14/02/2025: Peccato perché fino a 2 anni fa si mangiava benissimo, adesso a mala pena si riesce a prendere un aperitivo. Cena di agosto 2 piatti rimandati indietro , personale imbarazzato ma purtroppo senza colpa per loro ( calamari fritti arrivati con 50 minuti di ritardo e zuppiera d'olio, spaghetti alle vongole senza sapore ) . Domenica scorsa 45 minuti aspettando per un aperitivo , finito per andare via . Ripeto prima era un ristorante molto valido ma col passare del tempo sempre peggio .

20/02/2025: The food was really tasty. We can't say much negative about the flavors, but the portions were far too small. We had a starter, main course and dessert. I can understand that in a more refined restaurant the portions are smaller, but a main course that only consists of a small piece of meat and half a piece of chicory is simply not enough. If you, as a restaurant, give people the option to order a la carte, you as a restaurant must ensure that your portions are large enough. If you, as a passerby, just think: "I want to eat here" and you only order a main course with the idea of ​​having a full meal, then you have come to the wrong place. The restaurant would be better off offering some set menus without an a la carte choice. This way, as a customer, you always have enough to eat and you will not be faced with any unpleasant surprises. The service was good. The woman who served us did her best to explain everything to us in English. That was very sweet. The wine she recommended was really tasty and paired well with the dishes. The restaurant offers many local dishes, which is certainly an asset.

08/02/2025: Restaurant with Sardinian cuisine located near the center of Cagliari. As soon as we arrived we were served a non-alcoholic welcome drink inside a ceramic mask, accompanied by a particular finger food. We continued with three appetizers: turnip terrine and raw ham, snails and purpuzza, casizolu from Montiferru. As first courses, we ordered two filindeu and two gravellus (both typical Sardinian pastas). For main courses, we ordered two priest's hats to share. The meal concluded with five desserts, including one (seadas) in the center. During the meal we sipped a bottle of rosé and drank some water. The bill came to €243.50. The service during dinner was good, the food is undoubtedly of high quality, but the price is excessive compared to the quality of the place. I found the choice to charge for the "extra" basket of bread in bad taste. Furthermore, you may feel uncomfortable because, during dinner, there were several prying glances from passers-by. The dish that I liked most and which positively surprised me was the turnip and raw ham terrine, filindeu and seadas should also be mentioned. The latter is very close to the flavor of the seadas I ate as a child, with the acidic cheese difficult to find in Cagliari. The place is worth a try to taste su filindeu and gravellus, two typical and little-known pastas. It is also possible to purchase the package on filindeu to be able to cook it at home.

26/03/2025: Sono una cliente abituale perché mi trovo bene con il servizio,l'ambiente ed il cibo che offrite. Ultimamente però ho notato che ogni volta che vado alla cassa il prezzo cambia nonostante prenda spesso le stesse cose. Per questo motivo, stavolta scrivo una recensione perché spero che le cose possano cambiare. Vorrei esortare lo staff a specificare esattamente i prezzi di alcune variazioni menù. Nello specifico, quando si prende il brunch tray, se al posto del succo si vuole la spremuta di arancia, ho sempre pagato 2 euro di supplemento. Ieri invece mi sono state aggiunte due spremute come se le avessi prese a parte oltre il brunch tray. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi hanno detto alla cassa che stavate cercando ancora di capire come caricare la variante al cliente. Si, ma intanto ho pagato 19 euro per un brunch tray. Mi sembra poco logico e onesto. Perché allora sarei dovuta andare via con due succhi take away non consumati. Un altro giorno è stato caricato un doppio espresso in più al brunch tray come se avessimo preso due bevande calde. Grazie e spero ci sia più chiarezza in futuro.

05/03/2025: Here at Ginepro you can find appetizers, first and second courses of land and sea typical of the Sardinian territory! We ate very well for several days, on a business trip! The staff is very kind and attentive to customers.. we will be back to try the pizza too!!!!

23/02/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday, booked in advance, All you can eat formula, I usually only order takeaway from them and today I finally went. What can I say, obviously some dishes are dedicated to dinner and that's okay, I've read many comments where it was written that they were slow, dirty etc. Trust me, they are not slow at all, super fast, delicious and quality dishes. Very busy place and friendly staff. 5 stars awarded :) see you next time and most likely it will be for dinner :)

01/02/2025: Two of us arrived around 1pm. Inside there was only one table occupied, but we couldn't sit because the others were "all booked"! We sit outside, but, despite the covers, it was very windy which among other things made leaves fall on the table. After a while a waitress told us that her colleague would arrive immediately to order. Instead, after another few minutes, she went to another table where two people had sat after us. These, perhaps regular customers, complaining about the wind, asked for a table inside: satisfied!! We immediately got up and left. Compliments!! 3 stars for the food only on trust

24/12/2024: Good pizza. The hand is certainly there. But €2.50 cover charge for a plasticized placemat, with paper handkerchiefs, dilapidated room, dirty curtains with stains, obscene bathroom without paper or soap. Just madness.

Dear Innkeeper, perhaps a little humility and less touchiness would do justice to the place you manage. It's a shame to see so much repressed anger.

14/01/2025: I didn't stay here. I limit myself to giving an opinion like the nice Gianmario who didn't hold back on TV. I would never want to stay with a person who preaches well but scratches very badly, before shoveling shit on others, we should understand what we have in the yard. And I'm not talking about the cute animals he has in the garden. Comment from the sofa watching television, yes. On the other hand, when you put yourself out there on TV and only give negative opinions towards others, you can also expect to be reciprocated with the same coin. And after thirty years of coming to Sardinia, I can assure you that such very strategic behavior would be very annoying even to a Sardinian. Greetings.

15/03/2025: I ordered a deliveroo, and I do not for the first time. I called just to be sure to kindly ask them to put some wasabi and soy sauce on me. on the phone I was answered by a not very nice girl who spoke to me in an angry and stressed way, without respect, without saying hello and saying that it's the restaurant so at first I thought I had the wrong number. my request wasn't strange or difficult to talk to me like this it was a bad experience, but the sushi is really good!

03/03/2025: My boyfriend and I went for dinner this Saturday (March 1st) and I assure you we will NEVER go back. The waiters are the only positive thing, quick and courteous, but that's not enough to save a place where the food is terrifying. Just over 50 euros wasted on grilled ravioli that tasted like dog food, octopus meatballs that tasted like nothing but soggy bread and the salmon looked more like the goldfish from the aquarium at the entrance to the restaurant, decidedly terrible. I strongly advise you against coming to eat here, there are many alternatives a thousand times better than this place, even simply due to the small amount of choice of dishes compared to other places.
