07/03/2026: An urban restaurant with excellent taste, meticulous attention to detail, and a well-defined identity. The menu cover is also immediately striking: incredibly beautiful, illustrated by a renowned Cagliari artist, it adds a creative and distinctive touch to the experience. Overall, the experience was positive, and the quality of the dishes is certainly high. We probably appreciated even more the wine pairing suggested by the sommelier, which, however, was not included in the tasting menu. The first course was a real surprise: a celery and bottarga salad, a sensational start, totally unexpected. The second and third courses also had their own merits and were very enjoyable. The first course, an artichoke risotto, was decidedly good. What slightly upset the overall balance was the fifth course, which was changed without our knowledge: we were served spaghetti cooked in tomato water, which was decidedly too acidic. Overall, the tasting already leaned heavily toward bitter notes, and this dish further accentuated that tendency. We're nearing the end with the sixth course, which was also changed from the menu without warning, but was still delicious. The tasting concludes with a candied lemon sorbet on a sage base, also quite acidic. Overall, it was a very complex and interesting tasting, but perhaps some of the flavor balance could be reworked, or it would be preferable to maintain the menu's original structure without any unannounced changes. We'll definitely be back to try other options, like the "share" menu.

04/02/2026: A decidedly positive experience. The dishes were all excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and well-balanced portions. The service was top-notch, attentive, and professional, helping make the evening particularly enjoyable. The refined and elegant setting completed an experience worth repeating. Recommended. Our order included a glass of aperitif, a mix of four shared appetizers, a shared first course, a shared second course, a dessert, coffee, and a digestif. All accompanied by an excellent wine. The bill was also fair and in line with the quality offered.

16/01/2026: Delicious Capricciosa pizza and excellent pasta. The interior design is interesting and stylish, and the service is professional and attentive. A great place for Italian food — highly recommended!

09/12/2025: Be careful, because you're not entering a pizzeria in Cagliari... You're entering a temple of cuisine, the place where flavor is created! So don't you dare ask for mushrooms on a "Sarda" pizza because "no, the pizzas here aren't altered." God forbid that four mushrooms be paired with sausage and casizolu, what a gross affront to the chef! And if at the cashier you're asked the classic "everything's fine," limit yourself to a "yes, thank you," because sincere feedback isn't appreciated; in fact, they might even tell you they'll give you a discount and then enter the undiscounted total at the POS. Oh well, maybe he was right, because I won't even say I wouldn't go back, even for free. The second star is for the place, which is truly beautiful.

11/11/2025: I happened to visit this place because it was next to my accommodation, and the owner was so, so kind!! The croissant was really delicious and full of cream👍🏻👍🏻 I wish there was a cafe like this near my houseㅠㅠ It was a cafe that I fell in love with so much that I was sad to leave. Everyone, you should definitely visit~~!

The selection of dishes and pizzas is inviting and beautifully presented. Excellent value. Wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. Wide selection of drinks. Friendly staff and fast service. Spotlessly clean restrooms! If you're passing through Sestu, don't hesitate to stop by this place!

16/03/2026: I went to this little place for lunch. It was a super positive experience. I'm vegan and I managed to find so many things on the menu! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo, but I did get a portion of rice with carrots and peas, and some truly delicious spicy chickpeas. Highly recommended.

10/01/2026: Absolute best pizza I have ever had and I eat pizza a lot 😛 I had the Brebey and my Partner had the Nuove Sa Meri. He liked it so much that he ordered another Pizza Margharita, which was the best I ever tasted. The Service is also incredibly sweet and what I personally celebrate most is the fact that the Locanda is owned and run by women only! Absolutely amazing! It is located in a very small street and has a very unrecognizable outside. We sat outside at the only table right in the doorway which was very cosy. Inside it is quite noisy so remember to bring your earplugs if you Are sensitive to noise, my fellow neurospicys <3

27/10/2025: Absolutely amazing! The food at Cucina di Mariam was full of flavor and love — truly a taste of Senegal in the heart of Cagliari. There were delicious vegetarian options, beautifully presented, and everything tasted so fresh. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, explaining each dish with such warmth that it made the whole experience even more special. We left with happy hearts and full bellies — can’t wait to come back!

07/03/2026: Neighborhood bar, close to several popular spots in the city. I don't know what it was like years ago, but as of March 7, 2026, the experience is disappointing. First, and most important, factor: the food. Savoury: I can't fully judge it, since I only bought a "leavened" pizza (I'm quoting their name), but I'm not sure what was leavened (to be honest, I can't joke about "the price," since, all things considered, it wasn't very expensive). Dessert: What can I say? It was definitely fried without regard for the oil temperature (so it absorbed a lot of oil and released it during the tasting). The cream cannoli was like any industrial pastry. The white chocolate shell was good (it's a shame it wasn't very filling). Lactose-free cappuccino: I have to say, good but unpretentious. Staff: The waiter who served us was super friendly, kind, and helpful! Atmosphere: We sat at the outdoor tables, which aren't particularly well-kept, but I'm giving this a 4-star rating because I don't mind the inside; it seems like a nice gathering place for local friends and family.

01/03/2026: We were today in Burcei in this farmhouse, I'm sorry to write the review but it is necessary to do it, the welcome was not the best, we arrived at the structure, we enter around 13:00 welcomed with a good morning they make us wait 15 minutes to assign us the table, I ask again which is my table after the wait and they tell me to wait again, well on the table not even the bread, there were some good olives and a bottle of wine, so we wait those 10/15 minutes the bread and water arrive and during the wait of another 15 minutes the appetizers arrive one by one quite quickly in serving them but we start from the appetizer land two slices of raw ham per person 3 slices of sausage definitely not artisanal and two small triangles of cheese then arrive the pig's trotter in good sauce but maybe two small pieces then arrives the ricotta two small morsels per person and then arrive some tarts two small squares maybe half of a thumb per person with potatoes and ham (shoulder) three meatballs per person in reduction of Acceptable cannonau, fried carrot or courgette meatballs if I'm not mistaken, unfortunately you can tell the oil is there, in slang in the kitchen we use it back! So to throw away.... the snails arrive, we ask for seconds since always a fairly paltry portion considering the 48 euros per person that we spent but really good! The first courses arrive after almost 1 hour, good fregola and ravioli, after another hour the suckling pig and goat arrive, unfortunately the goat escaped since on the plate 2 pieces of bones with little meat, we decide to take everything and take it away it was 4pm as soon as they brought us the second course! The vegetables on the menu were still not brought to us so a made-up menu! Fried ricotta desserts, I go to the cashier and pay, they ask me about my experience, I mention something and then withdraw and say okay, so much is no point in paying, you have to pay! Unfortunately, as a Sardinian, I expect something else from a farmhouse. There were various options on the menu that we were not allowed to decide on. This is our experience. For the 100 euros spent, there are definitely better options available at a lower price! The waiter who served us was very friendly. Not recommended. PS: The location was beautiful.

A perfect choice... stunning location, breathtaking scenery, food beyond our expectations, from the appetizers to the excellent coffee... everything was truly excellent! A special mention goes to the snails with spicy sauce... a dive into childhood memories... a delight! Fast, attentive, and attentive service... Infinite thanks to Letizia...
