27/07/2024: Culinary experience. The only useful words to describe the evening spent. Pampered from the moment we arrived, we were looked after throughout the dinner, with advice that made the evening truly perfect. It is useless to talk about the dishes: experiential and surprising, like the Amare salad which I would define as "sparkling", certainly unexpected. The first and second courses are also excellent with explosions of flavour, well-made combinations and presentations worthy of their fame. I recommend the cheese trolley which, if you are not familiar with, you can have prepared by relying on their profound knowledge of the products. The choice of wines is also tasty. The elegant and refined environment, as well as silent, acts as a glue for the whole evening. Too bad there isn't a sea view, it would have been perfect.

14/08/2024: Locale carino, personale molto cordiale e simpatico. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza davvero squisita dal bordo alto. Non abbiamo aspettato molto l'arrivo delle pizze anche perché era presto. Sono rimasta entusiasta. Accesso comodo per sedie rotelle e per bambini.

18/08/2024: Walking through the streets of Trani on a warm summer evening, we stopped for dinner in this bistro. We were pleasantly enchanted by this place due to its uniqueness. Maurizio the owner is exquisitely kind. The dishes are prepared with attention and care. The Caramel Bistrot really won us over. I hope to return soon, in the meantime a warm greeting from Naples!.

11/08/2024: Honestly exceptional! There are two types of restaurants: tourist traps, good restaurants and Maurizio's place is part of a 3rd: the exceptional! It's ultra typical, it's unlike anything else at Trani, it's super good and everything is done with meaning! Very very good wines, super affordable prices and unique atmosphere. Special mention for the maurizio pasta: whatever the recipe of the day, go for it with your eyes closed!

03/07/2024: We slept 2 nights in the B&B next door, the first evening, to tell the truth, we only went for convenience and we literally fell in love with their pizza, so much so that we repeated it the following evening! Very kind staff, nice place and amazing pizza! We didn't try the rest but it was all very inviting! If you happen to be in Andria you can't help but stop!

06/06/2024: Very suggestive place, located in the historic center of Andria. Excellent choice of meats, cold cuts and cheese platters and pizzas that recall the local nomenclature.

20/08/2024: Nice restaurant with attractive prices. First courses not sensational but overall good. Excellent mixed fish starter and very good sorbet and above all generous portion. Unfortunately, the service was very slow even though there were only 4 tables occupied, it took us more than 2 hours to consume 2 courses. It can be improved

Truly excellent welcome and impeccable service. All delicious Burrata, Mozzarella, Ground first courses of the day, Octopus and Salmon... all tasty and excellent! Honest prices. 20/08/2024: We pass by to go to dinner on the port. The terrace is almost full and the atmosphere attracts us. The tour is done and we are installed. The order is quickly taken (very friendly waitress and explains very well the compositions of the pizzas and the origins of the beers offered). Drinks are served within three minutes and pizzas, five minutes later. Everything is very good and plentiful enough to make it difficult for me to finish. My wife is also very satisfied. The Sicilian MESSINA beer is a great discovery. Too bad about the desserts, but we don't have any more room. A friendly address where the products are excellent and the staff take great care.
