I had dinner at this place, which I hadn't heard of. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was simple, but high-quality and authentic. The meat was amazing. The horse meat in tomato sauce deserves top spot! The peppered mussels were delicious! The staff was kind and courteous. A must-visit if you're in the area.

Easily accessible by car, with onsite parking, it's nestled among green trees in a quiet location. Excellent cuisine, helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Order à la carte from a menu available on sheets of paper, indicating the type of dish and the number of servings. It's a self-service restaurant. Prices are displayed near the register. Wait times are reasonable. They give you a number and then call you, naturally, respecting the time between dishes. I recommend it.

22/12/2025: We discovered this place by chance, where time seems to have stood still. The atmosphere is refined, with a roaring fireplace warming the atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent grilled meat and a platter of top-quality cured meats. We'll be happy to return. Recommended!
13/12/2025: A mini museum with a restaurant inside. A beautiful restaurant, very clean, carefully decorated, and filled with many beautiful objects. When I entered, the two fireplaces were off. I didn't dare disturb them, but then the owner and the girl in the dining room (I don't know their names) took care of lighting them. We enjoyed excellent typical Salento cuisine; the broad beans with chicory were delicious, as were the fresh pasta and the mixed grill. Thank you for the service and the bill. It respects the quality of the products. The only question I didn't dare ask: Why is there no wine list, but everything is reduced to: Reds, Whites, and Rosés, when the Cantina Bella is full of beautiful and interesting bottles.

08/06/2026: Best cappuccino in Puglia. No noticeable UHT milk, just fresh milk. The same goes for the cream in the amazing cake. Not from a can. Very friendly service and top-quality desserts.
08/06/2026: We ordered here for several days during our vacation. The products are all fresh, excellent, and sooooo delicious! This Martinucci is the best, also because the staff is attentive and kind. Highly recommended!
