06/03/2025: Yet another failed attempt. Always late delivery, the girl who answers leaves you waiting on the phone while she does something else and then the wrong pizzas always arrive. We ordered the pizzas which arrived 20 minutes late, acceptable, except that one of the two pizzas was inedible. Submerged in oil (some broccoli apparently because they are not fresh but it is not indicated, never seen this thing), and with RAW sausage. The other pizza was covered in onions, with a few pieces of totally tasteless tuna (pizza costing 8 euros), also full of oil. We were responded to in a rude manner, as always, even though we had pointed out that even in previous orders there were always problems (late orders and pizza trays with ingredients mixed together). They at least had the decency to make us another pizza (pizza with fries, without salt) and bring it to us as that sausage and broccoli was not really edible. Furthermore, they have very high prices for the quality of the final product and ingredients. Last time we order here! I strongly advise against it.

18/01/2025: Ordered on Just Eat with delivery expected between 9pm and 9.20pm. The order was incorrectly delivered at 9.20pm. I call the place after about 15 minutes and they tell me it's the app's fault. Thank you and be patient. They tell me that the order has left but in fact it arrives another 20 minutes later. In total: delivery is 40 minutes late There was a piece of shrimp in the middle of the pizza ham A regularly paid can of tea was missing. I would say badly, definitely.

04/01/2025: Worst place ever! ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE experience on the night of December 31st, advice: GO STRAIGHT! Here is a summary of the evening, which ended with the police and an empty stomach: - booked in advance with a deposit (105 euros for New Year's Eve dinner with the "Murder Dinner" show). - we surprisingly find the tables OUTSIDE, in the square without any warning of the possibility of having to eat outside in the middle of winter. Totally inadequate coverage, two umbrellas and two heaters for more than 50 people and canes as if we were inside the nativity scene enclosure (already imagine the cold and discomfort here). - Tables and workstations (dis)organized in bulk at the moment. On my table the DIRTY TABLECLOTH was not changed upon request but they only added a terrible disposable runner telling us "it's the only thing we have left". - PAPER PLATES (in a restaurant on New Year's Eve you certainly don't expect to look like a Caritas or a fast food restaurant) - Terrible FOOD! COLD, probably all already ready (thawed and thrown on plates as if they were leftovers), it was INEDIBLE! -MISER PORTIONS! (two culurgiones and two octopus each, for example) The dishes that arrived were WITHOUT CUTLERY (everyone had to use their own fork to take the food) and would barely have been enough for one person. We had to DIVIDE THEM into 4/5 people! (I attach photo). Even the slices of bread were cut so thin that they looked like wafers. - BAD SERVICE! We were waiting for the arrival of the courses for a very long time, so much so that at midnight we were having the second course and they brought us the bubbles. (Dinner ended like this!) -DINNER HALFWAY! The menu included various sorbets among the courses (never seen), the seafood second course has never been served as well as the desserts and the cotechino with lentils! -RUDE STAFF, they treated everyone with an air of mockery throughout the evening. Asking for bread and wine they answered "yes yes" but nothing arrived. After several complaints they told us in an annoyed tone that we had already drunk the required bottles (never warned either before or during dinner of a bottle limit per table). They tell us that the wine drunk up to the moment (and included in the dinner menu) was finished. To complaints about the general treatment and their behavior, other bottles of the same wine miraculously appeared. - We were left with an EMPTY STOMACH, we were FROZEN despite our coats and scarves (luckily it wasn't raining) and the show didn't go well given the situation and the general environment. - A HAIR WAS FOUND in the piglet. I could go on forever with all the contradictions, the behavior of the staff and the details of the absurd evening, the insults and threatening behaviour. After midnight and the bubbles passed, all of us who ate out decided to leave. Given the "no dinner" no one had the intention of paying the entire fee, given that initially the owner herself had announced that she would definitely give a discount. It's a shame that the other owner got angry, almost coming to blows! The police were called and the evening ended with hours of waiting to reach a compromise of just 20 euros discount! It's a shame that they made their money behind the backs of everyone present, while we WASTED THE EVENING, THE MONEY and even had to GO HOME TO EAT. They made fun of everyone! Clearly taking far more reservations than they could ever have (maybe more than double) So much so that there wasn't enough food! I would have one piece of advice: CHANGE JOBS and learn that IF YOU WANT TO EARN YOU HAVE TO WORK, don't make fun of people!

