so many good comments. The food, especially the kebab, has a very bad taste, and when we ordered, even though we suggested that we want a kebab in bread, the waiter took our order in a different way, trying to push as much as possible towards a more expensive option, telling us something else and we ended up let's give €20 for 2 kebabs and a portion of fried potatoes. It would have been fine if the food had been good, which it wasn't, I ate a quarter of the portions and that was it. Of course we were not given a voucher. I find this attitude of extracting as much money as possible from tourists very crazy.

05/03/2024: I reserved tables for a birthday party. I put down a deposit and they offered to make a cake. When our group of 19 including children arrived our tables had two people finishing their meal at it. We could not sit down. Then when we were able to be seated we could not even order drinks. We waited to order drinks about 10-15minutes. It took at least that long to bring our drinks and at least 2 of the drinks were forgotten. This type of delay happened the whole night despite being told there would be enough staff to help us. Anytime someone requested anything it took at least 15 minutes to arrive even a bottle of water. They did bring out some bread when they realized the pizzas were taking long which was nice. Once the pizza arrived it tasted good. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious, I would give that 5 stars. I expected better service as this place has really good reviews and I put down a deposit and arranged for the night ahead of time. It was not an unexpected amount of people. When the bill arrived almost the whole deposit went toward the cake. This was not expected at all. Our total bill was over $300.

24/06/2024: I think the owner has the wrong job. If it were up to the staff I could say that the service is excellent because they are very polite and nice people. But considering that she takes the orders herself with a very poor memory, adding or removing ingredients as she pleases, I can only rate it with a 2. The jewel in the crown were the two pizzas with a very salty topping (sauce). that we politely said that we couldn't eat them by taking a white pizza and she saw fit to make us pay for them all... congratulations, we'll never see each other again.
