27/07/2024: Culinary experience. The only useful words to describe the evening spent. Pampered from the moment we arrived, we were looked after throughout the dinner, with advice that made the evening truly perfect. It is useless to talk about the dishes: experiential and surprising, like the Amare salad which I would define as "sparkling", certainly unexpected. The first and second courses are also excellent with explosions of flavour, well-made combinations and presentations worthy of their fame. I recommend the cheese trolley which, if you are not familiar with, you can have prepared by relying on their profound knowledge of the products. The choice of wines is also tasty. The elegant and refined environment, as well as silent, acts as a glue for the whole evening. Too bad there isn't a sea view, it would have been perfect.

07/11/2024: Ieri sera ho avuto il piacere di festeggiare la laurea di mia figlia, cenando al ristorante "Corte Maria". L'atmosfera era molto accogliente e quindi perfetta per una serata speciale. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con il personale che si è dimostrato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Il menù, era creativo e le porzioni abbondanti. La presentazione dei piatti era un'autentica opera d'arte, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità e il sapore era semplicemente delizioso. Sinceramente, consiglio vivamente questo locale a tutti gli amanti della cucina italiana autentica.

14/08/2024: Locale carino, personale molto cordiale e simpatico. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza davvero squisita dal bordo alto. Non abbiamo aspettato molto l'arrivo delle pizze anche perché era presto. Sono rimasta entusiasta. Accesso comodo per sedie rotelle e per bambini.

26/10/2024: Trani = città slow and Maurizio Carella's Bistrot "Il Caramel" also super slow - totally nice. Original, authentic and very unique. Not as artificial and loud as at the Lungomare. If you would like advice about local wines and delicacies, then you are well served at “Signore Mauri”. Take your time with you. Slow down. Wonderful. You can see the small harbor. But the real highlight there is the alley, the food, the wines, the guests and, above all, the innkeeper himself. Our special meal was the Pasta Assasina. Murderous pasta. According to legend, it was created in Bari three years ago to make good use of fresh, uncooked pasta. The spaghetti is cooked in tomato sauce with pepperoncino and oil for almost three quarters of an hour - in the pan. What secrets lie behind it... taste for yourself... Of course a fresh salad before and a Parmeggiana after. And finally a Moscati di Trani - the dessert so to speak. Thank you for the lovely evening “Signore Maurizio” and for surviving the murderous pasta ;-)

25/11/2024: Really positive experience. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my graduation. Helpful and polite staff. Excellent food and in the right quantities. Lots of fun and beautiful music.

20/11/2024: Excellent quality food cooked well, service a little fluctuating, not present and attentive to customer requests. Normal quality-price ratio for having eaten fish. In any case, I would recommend it, I would go back.

24/11/2024: Sono stata a pranzo per la prima volta, un ambiente molto tranquillo,personale preparato e molto educato, che ha saputo ben consigliarci. La qualità indiscutibile, il top orecchiette della nonna , un sugo dai sapori della tradizione. Per la prima volta il coperto baby è stato ridotto cosa mai successa da NESSUN'ALTRA parte , quindi un attenzione in più nei confronti dei bambini. Da ritornarci con piacere

The pizzeria looks quite good, super clean and welcoming with a particular design that I personally like and which gives it that characteristic that distinguishes it from other pizzerias. Well-lit and ventilated environment. I was there on a Monday evening in November so it was very quiet and not crowded. Professional and very kind reception staff, at your service until the end. Fast service. Excellent food: we tried the potato croquettes, the pizza and the sandwich. Great selection of beers. Excellent quality/price ratio considering that the pizzeria is located in the center. What can I say, I highly recommend it and would go back!

29/10/2024: Pizzeria in the historic center of Trani with a characteristic environment. The staff is qualified both for the speed of service and for its quality. The pizzas were really good, so much so that I shared mine with my brother-in-law and vice versa, so I could enjoy two. Definitely coming back. The only flaw is the parking, impossible to find nearby.

16/11/2024: Having arrived in Andria on a beautiful Sunday in November, together with a group of 5 friends, we go to this restaurant driven by the nice appearance of the place and the good reviews read on the internet. We choose a fixed price menu of 28 euros per person with rich appetizers, the choice of one of 2 first and second courses and dessert. Drinks included! The dishes were all excellent and the service very good. They also sell oil and typical preserves. Advised

20/08/2024: We pass by to go to dinner on the port. The terrace is almost full and the atmosphere attracts us. The tour is done and we are installed. The order is quickly taken (very friendly waitress and explains very well the compositions of the pizzas and the origins of the beers offered). Drinks are served within three minutes and pizzas, five minutes later. Everything is very good and plentiful enough to make it difficult for me to finish. My wife is also very satisfied. The Sicilian MESSINA beer is a great discovery. Too bad about the desserts, but we don't have any more room. A friendly address where the products are excellent and the staff take great care.
