04/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening for two at Casa Sgarra. The food and wine selection were outstanding, even compared to other top restaurants, and the service was very courteous and attentive. You can truly feel the passion and love for good food and the desire to ensure guests have a great time every second. Highly recommended!

20/05/2026: Don’t sleep on this beautiful fine dining experience. Make the short trip over to Trinitapoli when you are at Margherita di Savoia and I promise it will not disappoint. The owner is also the chef(not sure where he trained, but he is well schooled). We had a group of 14 and every single course (six in total) was cooked and plated with the quality of a Michelin restaurant. The only thing I regret is not having the dry aged beef and all the other menu items.

10/05/2026: Vecchio Forno restaurant never disappoints. We've been going there for about 20 years and it's never disappointed. This time, too, we had a truly excellent lunch. Impeccable service as always, thanks to our longtime waiter Tommaso and the new staff: well done everyone. Kudos to Angelo for the quality and consistency. Keep up the good work!

12/05/2026: The food was very good, especially the fresh and well-prepared fish. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit dated, but it was right in the city center.

06/07/2026: Nothing to say about the good food, the quick service, and the very nice location directly on the sea...the only flaw was the omission of the sandwich menu. After sitting down and ordering, we realized that very tasty-looking sandwiches were being delivered to the other tables, and when we asked the waiter for information, this second menu was delivered with other dishes not included in the first... by now, having already ordered, we couldn't do otherwise, and in the second menu the prices of the dishes were lower, e.g. fried food €15 compared to the €18 paid. When we asked the waiter for information, we were told that that menu was for takeaway, and there it wasn't clear a bit, also because you pay a €3 cover charge separately. In addition to the price difference, I would be sad to think that there are two types of menus (regular customer) and (tourist). Also, because the sandwiches served at the table had the same price, so I don't understand why the takeaway mention was only referred to some dishes. However, overall, a little transparency on the menu would be useful because on everything else, nothing to say.

04/02/2026: A pub that has survived the changes, having managed to both remain true to itself and evolve. Filippo is a great host, and the sandwiches (baguettes, pucce, etc.) are delicious. There's also an excellent selection of beers, including now non-alcoholic ones.

08/08/2026: Everything was perfect. My only small complaint is that, as a Campanian, I'd add a little more saltiness to the tomato sauce. Otherwise, the dough is exceptional and the quality of the ingredients is extraordinary. Excellent beer selection, and the service is courteous and fast. The quality/price ratio is also important. I recommend it.

07/06/2026: 0/5. Saturday evening, dinner lasted an hour. A table of three with reservations, so they knew we were coming. We ordered three pizzas (the Norcia tasted like ground beef). The waitress cleared our plates without waiting for the other two to finish. We ordered dessert. Two of the three people had finished, and while the third person was halfway through dessert, the waitress came over and ordered us to vacate the table quickly because it was Saturday and she was serving the table. Disgusting.

17/05/2026: We stumbled upon it this evening by chance, thanks to a recommendation from someone. We were passing through on our way back to Brindisi. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and smiling. Delicious food: meat, vegetables, artichoke flan, and pizza. Quick service despite the crowds; truly a discovery that will be a regular stop on every trip from central to southern Italy. Thank you for your hospitality.

23/06/2026: I've been frequenting this ice cream shop for years, and it's always a testament to this. The ice cream is truly delicious, with so many different options that it's hard to choose! The crepes are also worth trying. A place I always love to return to!
