24/12/2025: Looooove their food it’s so delicious and in such a creative way! It’s a small little food lab but what they create is amazing. Everyone is friendly and the owners Marina and Francesca were so kind and helpful with all my questions and gave me ideas and suggestions for alternatives to a menu they created for my twins bday. PS. Make sure to place your orders ahead of time for special occasions as we did and would have regretted missing out, for st. Lucia and their special arancine they were the best my family and friends ever had!!

23/06/2025: Consigliato da un amico abbiamo provato questo ristorante per il pranzo! Gentilezza e cordialità sono il biglietto da visita! Attenzione ai dettagli e un menu davvero invitante. Antipasti buonissimi. Tartare deliziose e una frittura leggera e molto ben assortita! le bussiate con il pesto alla trapanese eccezionali. Ma la cosa che ci ha fatto perdere proprio la testa…. Il dessert “dolce e salato” da provare assolutamente anche se si è completamente sazi…

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

13/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale insieme ad amici, gestori gentilissimi, posto tranquillo, per quanto riguarda il pranzo ci spettavano di più soprattutto per la carne, niente di speciale antipasto buono con prodotti buoni.

01/07/2025: La casa rurale gestita con amore genuinità e passione dai fratelli Giulia e Mario è un incanto, sospeso tra l'immensa bellezza del Parco Regionale delle Madonie. Dal casale la vista si staglia sulla poetica Pollina, anche chiamata Borgo dell'Amore, e da lontano s'intravedono alcune delle isole Eolie immerse nel mare. Qui il silenzio regna sovrano, interrotto solo dai grilli, dagli uccellini, dai galli e dagli spiriti dei boschi. L'accoglienza è calda e autentica. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e sicuramente torneremo. Le stanze sono pulitissime e curate. La mia preferita è la stanza 1 con il balconcino sul borgo. La struttura ha anche una piscina che io e il mio compagno ci siamo goduti in solitaria all'alba e al tramonto. La cucina del casale è buonissima, declinata su ingredienti freschi e semplici che danno vita a piatti gustosi che ti rendono felice. Mario è un instancabile lettore e condivide, tra un piatto e l'altro, chicche di filosofica saggezza. E' stato un vero piacere e una bellissima scoperta soggiornare da voi e sono sicura che torneremo in autunno per ritrovare la pace e la grande bellezza che questo luogo fuori dalle mappe e queste persone umane e gentili sanno trasmettere. 15/09/2025: Excellent place for an aperitivo in the city center, near Via Libertà. We ordered pizza platters with a selection of cured meats and cheeses for four, and then a platter of cured meats and cheeses for one. The cocktails were good, and the platters were generous and filling. The pizza was good and tasty. We also decided to order dessert, but it wasn't entirely convincing. Nonetheless, we highly recommend this place and will return. We also liked the atmosphere and the service. UPDATE: Satisfied with the aperitivo last time, we decided to return with other friends a few weeks later. Unfortunately, this time we weren't happy. First, the slow service. Second, we ordered the aperitivo option with six simple platters and had specifically asked to bring one for each of us, not to share, because one of us didn't eat several items on the platter, and so we had to modify it by removing some and adding others. Instead, they decided to bring platters for two people to share, and obviously the person who shared it with the friend who couldn't eat certain foods wasn't able to try the charcuterie and cheeses on the original platter because they weren't included, which he would have liked to try. Furthermore, the platters arrived much, much later than the cocktails, and we had to wait even longer because the pizza bread that usually accompanies these platters hadn't been brought with them. The quality of the charcuterie this time was disappointing. Finally, it's worth considering that in addition to the cost of the aperitif, there's an additional €2 per person for the cover charge.

03/05/2025: Attratti dalla promozione apericena pizza 17 euro con antipasto e bibita, io e la mia compagna ci sediamo al tavolo. Ci viene detto che la promozione prevede 1 antipasto ed una pizza margherita con bibita e ci invitano a prenderne 2 per avere una pizza a testa. Morale della favola per 2 pizze margherita, 2 antipasti di salumi e 2 birre paghiamo un conto di 74 euro. Chiesta spiegazione alla proprietaria in maniera arrogante e stizzita ci viene detto che funziona così e che dobbiamo pagare il conto. Non viene accettato nessun contraddittorio. Presi in giro come i pochi turisti presenti al locale, abbiamo consumato prodotti di media-bassa qualità a costi elevatissimi. Sconsigliatissimo! Solo per turisti!!!

01/06/2025: Atmosfera da catena tipo fast food ma comunque tutto molto buono, negli ultimi anni sono stata due volte e la qualità è media ma qualità prezzo molto buono. L’ultima volta avevo mangiato i gamberi in pasta kataifi, questa volta rascatura e crocchette. Niente male per uno snackino al volo