28/12/2024: Dopo aver letto all’ingresso il menù decidiamo di sederci. Nessuno ci accoglie all’ingresso. Dopo aver atteso per il tavolo ci garantiscono la presenza del piatto scelto. Una volta sedute attendiamo 30 minuti, senza che nessuno si avvicini a prendere l’ordine. La cameriera ci comunica che il piatto da noi tanto atteso è terminato. Quindi data l’ora ormai non più di pranzo, ordiniamo 2 spritz e un piatto di patatine fritte. Neanche a dirlo, dopo altri 20 minuti ci arrivano 2 bicchieri con una bevanda simil Aperol spritz. Morale dell’incubo 22,50€ per 2 spritz e delle patatine. Almeno la vista era bella ma quello non dipendeva da loro! Mai più

16/09/2024: Cibo nella media. Tempi di attesa assurdi… abbiamo ricevuto l’antipasto ( un semplice polpo e patate che probabilmente sono andati a pescare visti i tempi ) dopo più di 1 ora l di attesa, sollecitato al cameriere più volte che ha avuto varie giustificazioni del tipo: scusate ma tutti i clienti sono arrivati nello stesso momento. Sarebbe stata gradita chiarezza sui tempi ancora prima di offrirci il tavolo…. Oppure, le comande vanno in ordine cronologico e intanto… chi è arrivato dopo è stato servito prima di noi! L’antipasto ordinato era per 5, sono arrivati 2 piattini scarsi che ci siamo tristemente divisi ma… ancora più assurdo è stato il conto, 60€ di antipasto per 2 piattini di polpo e patate. Abbiamo fatto notare l’errore che è stato corretto e giustificato con poco stupore ( forse mentre facevano pagare erano del tutto consapevoli della truffa) da un incomprensione tra la comanda e ciò che è stato davvero portato ( perché a quanto pare era finito, poca trasparenza ancora una volta.) È sicuramente necessaria più attenzione sul servizio e i tempi di preparazione, io di certo non tornerò più.

06/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per la cena di Capodanno dove ci sarebbe dovuto essere anche uno pseudo spettacolo "cena con delitto". Appena arrivati alle 20 apprendiamo che saremo stati all aperto in una struttura fatta di canne a cielo aperto con due stufe a riscaldare più di 50 persone,abbiamo capito subito che la situazione non era delle migliori e che avremo mangiato al freddo e al gelo. Proviamo a cercare delle soluzioni ma capiamo subito che non ci sono,così affranti ci sediamo sperando che almeno con l'inizio della cena la serata migliori. Appena ci sediamo iniziamo a vedere scene da film comico ,dove ti chiedi se sei su scherzi a parte. Camerieri improvvisati che alle 22 passano sopra le teste degli ospiti con tavolate da fare per clienti che sono ancora fuori ad aspettare di sedersi. La situazione peggiora con l arrivo del cibo, porzioni misere pietanze fredde servite su piatti di carta,personale maleducato per non parlare dei proprietari. A mezzanotte non è arrivato il secondo le lenticchie il sorbetto e i dolci. Quando è arrivato il momento del pagamento il gruppo di 50 persone ha fatto presente che avremo avuto diritto a un piccolo sconto visto il servizio scarso e il fatto che il menù non fosse arrivato tutto. Che dire proprietari maleducati e non propensi al dialogo,pronti ad arrivare alle mani con un ragazzo che molto civilmente esprimeva un opinione. Morale della favola capodanno rovinato,e 39.5di febbre i giorni successivi per il freddo preso. Direi mai più e spero che questa recensione serva per evitare a altre persone di imbattersi in persone poco trasparenti che mettono il soldo al primo posto.

03/01/2025: Mi sono recata in questo ristorante per la notte di Capodanno, era previsto sia il cenone che uno spettacolo con attori professionisti denominato “cena con delitto”. Il delitto è stato commesso nei confronti dei commensali però. Innanzitutto al momento della prenotazione non ci è stato detto che saremmo stati all’aperto ma solo successivamente ci hanno comunicato che il nostro tavolo sarebbe stato all’esterno ma che sarebbe stato coperto e ben riscaldato: ovviamente tutto ciò era una menzogna. Una volta arrivati abbiamo constatato che saremmo stati “al freddo e al gelo” con sole due stufe a fungo a riscaldarci. Oltre alla location che faceva desiderare e ai piatti di carta che forse erano la cosa meno triste della serata (anche se la scelta in occasione del Capodanno era alquanto discutibile) il cibo era decente, gli antipasti erano buoni ma le trofie con il sugo dolce e i culurgiones DA BRIVIDO in quanto ghiacciati erano immangiabili. Il maialetto erano buono ma non posso giudicare altro considerando che a mezzanotte siamo arrivati al primo secondo e il resto non ci è stato servito. Il cuoco e alcuni camerieri dovrebbero imparare a comportarsi e a capire quando stare in silenzio se si è nel torto più totale vista la situazione disagiata. Gli attori che avrebbero dovuto animare la serata erano incompetenti e sembrava più una recita scolastica. Il tutto si è concluso con il titolare che una volta ricevute le critiche da parte di tutti i clienti non ha saputo accettare di aver sbagliato e chiedere scusa proponendo uno sconto sulla parte mancante della somma (avendo già versato la caparra) , lo sconto c’è stato ma solo perché noi abbiamo insistito lamentandoci e il proprietario ha avuto anche il coraggio di chiamare la polizia. Insomma se volete passare una serata diversa e sperare che da un momento all’altro sbuchino le telecamere di scherzi a parte andateci, altrimenti vi consiglio vivamente di starvene a casa vostra.
