10/03/2025: For over 15 years this pizzeria has been my fixed stop in the summer. The location is simply wonderful, right in front of the San Bartolomeo fountain: a perfect corner to meet up in company. The location is also ideal for those who travel by bike, and with a little organization, the places seem endless: we managed to have "pizza parties" with over 50 people several times without problems! Pizza? One of the best you can eat in Cagliari. Three types of dough, higher quality than many gourmet pizzas so celebrated in the city, but with absolutely normal prices. You eat on plastic tables and chairs, pizza served "slices", no service charge or cover charge. On average, with 10 euros you eat and drink great. The staff is super friendly: Giorgio and his family are now great friends, always available and welcoming. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for good pizza, simplicity and a convivial atmosphere.

04/03/2025: Pizza ben cotta, non bruciata, servizio veloce, personale gentile. All'esterno della pizzeria ci sono dei tavolini e la possibilità dunque di consumare sul pozto. Super consigliata

The tuna was really good though... ...but... ...after booking in advance we were seated at a breakfast table... ...salad to be dressed with single-portion oil, single-portion salt, single-portion pepper, etc. etc.... ...and then I wonder why it's so difficult to show off a few smiles... In short, a lot of doubts... ...you see, maybe here they are stronger in the breakfasts?!?

15/02/2025: I had dinner in this restaurant during a short holiday in Cagliari. The restaurant is small and intimate, and is located inside an ancient building. The dishes are fresh and respect the Sardinian tradition. The polite kindness of the manager really put us at ease. Excellent quality/price ratio and not negligible, given the centrality of the area. Recommended for those who want to eat traditional Sardinian dishes.

02/02/2025: At the foot of the bastion in Cagliari we found this small but welcoming place where we rediscovered the pleasure of immersing ourselves in a private environment where we can enjoy dishes as if we were at home. We really appreciated that. The menu is very genuine without following current trends. We had the opportunity to taste the stuffed culirgiones, the chicken Cacciatora accompanied by Schiscionera potatoes, polenta and pappardelle with ragù... all cooked perfectly. The service is prompt and courteous to its guests. A tavern where you can rediscover the tastes of the past while sitting together at the table. We recommend it and will definitely return.

14/03/2025: Unfriendly and rude service We went to this pizzeria and ordered four pizzas. While we were choosing the drinks, we didn't immediately realize that we hadn't paid for them yet. As soon as the staff realized this, instead of pointing it out politely, they started getting exaggeratedly angry, with a rude and disrespectful attitude. We understand the mistake, but a minimum of courtesy and professionalism wouldn't hurt. The pizzas were good, but the treatment received ruined the experience.

24/11/2024: As a bar it is well stocked: it has normal, lactose-free and soy milk. It has different types of pasta, including vegan ones. Prices are well within the norm. The place is clean and well kept. You can also have meals at affordable prices, but I haven't experimented. The bathrooms are clean and well kept

04/03/2025: Best place to eat in Cagliari! Not "fancy", not elagant but very true, making with passion and delicious! We recommend Somocha di Carne, Fried Rice, Tehari, Polo con Patate, Sobji Roll. Everything is very fresh and aromatic. And soooo nice Owner!

23/03/2025: After being delayed for a few minutes due to the blocked road, I was told in a very rude way, over the phone, that they would put me on a waiting list, leaving me without a table for lunch for an important occasion.

23/03/2025: We went there for lunch and even though it was Sunday, it was packed with people...after a short wait they found us a table for 4. Perfect service. Very kind and smiling waiters Very welcoming place. We ate really well! I recommend it!

09/02/2025: È la seconda volta che vado a pranzo al Frutteto, ricordando una prima volta positiva. Che dire, totale inversione di rotta. Gli antipasti compresi nel menù da 35 euro, veramente scarni. I malloreddos con il sugo di salsiccia (che consistevano nel piatto del giorno), erano colla, completamente scotti anche per chi la pasta non la ama al dente...di salsiccia nemmeno l'ombra. Il maialetto arrosto, buono come sapore, ma arrivato al tavolo freddo. Il pinzimonio di verdure consisteva in una ciotolina di pomodorini con due foglie di insalata belga e, come dimenticati, qualche ravanello. Buona la seada (non autoprodotta). Il servizio solerte, fin troppo. Troppo veloce il susseguirsi delle portate. Mi è dispiaciuto, il ricordo che ne avevo era molto diverso.
