09/06/2026: I was very surprised!! I was looking for Italian food and of all the ones I tried, Impasto was the best!!

29/04/2026: I visited this restaurant for dinner in February 2026. The dishes were quite visually appealing, perhaps designed more for social media than for taste. The flavors were disappointing, and the quality didn't seem up to par: the bread seemed day-old, and the pitted olives resembled jarred ones, which is unacceptable in Sardinia. I especially don't recommend the cheese board, which tastes nauseating. The menu offers mostly plant-based versions of typically omnivorous dishes, with little research or innovation: more than reinterpretations, they seemed like poor copies. The prices were unreasonable, perhaps aimed at tourists, and certainly not justified by the quality. As a vegan, and having tried excellent plant-based restaurants, I know there's much more to be done: here, there's a lot of form, little substance.

22/04/2026: A true vegan restaurant in Cagliari's historic center. Wide selection and outdoor seating in a pedestrian area. Worth a visit for those who love healthy and ethical food. Clean and with an open kitchen. Fair prices.

29/03/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment I received. During my visit to this establishment, the waiter accidentally spilled coffee on me. Accidents happen, of course, but the post-damage handling was embarrassing, to say the least. He didn't even bother to offer me stain remover to limit the damage to my clothes; I had to explicitly ask for it while trying to save my pants and sweater. As if that weren't enough, the height of rudeness came when it came to the bill: despite the inconvenience caused by their negligence and the inconvenience caused, I was charged for the coffee properly. A place is judged above all by how it corrects its mistakes. They don't even know what courtesy is here. Highly discouraged; I will never return. Today, Sunday, March 29, 2026, approximately 4:00 PM

16/03/2026: Customer service is really, really low. They don't even look at people entering or waiting at the counter.

06/05/2026: The food—salad and fried dumplings with vegetables—was delicious, but I had to wait almost 40 minutes for them. They mixed up the water—I asked for sparkling water, but they brought plain water. As for the atmosphere, it's a simple cafe, nothing special. If the other dishes are just as delicious, you could come back again and again.

01/05/2026: Excited, I finally understood what it feels like to eat delicious food. Every course was a wonderful discovery. We left happy, and it will be our favorite restaurant.

29/04/2026: Among the best gelato we've had in Italy. Excellent quality, handcrafted product. Very friendly service. Several visits were necessary due to the wide variety of flavors. A must-try.

12/04/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance while strolling through Via Dante. A great find! Try the many different flavors!

06/06/2026: We went for lunch today. Everything was incredibly delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and cheerful. I would return to Cagliari just to eat there again, it's definitely worth it. Keep it up, you guys are amazing!!!

04/06/2026: Was very much looking forward to Indian Food but the rice was not fresh. The naan was great and the mixed veg was very plain couldn’t taste individual spices like Coriander powder or cumin or turmeric. It just tasted of curry powder which was a bit disappointing. It can easily become much better quality. not sure if they just had a different chef tonight but sadly not happy with our meal.

10/05/2026: A huge disappointment! We booked a table for the second sitting (at 10 pm) and still had to wait at least 20-30 minutes. One of the few pizzerias that literally offers the option of eating ONLY PIZZA, and you can only choose from those on the menu, and you can't make any changes or additions! No appetizers or fried foods available, no buffalo mozzarella available, no Coca-Cola 0 available, several pizzas sold out, and guess what, spicy oil or chili pepper? Of course, there wasn't any! On the other hand, the pizza was good, but these days, making such a restrictive choice for your business, besides being rather risky, makes the whole thing unsuitable for any customer with any special needs. Prices are quite high!

18/05/2026: We stopped by this little, very simple pizza place for a quick snack and were honestly so pleasantly surprised. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though pizza wasn’t available yet at that time, he happily recommended other dishes instead. We ended up having this amazing dough pastry filled with tomato and cheese which was super delicious and really filling. And the tiramisu was absolutely incredible! Definitely a hidden gem with great hospitality and tasty food. Would happily come back again.

10/06/2026: Super good!!!!! When we think of sandwiches we think that they are all the same... but that's not the case!!!! Try it and believe it!!! Lightly spicy, fragrant and tasty!!! Served by always smiling, kind and super friendly staff!!! Tamy and Carli the best!!!

06/06/2026: They live up to their reputation. Old-fashioned sandwiches, nothing like the current trend of gourmet burger buns. Order the Classic or Complete sandwich: their mix of ingredients is unique and fabulous.

If you haven't already, add Su Spuntinu to your list of places to visit in Cagliari, you can't miss it. Fresh top quality products at an excellent price. Zio Lino and his team are incredible. For me, it's the best place to eat in Cagliari 💯 Pictured are the "Rombo di tuono" and deep-fried culurgiones. Every bite is pure bliss ❤️
